Uh...they filed patents with EPGL. Please. What they were doing was and is groundbreaking technology. They are 3/3 on patents. It doesn't get more real and legitimate than that.
That's fine. The fact is it is not a fraud. Call Arthur Back. EPGL is legit.
Yep that is because they signed the agreement with Coopervision. Point is what?
Are you folks aware that EPGL IS Driving traffic to your YouTube page and thereby making you more money and more influential?
Isn't that the whole point of social media. Have it spread to all kinds of sites. Haha. I bet that was one of the weirdest emails he has ever received. Welcome to 2017!!!
When they announce they have they secured the financing thing will change.
Then take the cash. Pretty simple.
We don't care. We are long. When have I ever pumped the pps? Never. I have never sold a single share. I am here to see this through. I am not missing the chance to be a part of a smart vision revolution.
No matter what EPGL is moving forward and InWith is buying them out. So.....not much can be said. It's either cash out or go for Nasdaq.
With their patents they have tech that every company preparing for augmented vision will want!
I agree. Those men had nothing to hide. They are great men doing great things. It was fun to listen to their experiences with Cooper Vision and how they where solving the problems to get circuitry into the contact (hydrogel) lens.
Fun to see and meet you and the other investors there. Great event.
Will be fun!! It was last year. Fun to see you there.
That's where coming to Vegas would have been beneficial. Too bad.
Hahaha!!! So true. EPGL!
Sure. Keep going.
Haha. Nice. Scams don't usually involve patents and actual buyouts. Just a heads up.
What's amazing is the buyout is going to happen either way. EPGL will be bought out and Inwith will move forward towards IPO.
Keep believing that. EPGL Is moving forward despite that view.
Exactly. Didn't really think about that. Maybe they realized that what they had was much more valuable than they even thought. Pretty exciting.
Maybe selling to the Big Boys isn't the goal anymore.
That would make sense. If they went IPO the share price would be much higher, so in the end for shareholders it should still end up pretty amazing if they can get a great IPO.
We know they will be involved manufacturing the lenses. That is part of their relationship with EPGL according to Hayes at the Smart Lens Conference.
Inwith isn't a penny stock. Haha. Can't claim that anymore.
Make your appointment then because he will probably be happy to fit you with the smart contact lenses when they are available.
Of course he does. Why wouldn't he?
Seems fine to me. Has a lot of experience working with patients and contact lenses and owns his own business. Seems like a great Doctor based on his google reviews.
It would be a part of the buyout if they are buying them out.
They did reduce shares of Michael and PWC. They did get all their IP back from Cooper and Cash. The MPDD still could if they decided to offer it again.
At Smart Vision conference they said they already had investors ready to fund them. Now they have their most important patents in place they are ready to move foreword sounds like.
Uh...J&J is going to be doing the manufacturing of the contact lens. That is the whole reason they have the relationship with them. And they have first rights.
Exactly! Too funny.
Exactly. Why would Markus not want to be creative and build his own technology instead of working on what he is required to by a company. Too funny. Not everyone wants to be a salaried employee. Haha.
Because Markus realized he could one day through his inventions buy the $100 million dollar facility instead of just work there! Entrepreneurs.
But it was claimed they would never get a patent. Oh my. EPGL is doing fine.
Not true. The current technologies are not sufficient to handle the new and smaller technologies. Just a heads up.
Contact lens....airway splints, esophagus stretching, valve growth, heart monitoring, intestinal monitoring, and the possibilities are endless.
Google has 61,000 employees. That is like someone asking me if I know their cousin who lives in Palatka Florida.
They do. David Markus worked with some of their engineers at DARPA who have worked at google xlabs.
So did Xerox and IBM when Apple started selling computers. Google has nothing right now. They will watch EPGL soar past them with the contact lens.
Uh...there are many FDA approved drugs that don't do what they claim. What's your point? Everyone that is salesperson sales a product that has downsides or imperfections. Please.
Jobs barely was out of high school working as the white rabbit in De Anza College's Alice in Wonderland. I think Hayes experience is looking pretty good.
