you are asuming that the GEO tubes are the constrant. They may not be , Could be the concintrator. Just my 4.5 cents

My concern was the test only was for about 4 hrs. The original plan from their PR was to run a week. I realy was expecting 100K income for the forth quater.

Something has been bothering me since the 10-k and I only just got to sit down and do some digging tonight. I don’t know above you but I was expecting more than $5k in revenue for the Q4 2010

The mine plans to run its on-site stockpile of approximately 9,000 tons of gravel (approximately 1/4 of a month of anticipated normal production) in order to test the Geotextile tubes on site in preparation for beginning full scale mining operations.
SO in the latest 10-K they said the only ran

$228,222. The revenues were generated from the screening of approximately 10% of the Company’s existing stockpile or approximately 1,000

Converting yards to tons ( pulled this from the internet)
Dry sand has a density of 100 pounds/cubic foot

1 ton = 2000 pounds
2000 pounds / 100 pounds/cubic foot = 20 cubic foot
20 cubic foot / 27 = 0.74 cubic yard

So 1 ton is about 3/4 of a cubic yard


9000 Tons stockpile should have been around 6660 yards ( interesting numbers for the numerologies among us) as equal to 1 week running estimate from the company

So I guess my question is why didn’t we do the full week run. Maybe we got shut down and fined by the NDEP for starting without there approval.

I must be reading different stuff to you as this say nothing about delaying production to get the filings done. Their november project update say production was number 1 and then uplisting

Stat production. Get it done. Filings are secondly and are been worked on

What I would like to see is they file their 2011 Q2 10Q on time at the end of July.

They need to do this to show investors they want to up list this year.
Before then, they have all of 2010 and the 10K for 2009. I was hoping we get a flurry of them this week and next.

Here is the link to the court docket. It looks like the judge is on summer vacation for the next 2 weeks, as his calendar is clear. So project W will not move further on until the title issue is resolved.

Project W . nothing has been filed on the court docket since May 21st. I check it twice a day to keep an eye on it

Getting relisted will take months , Let start taking gold out, Next set of financial are the worst. Let’s get them out of the way but don’t wait for uplifting. Get on with the job . PPS will follow the Production numbers.
