Going over .01 WATCH...................
Sparks100 Great information, great post. Thank you
Your right, when you say "I also believe you can mask buys by buying on the bid." And you are also right that it didn't make any sense so maybe it was a masked buy of actually 15m shares. Who knows? But yea a very interesting day, it was actually quite exillarting to play it. Friday will be interesting as well esp. with positive news from HLNT in the shareholders letter. Watch for late or early leakage indicators.
#221 7.5M Shares was a sell see trade chart.
Wow! 7.5Mil Shares sold at .0087 -- really sad to see, time to buy it not going any lower than this today only up from here. Time to buy and send this puppy back up where it belongs. Fear is a terrible thing to see at work. Ending back in the green by days end. Just my opinion do your own DD and consult your own BRKR.
Hello all, my first Post here got in about 3 weeks ago.
I bought in at .0124 and got hammered as the sell off continued, Decided to sell a little over half my sahres when it hit .01 but got back in at .084 and bought even more at .90 and reduced by avg. share price to .0102. What a ride. I agree there was no reason for this sell of justMM's plying on the weak hands. I decided to take advantage of the ride and improve and increase my holdings. Appreciate the longs that are here I too like HLNT for the long position, but nothing wrong numbers to improve your investment.
I am speaking from experience, I live in Maryland just 90 minutes from DC. Corruption and back room deals is the way it is.
Okay, I have been sitting back and thinking really hard about the chronology of events and tried to analyze the significance of each event and what it really means, and here is what I see.
1. The FDA is playing games with IMGG, they have been told by someone, connected with maybe GE
or others to delay this thing as long as possible. They have done that up until now without giving a NSE.
2. FDA has looked at the package and could find nothing wrong with the images, the safety issues, but did find that the package submitted failed to complete the financial info and used that to kick it back out and found it NSE and claimed the package was in disarray. They are in the middle of this and found a way out.
3. Dean was truly shocked at the decision of NSE. To him it really is ridiculous. but now realizes that some big boys in DC who are trying to protect the DC insider companies, like GE may in fact be pulling some strings at the FDA. Dean knows he is out of his league.
4. So Dean goes to Big hitting Law Firm in DC, they know the game that is played in DC and in fact are in the loop. After all that is why they exist, to fight back against the political money machine in DC and for the little guy but for big profits.
5. Once the resubmission is in place FDA will know that they must stop the delays and give IMGG their approval because the BIB BOYS know how the game is played and are also well connected.
6. Dean upset the process in FDA and DC circles by trying to short cut his way around the DC insiders. But in the end the DC insiders get there share of the action. Dean is now willing to pay the piper and as such he will finally get what he has coming to him and IMGG—–SE.
7. This is the way it is in the real world. It is all about greed and power. The game is rigged against the little guy. Nothing fair about it and there is nothing the little guy can and do about it. Money talks and all others walk.
8. SE will come quicker than you think and all will be forgiven. Dean gets his SE and the game players in DC get their share of the take. They will not be denied.
Now we each must decide whom to believe. Dean or the IMGG bashers on this board? As for me I am in because I believe that the hiring of the DC law firm is a game changer and the odds are now on Deans side for SE. It is just a matter of time from here. I see the stock going back up by the end of week as the reality and significance of what Dean has done sinks in. DEAN just hit the reset button and the lights are coming back on. Good move Dean!
I thought the same thing. If "Time" and "Funding" is the only thing standing in the way for the production of a video of the DVis in 3D action I too will take and produce a video at my own expense. I will then give it to IMGG and let them distribute it as they see fit. At least we will know it works. GIVE ME A CALL and I will book my airfare ASAP.
Something else here, Today after Friday's sell off many of us expected to see the price dip futher to .20, but it only hit .23 and somebody was pushing it higher which defied everything else we were seeing. .26??? It looks like somebody was trying to cover their tracks and leave the price with little bit of the meat left on the bone so as to appear not as bad as it could be. Talk about throwing out a bone. Tommorow I fear is going to be a blood bath.
I sold today! at opening bell. actually I entered the sell on at 12:30 AM Monday morning long before the markets opened.
I sold at this mornings opening bell. The hand writting was on the wall.
This is exactly what I thought as well, Dean shows too much resistance to producing an image and a video of the Dvis in operation. His answers were too shallow to satisfy my pinger tonight. I have been a supporter but now I am a wait on the sidelines and see guy. I said on Friday "Somebody Knows something" I hoped it was good but as others pointed out the share price was falling which meant that the news was probally NSE. It appears the Capital investor got the news and took out their shares.
I had a bad feeling about all this and and got out at 9:31AM with the opening bell. After that the news came about the conference call and thought OH NO! Is it SE? But as I analyzed the facts I knew it had to be bad news so I stayed out and I am glad I did. I guess it pays to also pray, because I indeed did pray about this decision. In fact when I was thinking about getting back in my internet link was lost and I took it as sign from above that IMGG was a no go. I got out at a slight loss but nothing significant. I will think about buying some cheap shares once the bottom shakes out and dilution is a done deal. Too bad! I have my doubts about Dvis ever becoming a reality now, but you are right about the way Business works with the big boys. I feel bad for Dean becaue he knows he has let a lot of pople down.
But the road to success is often paved with layers of failure. So suck it in Dean you got a lot of work to do in a short period of time. You will be in my thoughs and prayers.
bogdan1 - With all due respect, that is just your .02 share opinion, - certainly not mine. bBut toeach his own.
Look, while we may have the right to do something, it still may not be the wise thing to do. I am sure that Dean wants an answer from the FDA ASAP. But IMGG is a business first, and Dean has many irons in the fire burning. Yes! he has a responsibility to the shareholders but he has to be careful in what he says. Sometimes saying nothing really is the best policy. I too would like to see some more evidence that Dean is being more proactive with the FDA. It appears to many that he may be a little intimidated and fearful of the FDA. A lack of confidence does not help stock prices. Let's face it the future of IMAGG is in their hands.Dean had to put it there. Dean has been here before, and I have not. I want to see FDA approval come through and I believe it will. I believe it is just a matter of time. I understand the many speculations by some but speculating helps no one. Communication is the key to keep relationships growing, and there is no doubt that the relationship between Dean and us shareholders is lukewarm at best. Shareholders have a need that only Dean can provide. Dean has a need, he needs us to trust him and continue to believe in him. Both have to feed those needs and when FDA comes it will a great day without the sour grapes mixed in. We need to look ahead and always be respectful of one another. None of us are perfect or all knowing.
I would encourage Dean to respectfully consider what has been suggested, and respond accordingly. And whatever that response is I will choose to respect it. But what does one do with no response? That is the hard part. Silence is not good and our nature is always to think the worst. I want to get through this process with IMGG and not loose my integrity or my character along the way. "The LOVE of money (not money itself) is the root of all evil" If you are afraid to stay the course then divest and look elsewhere. I am not saying what is suggested is wrong, no not at all. Just that let's show respect to one another all along the way. Including Dean. I think if he knows we really respect, value AND NEED his input then he might feel more forthcoming. Let's face it some pretty mean and unproven accusation have been made.
Just some of my thoughts worth about .02 a share.
I think the trade type "seq" tells the story that it was "Post Market trade that was sold out of sequence." Someone may have tried to sell 100k for.23 before the closing bell but it didn't make it. Somebody has showed their hand.
Okay I didn't see it on my brokerage sink or swim charts that I was following. But still it has to be a glitch and I am sure it will be corrected. What else could it be? It has no basis in reality. I do not see it showing up anywhere else. It will be interesting to see how it is corrected. 100K sold and for how much or nothing sold just a total bogus electronic entry that wasn't completely rejected after the closing bell. Seems like somebody tried to sneak in a 100k sell before the bell and it did not quite make it. Or did it? The .0001 may be the simple default minimum amount that the system entered after the gate closed.
Where did you see that? Has to be bad info. Last trade I saw was 3500 shares .249.
I do not know what is going on, all i know is I am not selling!
I think you are wight about this going back up to .26
Yes!
I do not know but all day long someone was buying up all the sold shares. Someone is carrying out a well thought out plan and they have the money to control. Someone knows something.
What is going on? Some one knows something with this many shares it looks like someone is trying to shake the longs, yep some just bought 400,000K @.22 Some news is coming I hope it is good.
Did you really buy 200k on this unconfirmed SE news?
Yea! I thought the same thing but emotions can get the best. Maybe someone who got out and was ready to jumpp in at the first sign of SE. They had their finger on a hair trigger. a 200k oopppssssssss
This is not funny, but someone just bought 200k shares and if they did it based on your prank then shame on you. But having said that I have noted that all sold shares are being bought up rather quickly.
If this pans out to be a hoax, which I think it will, then we must all insist on you ban...
Somebody is desperately trying to hold the line at .25 but without news today I see it going lower and lower that has been the trend and it will continue.
Looks like no one is buying the pump... this stock is dead in the water and with no were to go but down, there will be no funding.
wasn't meant for your personally.......just an overall assesment of this board
QASP is nothing but Pumpers and day traders clap trap - buyer beware!
Ok, i see a little here and a little there good for you.
Big deal, at .26 it is still down and it was another loosing day and it will continue to loose until the FDA gives notice.I expect more of the same for tomorrow but I hope I am wrong.
As I said yesterday, without some substantive good news this stock may tank by Friday, it looks like I was a day late and a dollar short. How low will it go is the only question I have now? .241 and sell off continues. Buyers will be hard pressed for one to find today, i fear the worst is yet to come. I had hoped the facebook blurp would help but it was a drop in the long awaited good news bucket. - time to pray!
I agree with your thoughts on this matter, Dean had to sign it because he was the CEO, plane and simple. Get it done and move on from here.By Dean! And hello Jeff.
Great, finally a word from the other side, that is all I was hoping for was something, notice the buys with that little facebook release, not much but still they are buys. Are the two related? A lttle word here and that breaks the silence and stops the specualtions which are driving me and others crazy.
Look, Dean doesn't have to say anything, I am just saying that without any psoitive news soon many of the so called "Nervous" investors may loose hope and sell. That is the reality!
If Dean and Co. don't say or do something soon I think by Friday this stock is going to tank. It is bad enough we are not hearing from the FDA but I do not understand the silence from Dean. I need some light to guide me. With no information from the CO. it creates doubt. Is that asking too much? It makes me think that all he may have is only bad news. Even just an acknowledgement of our concerns, maybe even a pep talk to stay the course because......... only then can provide the because that's worth anything.
Now that was interesting, but does it apply to the Dvis?
"Specifically, a recent guidance intended to clarify how imaging products that physicians may utilize with contrast agents has actually made the clearance process for these devices more complicated and it appears that the clearance process for these imaging products is now effectively frozen. Contrast agents are pharmaceuticals which enhance certain types of medical imaging. Because of the current confusion, some manufacturers are considering “defeaturing,” or removing some basic contrast agent technologies, in order to move their products through the FDA process and onto the market. As this happens, physicians must either rely on older equipment that retains the contrast agent features or purchase new products that don’t include the innovations. In both cases, patients and physicians won’t get all of the information they need to make medical decisions.
“FDA’s mission is to protect patients and promote innovation. By turning back the clock on technology, the contrast agent guidance misses the mark on both counts,” said Fisher."
