Wow...what a way to end the week heading into Xmas! Happy holidays everyone, be safe and see you all next week.
Great news today...its got me really excited. Can't wait to see what happens tomorrow.
Wow...almost 4 mil shares so far. Where are they all coming from? Still Scotti's shares?
I'm thinking the acquisition was just a story conjured up by company exec's to support the pps while all those promissory notes were converted and dumped. I know it stings, I lost a pile of cash here too. Chalk it up to another lesson learned, put it in the memory bank and hopefully make money on the next one. GLTU and happy holidays.
Hahahaha...at least we can still laugh about things and try to lighten the mood a little bit. I haven't been around to watch the action for a few days and thats probably a good thing. If your theory about Don Scotti is right and it is him selling perhaps Ed anticipated this and is waiting until after Don is done to make any announcements.
Heya...hope everyone is having a good weekend. I wasn't around all last week...whats been going on around here? Never thought I'd see the pps down at current levels. Come on Ed and Mike, its time to deliver the goods and show us what you got. Long and strong...Go Segi!!!
Another slow quiet week in SEGI land. Been 25 days since Isle of Dogs was announced. Come on Ed, I thought Sycamore planned on announcing more acquisitions in the coming weeks...not coming months.

Good morning everyone. Is this the week that SEGI makes headlines?
Reversal? A $10 order near the end of the day does not signal a reversal.
Hahaha...ain't that the truth. There is no doubt in my mind that Ed has some kind of secret master plan for SEGI, its just really really frustrating not having any idea what that plan is. Wish I could be a fly on the wall in SEGI's new offices.
That is exactly where our problem is right now. For reasons unknown company exec's seem to be unwilling to release any info over the wires and to the masses. Investors can't buy your stock if they don't even know about your company.
Not a single tweet or peep from Ed in 2 weeks. I think he's giving us the silent treatment again.
I'm in the same boat dude, averaged at 0.0086 and down almost 90%.
kinda looks that way
For starters why not release an official PR over the wires with some details about the move to the new office at Paramount?
He could also officially announce Isle of Dogs in a PR over the wires instead of just relying on a couple of obscure web articles.
Come on Ed, its time to create some momentum here. Go SEGI!!!
Damn rights...that would be great. Given Ed's background in the markets and financial industry you would think he'd be better at keeping shareholders informed and confident in his company. JMO GLTA
Looks like a lot of promissory notes were converted into common shares.
Believe me, I hope you're right and Ed gives us something soon. Maybe he's waiting until after the thanksgiving holiday to release a PR? I'm tired of seeing people score cheap shares on the bid. Come on Ed...LETS GO!!!
I hear ya...all I'm saying is that statement was meant to be vague and it could have meant 4 weeks, 6 weeks or even 8 weeks. Only Ed knows and he ain't talking...yet.
The NT-10Q was filed on Nov.15 and that only gave them 5 calendar days to file the 10-Q. They're late again...so what happens now?
The coming weeks...for all we know that could mean 2 months from now. Still hoping for a few early xmas gifts from SEGI though. GLTA
Has L2 been fixed to work with java 6 update 29 yet?
Great job Ryan, that post should be stickied.
Yep...just a wee bit undervalued here. And if the acquisition deal gets done and we acquire a company with 20mil in annual revs I think we'll go a little higher...lol.
Looks like the 10Q is gonna be late.

Thanks Ryan, I appreciate the quick reply. Glad to hear it is in the plans as I'm sure being a limited info pinky scares off quite a few potential investors.
I've got a quick question for RyGuy, LOL or any anyone else who may have had conversations or some form of communication with Ed or any company exec. It may have been discussed and answered already but I'm just too damn lazy to search through pages of posts. I have sent a few emails to the company asking this very question and have not received a reply.
Has anyone asked about the company getting current with SEC filings, getting rid of the Limited Info warning and even possibly uplisting off the pinks?

Excellent post...thanks. Go SEGI
Could be late this week but I'm expecting it early next week. I looked back through their filings and 10-Q's seem to be released between Nov.10 - 17.
I think they should still release an official PR detailing Isle of Dogs and the new address.
Board marks still slowly climbing and we're up to #3 on breakout boards.
Good morning everyone...we're #4 on the breakout boards list.
Sweet, great job Hatley.
$SEGI Sycamore Entertainment
Edward Sylvan's Sycamore Entertainment Group has entered the distribution game, acquiring its first pic for U.S. release, Tammi Sutton's horror film "Isle of Dogs."
Sycamore will release the film, starring Andrew Howard ("Limitless"), in partnership with DreamFactory Entertainment early next year.
"Isle," written by Sean Hogan and exec produced by Andrea Fellers, nabbed kudos for best thriller at last month's Shriekfest. Story centers on a complex love triangle involving a thief, his wife and her lover.
As a publicly traded company, Sycamore will focus on "hybrid P&A and full service distribution deals," Sylvan said.
Sycamore plans to announce several other acquisitions in the coming weeks.

NEWS: AFM 2011: Sycamore Entertainment Group Takes U.S. Rights to Tammi Sutton's 'Isle of Dogs'
Sycamore Entertainment Group, headed by CEO Edward Sylvan, has picked up Tammi Sutton’s horror feature Isle of Dogs for its first entry into the U.S. distribution market.
Written by Sean Hogan and executive produced by Andrea Fellers, the movie stars Andrew Howard, who appeared in Limitless and The Hangover Part II, and it was named best thriller feature film at the recent Shriekfest.
?"Isle of Dogs is exactly the kind of edgy genre films that we are interested in,” Sylvan said. “We’re very excited to be working with a successful genre director like Tammi who has already built up a career and a loyal audience in the horror market.”
Sylvan founded the publicly traded Sycamore Entertainment Group in 2010 to focus on hybrid P&A and full service distribution deals. It plans to release Dogs in the first quarter of 2012 in association with Robert Dudelson’s DreamFactory Entertainment.
