"ONE MUST ASSUME"......ROFLMFAO
NO.....ONE MUSTN'T......BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Imaginary terms like "fiduciary duties" don't take precedent over the ACTUAL rules.
ONCE AGAIN...Here they are.....
http://www.investopedia.com/articles/fundamental-analysis/08/pink-sheets-ottcb.asp
DEEP BLUE....ALIVE AND SORT OF WELL AS ANY SMART SHAREHOLDER DOING THEIR DUE DILIGENCE KNOWS.
And it always helps to have a company employee posting
Thanks For The Interesting Info MTVice...Must Read
"Pink Sheets reporting requirements
http://www.investopedia.com/articles/fundamental-analysis/08/pink-sheets-ottcb.asp
Please everyone goto this page and read that no pinky is ever required to report anything to anyone. No financials, no operations, nothing. . . Thanks MT"
So much for the horsecrap implications that Deep Blue and other pink sheet companies are doing something wrong by not reporting....As smart shareholders and astute investors ALWAYS knew, in this world it's buyer beware.
Billy....Good To See Intelligent Discussion And
How easily the fictional claims are slapped down.
One again, we see the continued ignoring of the deliberate Dominican breach of contract. Deep Blue, Global Marine and Capt Tracy worked and paid for the recoveries they made, and they are certainly entitled to the percentage of treasure their contracts guaranteed. Anything else is a criminal breach.
Curious how this timing of the breach of contract coincided with Global Marines boasting following the auction of their last division. Perhaps that had something to do with it. I've also heard reports of damage GME caused to their sites. That could also be a possibility.
About all these "found" artifacts, harming the heritage, how would they make their way out of the DR? Aren't there safeguards in place to prevent that?
"From what I'm hearing from reliable sources"....ROFLMFAO
Smart shareholders and astute investors will always put what Capt Billy says above any "reliable sources"
CASE CLOSED
Amazing Analysis Billy....Thanks For The Facts...
The most important takeaway here is that funding is already in place once this mess is resolved to get Deep Blue right back to bringing up treasure.
Thanks for beating back the nonsense. Of course our archaeologist Mr Selmi was recommended by the government. No way Wilf would have taken on his salary, which I believe was $5000/week, unless it was a REQUIREMENT of the government. That, plus the fact that there was a Dominican military overseer on EVERY dive (in fatigues in the photo below), during our three years diving, PROVES that any requirements the govt may have had, were absolutely fulfilled.
If Mr Selmi ( again, recommended by the govt), did not fulfill this requirement, then surely the diving would not have been allowed to continue.
AND AGAIN, with all this so-called "official" information IT IS STILL IGNORED that treasures are being deliberately withheld from ALL the companies who thought that they had valid contracts with a respectable govt, causing them severe financial hardships.
Anyone can easily understand how a smart shareholder could entertain the scenario that perhaps all the treasures the companies paid and risked their lives to recover, has somehow "disappeared" from under the noses of said govt officials.
Would also explain the whispers of dseparate attempts at financial settlements by the govt.
Just curious.....
Thank Goodness For Phones To Easily Discredit FictionalMisinformation
Even elaborately typed fecal statements are quickly exposed with the power of the telephone.
As for the nonsense that Alejandro was not qualified, Capt Billy quickly shot that to crap saying ...
"Alejandro was recommended to us by National de Patrimonio Culturo Subacuatico.
This actually took two phone calls and a transfer, but Capt Billy's statement was confirmed as fact.
Then the so obviously made up BS about Capt Tracy paying to clean up the Scipion site. Another phone call easily confirmed this as horsecrap, while Tracy is STILL waiting for his division to be released by the criminal officials.
Smart shareholders and astute investors are aware to the contract situation, which info says will finally be resolved......But this is about past contracts that are deliberately being breached, with the contractually agreed to divisions being withheld from all companies, causing financial hardships to the companies, employees, and shareholders. This withholding is a criminal breach, and all the fancy typed diaper loads which just bypass this fact, can't ignore it.
EZPZ....MORE TO COME.....
MORE MUST READ FROM CAPT BILLY HERE...
"(Regarding the current nonsense), In a way it’s a good sign. If it was just business as usual then DBM continues to suffer from the lack of contractual obligations. Unless something is getting close like contracts being renewed. (This hogwash) makes sense not so much from competition but the academic community who believe only universities should be allowed to study and excavate these sites. And very short sighted they are. Almost on a daily basis I get visited by the local fishermen with artifacts they recovered from sites around this island. Yesterday I had three fishermen sitting right here in my house with pottery and bronze spikes they recently recovered. The academic community couldn't care less about this serious epidemic that happens on a daily basis. All they care about is getting their names in the spotlight as the ones who saved these sites from the “Treasure Hunters”
Problem is they cannot police the entire island. This country has not the resources to police anything. Three cops on a moped prove my point. The Navy ships never leave port unless they are called out. No patrols. Just a week ago I had an appointment with one of the Cultural heads. He was asked to put together some plan to submit to be able to police these sites. To stop the looting. When they did he was met with no way could we afford that. They spend less on their Navy than what it would take to properly police the coast from looters. In my opinion it is impossible. These local fishermen in most cases don’t even use boats they enter the water from shorelines and spend the whole day swimming the coast searching for fish to spear. And in a very poor country like this that even a piece of lead or copper could fetch enough pesos to feed their families for the day. No law in the world would stop them from taking a piece of a historical shipwreck if it could help putting food on the table.
The government is well aware of this. That is why they do have outside entities like ours to save these sites from further looting. And with the last permits handed out this government for the first time required archaeologists. So this is what they get: A company footing the bill for the very expensive excavation of these sites. A world class archeology report like Alejandro compiles, followed by these sites and areas being policed by the company that is responsible for their area. Then the Cultura receives $3000.00usd monthly, this money goes to the conservation of artifacts and qualified personnel to do the conservation.
Until the academic community or UNESCO can foot these bills and do the work and police these areas it would be quite honestly stupid not to continue bringing in outside entities to help protect these areas from further looting. I agree qualified archaeologist need to be on board to make damn sure these sites are excavated in a proper manner. Then if it is done properly that everyone in the academic community can study and view these reports for a long time to come. But meanwhile the academics are trying their best to rid this country of companies like ours because they feel no one else is qualified. And even as we speak these sites are being looted.
This recent nonsense proves exactly what I am saying. Without reading any of Alejandros reporting (it is) automatically assumed he was not qualified for the job. Had his reports actually been read, statements like the Rawson site was only a grounding and a spill prove (nobody) read his report. Hard to sail away leaving behind the keel bolts. Yeah lets save the ship but leave the treasure and the keel behind. What a joke. (Easily discredited BS only an) attempt to discredit DBM its Archaeologist, crew and myself on our fantastic discovery. Trying to discredit DBM and Alejandro without reading his reports certainly proves (that).
(Just a lame try) to stop DBM from receiving a new contract and because it is getting close this is about their only recourse to stop it in its tracks (with fictional attempts) to hit the company at the investor level.
Our company and work ethics were always praised by this government.
Never were we accused of any wrong doing.
Never was there a diving accident, (that is something I am very proud of).
More proof of the (horsecrap).
Looking For Accredited Marine Archaeologist DBM Report???

CAPT BILLY SPEAKS.....Will Not Be Silenced
More of Capt Billy's remarks from today....
ROFLMFAO...."Information" From Sources So Easily Discredited
will always be treated by smart shareholders and astute investors as the unmitigated horse rap that it is....Just ask Capt Tracy and the other companies whose divisions are being withheld by the corrupt DR officials
And as always, I will find no pleasure in these hardships caused to the company by this situation, nor in the hardships suffered by the crew.
By The Way......THANK YOU CAPT BILLY!!!
Thank you and your crew for all the hard work you have put in.
Thanks for risking your lives for us shareholders.
Thanks for finding amazing treasures, that like you said, will one day find themselves in the history books.
We are also very sorry for what you and the crew have had to endure the last 23 months. We take no pleasure and find no humor in the hardships and misfortunes caused to you guys by these criminal Dominican actions.
It looks like the power of positivity will finally win out in the end, while the ends of these corrupt officials will suffer their own consequences.
DEEP BLUE LIVES!!!!!!
"The Intel We Are Getting"......ROFLMAO
From disgruntled ex-employees......impersonators of govt officials (sooooooo easily discredited today LOL), delusional losers of bogus lawsuits, etc......THAT INTEL?
Sorry, smart shareholders and astute investors will stick with what Capt Billy says
CAP...THANKS FOR PUTTING THE FINAL NAIL
IN THE COFFIN OF FICTIONAL NONSENSE THAT HAS CIRCULATED RECENTLY.
Naturally, smart shareholders and astute investors immediately saw it for the nonsense it was. It certainly would be ridiculous to assume anything else seeing as to how every sentence seemed to contradict the sentence before.
And with superior intellects, like myself, doing the quick and effective due diligence to slap it down and knock it out once and for all, that will end it.
Let's hope when this month ends, divisions are back where they belong - with Deep Blue, Global Marine, and Capt Tracy.....and everyone gets back in the water.
DEEP BLUE MARINE......STILL HERE......SORRY TO BURST THAT BUBBLE.....BWAHAHAHAHAHA
HEY MB...PRETTY OBVIOUS THERE....I THINK
I MAY HAVE ACTUALLY RILED UP SOME UNESCO SUCK-UP, IF NOT UNESCO ITSELF.
OR MAYBE ONE OF THOSE INDIANA UNIVERSITY BONEHEADS.
BOTTOM LINE.....AGAIN.....THE DR IS IN CRIMINAL BREACH BY NOT RELEASING THE CONTRACTUALLY OBLIGATED DIVISIONS TO...
DEEP BLUE MARINE
GLOBAL MARINE
CAPT TRACY BOWDEN
I WILL CONTINUE TO HAMMER THIS FACT UNTIL THE SITUATION IS RESOLVED
WE HAVE YET TO HEAR ANY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THIS, ONLY MISLEADING NONSENSE ATTEMPTING TO MAKE THIS ONLY ABOUT DEEP BLUE.
AND THE ONLY PEOPLE MY PERSONAL OPINIONS ARE DIRECTED AT IN THIS MATTER ARE THOSE INVOLVED IN THE ACTUAL DECISION TO WITHHOLD THESE DIVISIONS, AND THOSE WHISPERING IN THEIR EARS.
THE REACH OF THE FOF IS FAR INDEED
GEE....JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH CAPT TRACY....
To paraphrase him, he don't know sh!t about any cleanup and he sure as hell wouldn't pay for anything. Then he unleashed a torrent of names at certain Dominican officials, some of which I still have to look up.
Then he ended with....."Where the ______ is my division?"
THAT'S RIGHT, THE CRIMINAL DR IS ALSO WITHHOLDING CAPT TRACY'S DIVISION!!!
Seems that little fact went unmentioned....along with the fact that this criminal breach also extends to Global Marine...Their division is also being criminally withheld.
OH, AND GM HAS SUED THE DR FOR THEIR DIVISION
Oooops.....must have forgotten that too.
And in the words of someone extremely close to the situation
So it's not just about Deep Blue.....and any other attempted extension of this fictional narrative will be easily seen by smart shareholders and astute investors for the nonsense, bullsh!t and hogwash that it obviously is.
CASE CLOSED.....
DEEP BLUE....STILL HERE.....ROFLMAO
DESPITE ANY BULLSHIT TO THE CONTRARY.
As for the last seven quarterly reports, smart shareholder and astute investors are aware, the criminal actions of the Dominican government has refused to release divisions and renew contracts, putting those companies in limbo for the last 23 MONTHS....actually close to eight quarters..
But....um...gee....that information never seems to be acknowledged
Hmmmmm....wonder why?
OF COURSE ITS INTERESTING TO SMART SHAREHOLDERS AND
ASTUTE INVESTORS. I'M SURE THEY WILL COMMENT ON IT. THE POWER OF POSITIVITY ALWAYS LOOKS KINDLY ON THE SUCCESS OF OTHERS AND NEVER FINDS PLEASURE IN ANY MISFORTUNES.
PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF LOOK FONDLY ON THE SUCCESS OF THE FISHERS AND THE CHARITY THIS MONEY WAS RAISED FOR.
WHILE DEEP BLUE HAS FOUND AN INCREDIBLE ASSORTMENT OF TREASURES, MANY OF WHICH ARE CURRENTLY BEING CRIMINALLY WITHHELD BY THE DOMNICAN GOVERNMENT, MEL FISHER AND HIS FAMILY TRULY HIT THE MOTHERLODE......AND GOOD FOR THEM.
ABSOLUTELY A VALID TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION AND CONGRATULATIONS.
AS FOR THE 10 YEARS OF FANTASY OF DBM BEING "SHUT DOWN", "BANKRUPT", "LIGHTS OUT", ETC....ETC....ETC.....WELL....
DEEP BLUE STILL HERE FOR ANYONE WILLING TO ACTUALLY LOOK FOR IT....
I JUST SPOKE TO THEM FRIDAY AUGUST 7, 2015.....CURRENT ENOUGH FOR ME!

Smart Shareholders Aware Of Criminal DR Breach
Of contract and refusal to present Deep Blue, Global Marine and Capt Tracy with the obligated shares of treasure that they all worked, risked their lives and paid to recover.
No other fantasy stories matter right now......DR wrongs will be righted, by their choice or not.
Brilliant And TRUE Deep Blue Perspective...
Clear and concise (below italics from monkeybusiness)
Too my recollection as a shareholder for 9+- years.
Deep Blue Marine through it's founder, investors, and shareholders, have invested several million on survey and recovery work authorized by the Dominican Government by contract. we also paid a renowned archaeologist, ONPCS fees, and a Navel inspector on every dive. I suggest that whatever was left on sites, was the result of illegal dives by others.
There have been many positive discussions between investors concerning future humanitarian efforts in the DR.
Never have I heard a negative word about the Dominican people, with the exception of theft, and the government withholding our divisions, and contract.
It's been estimated that dpbe has recovered millions in artifacts for the DR.
Yet we wait for the DR to do the "right thing" for years now.
How does the government reconcile these facts.
They talk about bad financials, but how can a company continue to fund without being paid.
Think about not just what's owed dpbe, but what we could have earned with recoveries in the the past 21 months.
Yes, the company, it's investors and shareholders have been harmed.
So, what do we do about it?
AND STILL THE DELIBERATE DOMINICAN BREACH OF CONTRACT CONTINUES TO BE IGNORED
Big surprise that withholding three years of recovered treasure would cause the company some financial difficulty. As I have said before ...
And just because Deep Blue has chosen a diplomatic approach, company shareholders have an excellent case for investment interference, in the case of this deliberate contract breach for the past 22 months, harming their investments. Don't mistake the failure to file a shareholders lawsuit currently as ignorance.
The DR can also find itself open to lawsuits and legal action by that handful of "Limited Partners", whose investments were tied to a payout of recovered treasure.
And don't forget the UK investors who backed the 2013 diving season. I'm pretty sure their agreement included a share of recovered treasure from those dives.
Two more slam dunk lawsuits staring the DR in the eyes. Do you really want to risk it?
Or do you want to continue presenting fantasy-based BS without a bit of proof to back up those speculative fantasy scenarios?
MUST READ FANTASY SPECULATION
another gathering of nonsense from out of the blue. Things must really be headed Deep Blue's way seeing these pre-emotive strikes. No worries though. The obvious ignoring of the DR breach of contract exposes it for what it is.
That's not all they know how to do....

Hey Sommy....That's Something We Will Never See
Lots of fantasy fiction coming out these days with nothing to back it up.
Did you happen to notice that again, NOT ONCE, was the DR's criminal breach of contract mentioned or addressed. The fact that certain idiots in the government decided that Deep Blue, Global Marine and Capt Tracy will not get their contractually obligated share of the treasures that they worked, risked their lives and paid to recover.
Pretty interesting omission there, don't you think?
PLENTY TO BE POSITIVE ABOUT......LOLOL
-----finally clearing out the garbage in the Dominican offices
------the end to the Dominican criminal breach of contract
------the return of the millions of dollars of our share of treasure that Deep Blue recovered and risked their lives for.....oh, and that shareholders and investors helped pay for
------finally getting the crew back in the water
------getting back to bring up treasure from one of the FOUR treasure producing sites we have discovered.
Oh, and as for this factless BS
Please feel free to provide any verifiable evidence, along with valid links to back up any of this fantasy nonsense. And as we know, pictures are always welcome....
THANKS AND STAY POSITIVE!!!.....Neb
Deep Blue Has Been A True Good Samaritan
to the people of the Dominican Republic. Have provided, food, clothing and many other essentials over the years, as you well know. And the first hand knowledge of someone who has been there, like Sommy, cannot be refuted....
The museum was an attempt to enrich and publicize the cultural heritage of the DR. It was conceived by both Deep Blue and competent DR officials. There was excitement on both ends as construction began. It did cost us an additional 1 billion shares added to the OS. But our show of caring and goodwill in its opening led to Deep Blue receiving their own contract, which covered quite a bit of area.
Sadly, it didn't work out. Smart shareholders and Astute Investors find no pleasure in that. Maybe it was the location, maybe the tourists and people didn't have as much interest in the DR heritage as was thought. It had been suggested that the lack of available alcohol and loud music may have played a role. Not really sure what they were looking for.
But we are sure that with the help of the Power of Positivity, this month will finally bring and end to the nonsense, bring the rest of the treasure back where it belongs, and get Capt a Billy, the crew back in the water. And hopefully, with continued visits from smart shareholders.

One Of The Reasons I'm Confident This Nonsense
Will finally be cleared up the month. The FOF reach is long and stretches worldwide.
Brilliant Post MB....Thanks For Clearing Up
That mistaken impression that there was any negativity towards the people of the DR. As you mention, all the vitriol is directed exclusively to those cretins responsible for deliberately breaching the contracts of Deep Blue, Global Marine and Captain Tracy by refusing to provide them the contractually obligated shares of treasures that they paid, worked, and risked their lives to recover.
What kind of people do that? But we never see that addressed by anyone with this opposing view, do we? A blatant criminal contract breach, affecting companies and individuals, yet the bizarro interpretation is somehow Deep Blue "deserves" this. Naturally, forgotten and never addressed, is the burdens this criminal act places on the investors, the shareholders, the workers (almost all Dominicans). Do they deserve this?
I'm sure, if able, intensive "research" would be done to find parking tickets, littering charges, failure to recycle, and anything else to fit a delusional scenario that everyone "deserves" the hardships these few DR boneheads have caused.
"Lenders Want Their Money Back Too"......BWAHAHAHAHAHA
GEE...Who would've thunk that the "limited partners" and UK investors who all provided funds for the promise of an undetermined share of the treasures recovered due to their investments would be pissed at the Dominican Republic for refusing to release said recovered treasures to the companies legally entitled to them?
Smart shareholders and astute investors, that's who.
SOME OF WHAT DEEP BLUE HAS BEEN SOWING....
TREASURE HUNTING COMPANY FINDS TREASURE....IMAGINE THAT
CORRUPT GOVERNMENT WITHHOLDING WHAT COMPANY HAS SOWN AND INVESTORS HELPED PAY FOR....SORRY, NOT DEEP BLUE'S FAULT

If this continues, why would ANYONE in the future, take their word that future contracts wouldn't be breached in a similar manner?
And, as always, smart shareholders and astute investors know better that to put the burden of blame on Deep Blue for this fiasco. We know exactly where the blame lies.....in the offices of the Dominican Republic.
So, to the illusion that the DR is blameless in this matter.....BWAHAHAHAHAHA
