Why should you be interested in a licence for that area if you said for years and years that there is no change to find oil there? And here were many who've said that here.....

If they can get a rig there before this month ends, the minister will probably be so kind to revoke his decision!

Let's just wait what the next week will bring us, and what

OK, but MRT granted the licence, and the minister refused. So, is the licence valid or not ?? If it is, they can drill tomorrow (with the "November rigs" 20..)!

I thought the licence was granted by MRT, and the minister is appealing against that decision of the MRT(??)
