Things will change for the good come this fall. That's what a Psychic said. lol.
I know I would sell 2,000,000 shares at .0007 for $1,400. LOL... $1,400 is peanuts in the grand scheme of things.
If I recall Car, you were the one who started this Las Vegas party after we all got rich from this stock. This stock may very well go down to .0000001 but for a lot of us it wouldn't make any sense to sell at these prices. There isn't much else left to lose so what is the point. All we can do is hold and hope to grow at this point. If it doesn't happen life will go on.
Lives are extremely precious.
I don't believe anybody knows how many lives Phoneguard has saved. What I do know and that is if Phoneguard has saved just one (1) life that is an awesome thing. I can't imagine losing a child because they were texting and driving especially if it is avoidable. Yes, the child can turn the cell phone off when they are driving but irrespnsible young people who drive need responsible parents to look after them. I just can't believe there are people who think Phoneguard is an awful product. Those who haven't raised any children can't comprehend how a loss of a child would be. Very sad. You just can't make this stuff up what people say about this great software.
My friend, nobody and I mean nobody has a better phone on the market that offers what phoneguard does. Perhaps with your app, you should start your own I hub board and push your product. This is a OPMG board and I really don't care to have conversation with anyone other then phoneguard supporters. Sorry, Phoneguard is where it is at. The management needs to get there heads out of here backside and start effectly market this product. Good luck in all you do. We are the best and will always be the best. Go OPMG.
OPMG/Phoneguard will rebound. I heard JB gave the dynamic duo $3,000,000 to get this puppy going.
The info stated above is about as accurate as other comments being made without any facts at all. None of us know what is going on so this is why all these ongoing comments the company is completely gone are laughable at best.
You can't make all this stuff up. LMFAO.
When court cases like these continue to pile up you will see companies forcing there employees to install software to prevent texting.
Coca Cola recently shelled out $21 million to a 37-year-old woman who suffered nerve damage after a company employee hit her car while using the phone. Meanwhile, an Arkansas lumber company paid $18 million to a crippled 78-year old woman who miraculously survived another such car accident, and International Paper coughed up $5.2 million for a woman who lost her arm because of a cell phone-induced car crash.
They have also begun installing software like PhoneGuard and DriveSafe.ly in drivers' smartphones to prevent them from working on the road. These apps work by silencing ringtones and directing calls to voicemail so drivers aren't tempted to pick up their handsets.
I realize the change in attitude will take time just like it did for seat belts even though the Feds made wearing seat belts a law. Companies shelling out these large sums of money will come to realize paying a small fee to install this software is a small price to pay even though some here who are against OPMG / phoneguard will come up with a reason why this won't happen. Lets see what kind of response we get from this posting.
I really wonder had the merger gone through with Izup and Dan Ross took over as CEO and Scott got the boot where we would be right now? Any thoughts on this? It appeared to me Ross had a lot more knowledge about this business then old Scotty.
It will take it awhile to write it all off. Which sucks.
No elegant technical fixes for distracted driving.
(It is never, ever to late)
OPMG needs to find some one that knows how to market this product. Once you present it effectively phoneguard will sell itself. The management needs to get it in gear. With over 350 million people in the US and many millions around the world there are plenty of opportunities ahead of us. Some have been missed but all we need is about 2 to 3 million of the 350 million to make this software a gold mine. That is only about 1/2 of 1% of the total population. Now that isn't to much to ask Mr. Keith and Scott. Get it together and market this puppy.
Nice posting Rambler. I love your positive outlook.
I appreciate when shareholders post they’re optimistic opinions about this company even though the company gives them plenty of reason not to be Optimistic. I personally find having an optimistic attitude as opposed to a negative attitude with this company is physically healthier even though the end result may be the same. Certainly what is the point in constantly hammering on this company if I end up losing everything I have invested it won’t change anything. Hopefully, things turn around for the ones who still own shares. Good luck to all.
Good job Mike. I actually think the price will be at least .125 and rising. Tut you are the man. Go OPMG.
Good article:
AT&T is offering Phoneguard.

I believe I said in my commnets twice the product was not marketed properly at all. As a matter of fact it was marketed terribly. It is a great product the management did an awful job. Hopefully they have learned from mistakes. We will see. If not then sell the company to someone who knows how to market a product with potential.
Phone guard is a great product. If the company had marketed this software well and directly to the parents of young drivers and company fleets then I believe it would have sold like hotcakes. Remember parents are the ones who own the car’s, buy the insurance and have raised them for the last 16 plus years and they certainly don’t want all those years wasted on one bad decision. I just wonder if all those parents knew this software was available when there child was killed in a car accident would they have purchased this software for the phones and as a parent I would have to yes they would. Even though my two sons survived high school safely I would have bought this product without question and I know many other parents would do the same. Bottom line phone guard was not and I mean not marketed properly. I can't imagine just one parent not wanting to protect there child for a very small fee to save there life. We can only hope they either market professionally or sell the company to someone with deep pockets and who cares about saving lives. Saving lives is what this is all about.
It is very clear to me that people don't understand the concept of "MARKETING" or they wouldn't be making statements such as Phoneguard is no good, adults & teens don't want it and invasion of freedom wouldn't continue to be made. You could (example) put 4 rocks in a box and if you put on a strong marketing campaign and have the best packaging ever made you would be able to sell millions of these rocks. It's not the fact Phoneguard isn't any good because it is the best #1 on the market. No other software has more features for the purchase cost then Phoneguard. I guess those that have driving children and who are aware of phoneguard really don't care about there safety. Twenty dollars a year is a small price to pay to see your son or daughter make it home safety after driving the car you bought, pay the insurance and put gas in. Some things just don't matter or not a priority in there lives. They would rather buy 3 packs of Cigs or a couple cases of beer then buy a product that will keep there kid alive. Now tell me who really has there priority mixed up. The following statement was made on this board:
If PhoneGuard is the BEST product on the market, and has had JBieber for a full year behind it and the gross profit was a paltry $143,000.00 for 2011 I would have to say the entire sector is in deep trouble. What does that say about people's willingness to install it and pay for it......just my thoughts on it?
My friend I only have one thing to say about that statement.
It isn't Bieber or the Product. We don't need JB but we do need MARKETING. If we had a strong national marketing campaign and that means radio, TV, billboards etc you could sell MILLIONS. This isn't only my opinion but do your own DD and you will find marketing is the key to the vast majority of successful businesses and products today especially the kind that saves lives. Then again there are people no matter what you do they just don't care. All they want to do is live in a negative bubble. I have a name for them but I will keep that silent. Understand one thing about the success of Phoneguard. MARKETING -MARKETING - MARKETING . Without it success won't take place. Period... Enjoy.
Even though we are all upset with the company, now isn't the time to start making comments there is other software better then Phoneguard. This product doesn't even compare to Phoneguard. What we are lacking is MARKETING.
Like a lot of us here we have way to much invested to sell now. How dumb would that be. Invest $25,000 and sell for $500 and move on. Now that would be a clear sign of insanity. To me it is all or NOTHING plus be a part of the lawsuit if it happens. Remember, Bieber owns 16% of the company and he has deep pockets and responsible for our loses due to all the hype. Scott and Keith can join Bieber recovering ALL of our money hopefully.
Actually banning cell phones in cars wouldn't be a bad idea. Many young lives would be saved. Does anybody think that would be a bad thing. Hell, when I grew up there was no such thing as cell phones. We survived without problems. The problem today is the parents have totally spoiled there kids and now they feel entitled to everything. Sad, Go OPMG.
OMG the SKY is falling. Bankruptcy May 1st. lol.
You can't make this stuff up.
Quote: GCRC
2.2 Million on the ASK currently
Dilution?
2.2 million times .0016 equals $3500. Yes, opmg is going to sell this many shares for a mere $3500 dollars. You got to be kidding me. Dilution????
You can't make this stuff up. Go OPMG.
$5.00 PPS is in our future either with OPMG, Illume or some other company that owns the rights to this software. This is without question the number "1" anti-texting product in the market. No one is even close. This will catch on by the masses. Families will finally wake up after seeing children after children killed in car accidents over a cell phone. Also once the insurance companies get tired of paying out millions upon millions of dollars they will finally wake up. It hasn't reached the boiling point with everyone but it will. We will prevail.
It is crazy awesome this concert is sold out. No more seats to be found. WE ROLL and ROLL and ROLL. Doesn't get any better then this. To the top we go. I see $5.00 PPS soon Go team.
It just blows my mind that a number of individuals continue to be giddy when talking about a company that is trying to save lives but wishes for them to fail. OPMG is trying to do the right thing for everyone who drives a car. Then they continue to say the management doesn't know how to run a business. Only in America do citizen root for failure. All IN MY OWN OPINION and I don't believe I am alone. What I feel good about is being able to sleep at night.
Let me see if I have this correct. You are saying you have a basic anti-texting on your phone for on $1.99 per month. Ok lets look at that for a second.
1.99 x 12 months = $23.88 per year --- Basic software.
Drivesafe is only $19.99 total per year and you get all of the following with the phone. Plus a savings of $3.89 for the year. Looks like a winner for me.
1. GeoFencing
2. Panic Button
3. Speed Control
4. Administrator Override
5. Auto-Reply
6. Request Permission
I'm certainly not a rocket scientist but seems to me Drivesafe by Phoneguard is by far the Cadillac of anti-texting software and yours is a neon of software.
Myself I will take Drivesafe and all the bells and whistles that come with it. Pretty cheap price for saving lives everyday. That should be the only way anybody who is anybody looking at this including the young drivers and there parents who not only own the car, pay for the insurance and most likely who puts gas in the car should look at it. I am also sure the majority of the I hubers on this board will agree with me. I really hope your basic anti-texting software works well for you
.0975 is cheap. I see at least .25 cents by July. Got to be positive. Being negative causes health problems. We Roll and roll big.
I don't believe I said he would lose any money. I said what he could make if the price went up. My god don't you people read.
Sir, I understand it isn't up to him but if it comes down to keeping the doors open because of the money then I would bet he would drop a few hundred thousand to keep the doors open and help make it happen. The reason I say that is remember he has 121 million shares and if this software takes off with his financial help and sells like hot cakes and the price jumps to say fifty cents. Please calculate that out. I believe he would get his money back and then some. JMO. Go team.
You are exactly right my friend. I just can't see JB allowing this stock go down the toilet like this. It just doesn't make any sense to me. They need to get this ball rolling and when they do it won't stop. I am still hopefull they get bought out by someone big. If that happens then the sky is the limit. I pray everynight this gets turned around. Take care and thanks. Dan. Go team.
This is great. We are rolling all the way to the top. Dollars before you know it. JMO. Go team.
Junk, I would never kid you about things like this. I am real as real can be. Go team.
And your point is what?
Now wouldn't that be sweet if AT&T was involved or even bought out Phoneguard. I vote for the buyout. We will see in the next two weeks how this plays out but I really, really hope it is good for all of us investors.
Who said PG paid for that advertisement? Bieber could have paid for that. We just don't know. Maybe somebody else with deep pockets. Once again we don't know.
You certainly are more positive then myself. I am only about 40% with you. They have a long ways to go to convince me.
I am only all in because I can't afford to sell. I would lose my azz. I have no choice but to stay.
Nice response Confuciussay. I wasn't planning on selling because it doesn't make any sense. I am all in. I am just not sure about buying more at this point. I guess I will wait even though I may be paying more for it but I would like to see some solid positive signs of growth before I do. Go team.
What confidence do you have right now this stock is going to take off? Good hard earned money is a terrible thing to waste. With the current price I would love to purchase a million shares but success with this company is a toss up right now and I really don't care to lose anymore money. I am wondering who else feels the same way. Go team.
Today's PR news really was helpful in pushing up the price. While the PR was good, I still see it as only Fluff. We haven't seen a PR for quite sometime and apparently they haven't drumed up any new business in the last 4 months. What are we getting for the income we are paying for St Claire and Frohman. Yes, I am frustrated but at the same time positive and hopeful. I hope this concert brings on new business and losts of money from selling the software. Go team.
Knuckles, I would be happy to purchase a million cheapie shares if you can guarantee me this stock price is going to climb. At the present time I don't see anything that wants me to throw any more money at this stock at this time. I have a large share and I'll just go with what I have. Need proof before I buy anymore. Go team.
