Again, I hope you do well with this.
Good luck with this.
Let's see, I am running an Exploration Company and theoretically I should have land leases, drilling programs, etc. All of a sudden I abandon my exploration efforts, higher a web designer/programmer and create front end website that links to existing discount websites and claim I am doing what Groupon is doing and pay to have it advertised to investors. Invest at your own risk. If you are positive you should consider your position and how much risk you are prepared to accept. Good luck with your investment here - people have definitely made money here regardless of the background and potential long or short term viability of this investment.
I know you know this based on your own personal experiences - thanks for reporting what you are coming across.
Whatever Morris says is suspect based on past experiences with him and his statements which several turned out to be false information about the status of LCRE in order to keep investors to buy shares before the RS.
That sounds about right. They need to sell or fail at this point. Since they lied about the number of customers they had signed up it is hard to determine if they are actually expanding or not.
Why - this is in the Grey Market to start with so something must have happened to put it there. If you have any other info please share.
I think they attempt to pull from their listed account with them first which appears to be what they did.
How is the equity of this company being determined? If it is based on retail price of inventory versus the wholesale cost of inventory then the equity could be half of what it is currently being listed at.
The equity in this could be overstated. If they are basing value on the retail cost of inventory on hand and not their wholesale costs it could easily cut their equity in half as retail mark up is typically 50% or better. Having shoes and inventory of a specific retail value does not readily convert to cash without a significant discount depending on the amount of time one has to liquidate.
Looks good on surface. Determining how the equity value is being derived at is key in valuation of this.
All - I am going to take a break from posting here unless asked a direct question or a post is directed at me until the end of April. We will see if we are still having excuses from ICOA or they actually deliver something by then. I think this is sufficient time for them to do something since we have been hearing they will deliver any moment for months on end and everything is supposedly almost there according to ICOA. Thanks and think before investing in anything.
Morris had his chance and chose to reallocate company funds and destroy investors. Need to keep on notifying the SEC that there appears to be fiduciary and probable fraud with LCRE - investors were provided false statements from the CEO about LCRE and its status in order to keep investors purchasing shares. CEO statements were later proved false by his actions. That 10K+ Morris is being payed a month from previous stock purchases by our money for delivering nothing and destroying shareholder equity is outrageous and wrong.
PayPal has refunded the money from Natures Peak as they did not respond to PayPal. If anyone hears what is going on with this company please let us know.

This is going to .0001 if ICOA does not deliver soon. The real test will be if large amounts of shares become available at .0001 and .0002. Do not be deceived and think you are averaging down - if dilution starts this means the company is selling as many shares as they can to get your money out of you before they RS this thing again into oblivion and start over. If you observe large volume days with no news this is a sign the dilution machine is being triggered by the company. I am advising caution - only buy if you can afford to lose it otherwise just let someone else have it as you will find out that if they RS this your averaging down will be averaging to nothing. I have been in a company that has done this and all along there are investors thinking it is such a great thing believing the company is going to do the right thing, however, in the end it is not. I know several will not believe this until it is too late - mark this post.
ICOA is looking like a share selling operation more and more every day based on the history of this company and the actions of its management. They were exposed this time much sooner then they anticipated. Failing to deliver substance to date and not delivering on PR'ed items says volumes about this pinkie.
Good for you - keep believing that this 5 year old article is part of ICOA's business today.
I do not believe this 2006 info will be a part of ICOA's bottom line today.
Interesting, however, from 2006 - I do not believe it will be a part of ICOA's bottom line today. Thanks!

There has been no response from BOINGO through their support organization.
No.
Good luck with that - can't get any product, company does not respond so buy all you can!
Interesting - can't still be valid for the original company as all the information is from 2003 and past. Is the shell being bought?
Also, with George being 70+ years old I would expect he would have the experience to forecast how long it takes to accomplish the current company activities versus prematurely reporting everything then failing to meet the stated delivery dates - unless it is intentional. Just an observation.
You may be confusing my posts with another posters.
Natures Peak did not respond to PayPal by 03/28/2011 - they had 10 days to respond. Basically, PayPal will credit/refund me the monies for the undelivered product any day now I suspect. If they are in business they really do not care about investors or selling product for whatever reason. PayPal will probably suspend their account until they hear from them (I suspect). A ZERO in customer service and as a company.
No - the thing I hate worse then losing money is companies scamming investors. I am here to stay win or lose - I am prepared to lose it all.
There is a higher risk today if bad information is put out by a company then it was before Lehman Brothers and the Bank meltdowns. There are higher levels of scrutiny, especially if a company has a record revenue quarter. Companies need to be more cautious about putting out information and need to be able to validate it or it will be subject to investigations and additional actions if the investigation warrants it.
As I read through the past history on the boards about ICOA I noticed they had record revenue quarters, however, the PPS would always work itself back down after the news. Hard thing to hide with 10 years of posts on the board. This time it will be different - right? This time they have everything they need to succeed and the previous 10 years was just practice. A year from now all current posters will be gone if history keeps repeating itself - go look for yourselves - it is all there. A successful WI-FI company after 10+ years of business would be trading in dollars not triple zeros.
This was never at 400.00 - get real!
Unless they increased the AS into the RS - that might be it.
That does not make sense - typically after an RS - especially a 5000:1 the PPS goes up and the AS goes down. So for it to be trading at .50 and then after an RS go to .05 seems odd. If you remember anything else I would appreciate it.
Quick question - what was the PPS after the RS?
Nothing to be sorry about - they have been at it longer then 10 years. I appreciate you sharing your experience with ICOA on the board.
Charts do not coincide with actual stock price at the given times.
Looking at the times listed at the chart and looking back on the history of the board there is a disconnect from what these charts you have provided are listing and the actual stock price at the time. Now that you have gone to this effort - care to explain?
Here are some past price points from the board - a couple of cents at most and triple zeros in 2009, 2010 and 2011. How do you lose all the upward momentum unless it is being drained off.

It was triple zero during the times this chart indicates otherwise. This chart is inaccurate.
No.
Conditional deal - only as appropriate.
Because they like several past mods of ICOA are now critical of this. I am open your view on this as to why posters from a year ago are not here today? If you also look through the history you will notice a change in posters from year to year. Posters today will not be here next year.
Investors posting a year ago are not here today - why is that?
Bought into last year when the other mod had his conversation with George. He is not here today and is critical of ICOA. We all learn as we go and if I knew what I know today I would not have purchased any. Either way - I am here to stay until something happens one way or another.
