I've been on this board for a while now, read posts on a daily basis and posted a bit myself. I have held shares, averaged down and have not sold a single share. I think KATX WILL come through in the long term. I have always said this would take a year or two to get some properties proven up.

I liken alot of the investors to the father of a long awaited newborn son. He's so proud and pours out the love on a daily basis and watches as he is nurtured and begins to grow. Then he begins to get impatient. After a year, the poor boy can't throw a ball, is pooping in his pants and won't talk to dad. All dad forgot was one simple thing. The boy is still an infant.
