Just relax hopester and buy when others panic. Long term is what it’s all about. A simple formula for substantive wealth as KBLB emerges as a successful company. It’s worked very well for me so far. There’s no guarantees of course but the biggest risk are in the rearview mirror at this point.
Smart money guys!! You will be making great returns on those cheap shares you guys got today. Congratulations.
The big picture is coming together and all the Longs should have a fabulous 2020! KONG ON!!!!!!!!
Go KBLB
That’s true hope.
The cool stuff is what has kept the longs here for over 10 years.
Thank you. A high compliment indeed.
People who will become millionaires by way of their patients and continuous buying at oportun dips in the price and holding long term for the ultimate success of KBLB. That’s who!
Well let’s see hope.
Of the well-thought-out list of options you have presented for me to choose from I would have to take the very last one:
“And so on and so on”
;)
Maybe household name is a close second.
Another option might be that we are licensing our new Technology to someone like Genentech to produce something amazing completely apart from silks through a newly structured subsidiary.
Expect the unexpected.
“These new technologies have the potential to significantly reduce future R&D costs and break open new markets for recombinant protein products, reaching far beyond silks and apparel.”
Enterprising!
The big picture is mind blowing!
There could ultimately be many Business Divisions within our corporate umbrella. It boggles the mind!
Damn right Red! Get them while they are cheap!
We have come a long way Libbe and it does seem like we are at the end of the beginning. We are crossing one finish line and starting another. This excerpt from today’s PR says a lot about the ultimate success of the company.
“The Company plans to continue to expand its throughput, over the next several quarters, as it builds up its capacity, expand operations, and prepares to ship materials to its collaborators and potential customers.”
Daytraders and flippers and the usual horse dusters may not be excited about the evidence of steady positive long-term success but in my view this is another fantastic PR of continuing momentum for all of us who have believed in the company for years and I am very excited to see this true substance moving forward.
Now this is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning.
Winston Churchill
So true banana!
Thank you Funman.
Thanks for posting that Romans. Yes, it would be good to see Yank make a post occasionally again here but I don’t blame him considering the onslaught of BS responses he was continuously assailed with by a few horse dusters. I bet he does still read the board. A penny for your thought Yank?
Good one ray!!
She should relax and look at the big picture. Don’t worry you’ll be her hero as I know you already are.
Bayswater uranium?
I am new to this board and new to the company. Just started a position yesterday at $8.35. In my limited research it seems that Green Thumb has a lot going for it and may have tremendous potential growth. I like the vertical integration and quality control throughout. I like that the center of the business is where it is and has expanded into 12 states. Illinois does not have the massive exposure to the types of climate change that California has. Fire and drought. Not to mention earthquakes. Also as I understand it the state is set for recreational legalization January 1.
Could someone explain its origins. Baywater uranium? Thanx.
It’s been a pleasure to watch this company for all these years endeavor, succeed, stumble, endeavor and succeed again. The pleasure has been worth all the pain and more satisfying because of it. Soon we will move to another level that many of us have dreamed of for a long time. Go KBLB. Thanks Kim. You da man!

Thanks for reminding me of this one:

I hear you banana. Not to mention the excessive capital gains the flippers must pay in taxes relative to long-term investors.
I have no idea but if it does apply it would be pretty amazing. Definitely worth getting a professional opinion from your tax guy.
Truth posted this I think back in July. You would have to ask him about the details.

Silicon Valley Tax Trick Helps Investors Save Big
While former Vice President Joe Biden made headlines for using a loophole in the tax Opens a New Window. code to save big on his tax bill, savvy Silicon Valley Opens a New Window. investors and workers have a few tricks up their sleeve as well.
A tax code provision regulating Qualified Small Business Stock (QSBS) is key for some of these individuals to save on gains realized.
The provision applies to investors in companies that, first and foremost, have gross assets valued at $50 million or less at the time the investment is made. People in this position are, in some cases, able to completely write off federal taxes on the first $10 million or 10 times the basis of the investment, whichever is greater.
“It’s a terrific benefit if you qualify,” Bill Smith, managing director for CBIZ MHM’s National Tax Office, told FOX Business.
In order to qualify as QSBS, the company must be a C corporation. The stock must have been issued after August 10, 1993, and must have been acquired directly from the issuing corporation or its underwriter. The qualifying stock must be held for more than five years.
Among several other stipulations, the company must also be engaged in a qualified business or trade, which excludes a number of fields including health, law, engineering, architecture and financial services. But most technology companies would qualify.
Smith noted that most people are likely to qualify for the 100 percent exclusion – which just requires that they received their stock after September 2010 (before that time the exclusion was typically 50 percent).
It’s also important to note that the company’s gross assets can exceed $50 million after a person acquires shares.
Investors, therefore, have the ability to save millions in taxes on their gains.
This could be a big help to employees at startups, who often get a share of their company’s stock. It also benefits people who get in early on a company going public, Smith noted.
The rules were designed to encourage investment in certain small businesses.

The good news for investors? The provision does not appear to be going away anytime soon.
Smith said he hadn’t heard a “peep” about it being under scrutiny, as lawmakers focus their efforts on other parts of the tax code.

How sweet it is!
Excellent post peach. I agree with all except your guess about the stock price. We shall see. There are many beyond us shareholders who have been waiting for a timeline. Maybe we should begin to consider where we are going to go when this volcano blows
You are absolutely right Truth. People can say whatever they want. I am merely pointing out the obvious and I have no hope of changing their minds or actions. Good for you having accomplished so many things through the genius work of our CEO.
The only people who are saying that the CEO is an idiot seem to be those who are motivated from some nefarious agenda to never accept the reality of the progress that the company has made and the fact that it could not have been done without the genius insights of Kim Thompson from the beginning to our present position poised to up list. Absolute perfection is impossible and I’m not saying he is perfect. Everyone makes mistakes. He has however demonstrated the intelligence to move forward consistently as difficult situations and some setbacks have presented themselves. I believe those calling Kim an idiot are not being intellectually honest with themselves or they are flat out misrepresenting the truth. But that’s just my opinion.
I agree with you guys. First Mike is the man!!! I also miss his posts very much. His is a voice clarity wisdom and intellect. It would be great to see his opinions periodically on the board again.
MM you are right about this: “This is an R&D stock that will uplist and has a unique product nobody else can do.” However, it is becoming apparent that Kraig Labs will be so much more. Not only a R&D stock. We will also be a textile materials production stock as well. The only company in the world capable of mass production of spider silk material for both mundane and technical textiles. Giant markets! The price tag for a buyout will be multiple billions!

Is this referring to Than KY Textile Company or KBL eggs?
Thanks
Thank you for your relevant and valuable contributions to this message board sickzone.
Ha ha. Good point Little G. We have come along way. The progression of the arguments has been very encouraging over the years. KBLB will never actually make transgenic silkworms? Oh they can? OK but it will never be more than a science project. Oh it is? OK then, they will never be able to increase the quality of the silk. Oh they can do that too? Yeah but the United States military will never be interested in such a crazy thing. Oh really they are? They just got lucky with the shotgun piggy bac And will never be able to create custom tailored silk with other methods like zinc finger or crisper. Really that’s amazing? They can do that too? It’s a one-man operation. OK then it’s not. It has no real validity even if they can do all of the above. Oh it does. Even so they will never be able to produce the silk because no country is going to want to have genetically modified silkworms that can get loose from a facility and destroy the planet. Oh it doesn’t work that way? Vietnam will definitely not want this crazy stuff in their country. You’re kidding? They do? Even so it can never be scaled up and actually go into production. What no way. Wait, it can? yeah but they will never be able to produce metric tons consistently with quality. Oh, they will? There’s no way that fortune 500 companies could be interested in buying this unique paradigm shifting technology. Oh my god they are? But they won’t be willing to pay several billion dollars for it! WOW, they will??!!!
“The Company has been working with senior officials in Vietnam for several years to secure the necessary permits and approvals needed to bring its revolutionary spider silk technology to production. The delivery of these progenitor silkworms into the Company’s Vietnamese facility marks the success of that process and the beginning of a new era in performance textiles.”
I have been seeing today’s news in my crystal ball for over 10 years. Just didn’t have the timing right until last week. Ha ha ha
Congratulations to all the Longs! And congratulations to Kim and Jon and all involved in this amazing Company. Great job guys!
In my crystal ball I see big news next week! Just when it is supposed to happen Truth
Back at ya Z!!!
GO KBLB!!!!!!!
I have not added to my shares in well over a year and have been content having as many shares as I do. It seems I cannot pass up this opportunity. Thanks for the cheap ones. The company is in the strongest disposition in its history and I am very optimistic about the future. In the last several years my buys have been at the lowest dips. “Buy when there is blood in the streets”
Sellers will be kicking themselves. Oh well. Thanks again for the cheap ones!
Thank you for your always scientifically enlightening post jazz. Keep them coming. How about a comment on that PR I believe it was in May concerning the possibilities of
ventures beyond silk worms.
I could not agree with your last couple of posts more Big Banana. Especially about fear. Fear is not a new tool to trick and deceive but it can be very effective if people do not see why it is being projected by those who would like to take advantage of uncertainty. The real uncertainty now is not if but when the next level of value will be achieved. There seems to be a blatantly desperate attempt to shave a percentage off the share price and increase holdings down here before the inevitable jump by some. That is to be expected in OTC land. I’m also excited about moving to a greater exchange where this sort of behavior will be greatly diminished but not completely eliminated. It’s human nature that all people do not always allow their ”better angels” to guide their actions. Our little caterpillars are working hard to reward the KBLB Long Kongs and all investors. We are truly on the ground floor of something very special. So to any new investors and all who have been here for many years, I say “hold on tight and don’t let go”. -JG
“Ah shucks. I wouldn’t stop for a million bucks!”
Red in my opinion it is not checkers or chess or even three-dimensional chess. It’s beyond any game yet conceived. The current amazing reality of transgenic spider silk silkworms could be only baby steps compared to the powerful potential of harnessing the beneficial qualities of a wide array of species to improve the human condition. The possibilities boggle the mind! I feel privileged and extremely lucky to be a shareholder of a company moving with such vision. Go KBLB!!!!

What we have here ladies and gentlemen is one of the most significant milestones in the history of the company. It’s been over 10 years for me personally and I could not be more pleased.
I am reminded of this quote by Winston Churchill: Now this is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning.
I’m also reminded of a quote by Jerry Garcia: Hold on tight and don’t let go!
If there is a shindig in Singapore featuring KBL silk as a material in a bullet proof sweater, I sure would like confirmation of an event of such magnitude. I don’t want to get out over my skis too far on this one just yet. So I will wait before applying this to the overall Kraig Biocraft calculus. If true it will definitely move the needle in a big way and if not, I am pleased to see steady and positive movement on other fronts towards preparing the company for up listing to the NASDAQ. Either way. We are golden! And yes my friend, “get them while they are cheap”.
It’s good to see our CEO being publicly recognized for the outstanding qualities that many of us recognized a decade ago. These qualities are what has inspired me to stay the course and continue buying in continuously over the years when it looked like the chips were down. Those of us who have been adding shares on the dips year in and year out are going to be rewarded for patience and persistence and the belief that Kim Thompson would ultimately be successful.
