Although I agree getting an "E" isn't the best thing, it isn't the worst thing in the world either. I do not pretend to know what is going on! But, if we look at all of the factual, and actual, information out there, I see nothing bad! Sure, a late filing can get our imaginations working on the worst case scenario! But the last communication from Mr. Hamilton that I am aware of, via e-mail, was that he was aware the stock was being manipulated (and I have no doubt about that! Look at all of the great things ISPIE was working on, zero bad news, and the pps keeps dropping) and no more news will be released until they take care of it. Now, we can question that logic all day long! But, in all my dealings with Mr. Hamilton, he has been a stand up guy. And, in his last e-mail to me, he told me to hang on to the stock. So, although I don't like taking the losses I have, I'm going to stick this out - and even add shares, because I really feel this might be one of those special opportunities that don't come by very often. Greg
Looking at the buys and sales posted, bit $.019 to purchase more shares! I just did it! Guys, this is our chance to hit it big, being in the ground floor. No more jumping in after the stock has jumped 200%, be the few that have gotten in at a low PPS. You will be rewarded! Sell what you must, but get in now. I would not advise anything I have not already done. Good luck - greg
Eric, damn good DD! I don't know a selling point. I really don't understand what the hell is really going on! All I know, Is I always believed in what Mr. Hamilton personally told me "Don't sell your shares"! So I have not and bought an additional 100,000 shares between today and late yesterday. I will be buying more tomorrow. I really think this is the golden tick for all of us. So, the stock "pickers" will be mentioning ISPIE. that will set off the run. At this price, I suggest loading up on every single share you can. I think us original investor's will be kick'n back, loving life soon (lord knows after what we have been through, we deserve it - just focus on lowering your PPS - I just got mine to $.02) - Greg
I have created the new board under ISPIE. Please us that board. Also, these last few posts about the Spanish news are really good. It you posted them, please repost on new board. I can't piece everything together, but I think we are on the verge of something major. Greg
Eric, don't take it wrong, I just don't want to be responsible for your investments lol. At the end of March I jumped in POSC pretty big time, and the stock has done well. It is one of the few "penny" stocks I think will go over the $1.00 mark. But, I would not jump in now. If I do get some good information on a stock, prior to it moving, I will post it for you - just one time. I don't mind losing my own money, but I could not stand losing yours. On this stock! I would sell (not turn your back on it), and jump back in at $.013. Yes we will hit that level, and with that simple move, you can increase your holdings, with the same money. This stock should go places, but it will be awhile. I have never been so confused with a CEO as I am with this one. But, I don't think the company is going down, just some kind of unusual plan he has going. Greg
Eric, your request is somewhat reasonable, but I don't get into that. I will say that I am into a few million shares of THRR - bought them at an average PPS of $.0006! It is a buyout situation of $.01 per share. Current price is $.002, so obviously so issues involved! But all looks really good and currently you can get a 400% return, with a 1 cent buyout. So, there is the surest thing I can give everyone. Invest hard and have fun - Greg
I agree 3 - 5 years is a semi-long hold. Most "traditional" investor's would be very happy to make 8% return/year. So, in a 3-5 year investment, 24%-40% return would make investor's jump for joy (especially the past 3 years). However, us penny stock investor's feel that as a waste of time and resources. If we don't make that in a week or month, we few the stock as a waste of time. Sometimes it is good for us penny stock investor's to take a step back and have a reality check! Granted, our investments carry much more risk - hence, we deserve a higher return. So, to answer your question, I don't think 3-5 years is too long to hold a penny stock. Granted, ISPI has become a much riskier investment then it seemed 1 1/2 months ago, even a week ago. But, that just significantly increases the possible reward on this stock. Thanks - Greg
Another very interesting post! Can you expand on what you are saying? Can you get more detailed information? Thanks - Greg
Well the addition of the 5th character indicates the late 10k. But, I am interested in your thoughts. Can you expand on what you are saying and put in it more layman's terms lol. Thanks - Greg
I've been thinking about a merger or buyout possibilities for over a month now. That is a real possibility, and a good reason for how quite it has been. In my last contact with the CEO he said "Hang on to the Stock Greg, let me sort my stuff out!" So, I don't know what, but something is way up! I think in the near future, people who road this drop out are going to get rewarded - big time.
Great post! So, an E was added, indicating they are late on their 10k. No big news there! The 10k for 2009 was negligible and with the recent replacement in the COO (with a small company staff), it's understandable. Greg
10k - Any idea as to why it was not filed on, or before, April 15th? Any idea when it might be filed? Thanks - Greg
What might be the reason, or thought process, for changing the ticker symbol?
Shank, I think we have had this conversation once before. If you have no faith in the company, stock or the CEO - please sell your shares. If you are not a shareholder, please move on to other boards (your bashing is not welcome, or needed here). Thanks - Greg
That is the $160,000 question! Literally!!!! I have sent e-mail after e-mail to Mr. Hamilton - no response! I even sent one e-mail that said, ok, don't give me news, did you get this e-mail? Just say yes/no - no reply. I have never been involved in an investment where the company and CEO feels it is OK to keep the stockholders (company owners) in the dark. But, I do trust the CEO and do feel he will pull through for all of us! All I can say is keep buying, lower your average PPS. We will get paid! This company is on the right track. The time to buy is when everyone else is focused on other stocks. So, if you can grab 5,000 a week (only $115 or so), do it! This stock will make some millionaires - for those who stick it out. Greg
I feel like an ass lol, wrong ISPI! Sorry all, just woke up lol
Check this out! All is moving forward!!!!

Well, missed that one lol, but only 139k volume! Interesting about the 10K?
Well, we will see what the day brings us lol. I am confident we will go over $.03, question is, will we close over $.03? I think we will! But, it really depends on volume. Thursday was unusually low at 166k, compared to Wednesday at 1.6m. I guess everyone was looking for the 10k. I think the 10k will be a neutral, so we should have a decent day. Remember on the NT 10k (Filing extension), it stated:
"Management deems it necessary that additional time be provided in order to ensure that complete, thorough and accurate disclosure of all material information is made in its Annual Report."
As we all know, it has been a busy 2010 for Infospi, for its' size and staffing. Most of the information (on projects) we are looking for will not be on the 10k, as it did not happen in 2009. So, my feeling is that the 2009 10k will not have much, and we will wait for Mr. Hamilton to update us on most of the projects. I think some investor's are holding back for the 10k, but it is nothing to worry about. We should see the stock gradually, slowly inch up. And, when Mr. Hamilton decides the time is right to up us on the 2010 projects, we should see a pretty good jump. Just my thoughts - Greg
Does anyone have any information on the 10k? I read the NT 10k and it was very clear about on or before 15th calendar days from the due date. I will call the person to contact in regard to this notification: Diane D. Dalmy 303.985.9324 and see what's up. Greg
Interesting. Nothing I would invest in, but you invest in what you know, so that's no cut on CARV! They, #1 are in banking, but that really doesn't scare me much anymore! They, #2 are in an interesting market niche (largest African- and Caribbean-American run bank in the United States), I kinda like that. Listen all, I am not an adviser (I just love ISPI). But your stock would probably be a solid 3-5 year hold, not a short term hold. This is just 10 mins of dd, so do what you feel is right - Greg
I don't give stock advice lol, I'm just an average Joe. I am in the big THRR buyout for $.01, got in at $.0005. I am still do a bit more dd on HLXW, I'm in ADLS and I got in PLUG about mid Feb. I'm in a few others also.
10k will probably be released after market close, but I have no idea. Regardless, I think we will have a pretty good first hour, maybe over $.03, definitely think close. Then some mid-day profit taking from the few remaining short, profit takers - or some nervous, what-be-longs jumping out on a high. Then, hopefully you and I buy some shares, along with others and we close at $.03. We'll see - Greg
Rob, Clearly there is a problem with the manner in which our stocks are being traded at this moment which of course has our undivided attention. It would appear that we have some malicious/short traders that have attached themselves to our stock.
The company continues to make significant progress but until we have identified the people/companies behind the problem I have instructed that there be no further news releases. I can confirm that there has been no alterations to the structure of the company since our last fillings and we have not suffered any set backs that I am aware of.
Rob, as you will understand, I have been focused on the cause of the problem so I have been a little slow in responding to my messages, please accept my apologies. I can confirm that there has been no dilution at this time.
Thank you for your interest in InfoSpi.
Kind regards, Chris. J Hamilton (2/23?2010)
*************************************************************I just wanted to repost this E-Mail again. I think it is very significant! Of all the information we have received on ISPI, it has been positive, and Mr. Hamilton has been a stand up man, solid CEO, honest and true to his word. So, why would he all of a sudden change his character? That would be a problem! So, the E-Mail:
1) ".......has our undivided attention. It would appear that we have some malicious/short traders that have attached themselves to our stock." So, the Company, and Mr. Hamilton, have a problem with "shorters" manipulating the stock price - so does the SEC and I sure hate it!
2) ".....until we have identified the people/companies behind the problem I have instructed that there be no further news releases." True to his character, he has done just that! Whether you agree, or disagree with Mr. Hamilton's strategy, he has stuck to his word!
3) "I can confirm that there has been no alterations to the structure of the company since our last fillings and we have not suffered any set backs that I am aware of." This is Good, and based on Mr. Hamilton's character, I 100% believe him!
4) "The company continues to make significant progress" Great! Really read that!!!!!!! And remember Mr. Hamilton's character!!!!!
And Mr. Hamilton doesn't really care about the short term price drop! Shorters are getting out and the short term profit takers are getting bored and getting out. So, long's and people that believe in the company are picking up shares very cheap. Sounds like a pretty smart man to me! Remember, the ONLY, reason for this stock decline is "lack of news" - not a 1 day drop (like something negative happened, because it hasn't), a gradual decline.
So, this is why I continue to buy shares at this ridiculous price, and will do so until the dam breaks! Buy all you can, I can't say that enough - you will be greatly rewarded! Unless you see some huge, negative PR, always stick with your dd! - Greg
Agree, but should be tomorrow. Greg
Also, check out the Yahoo finc ISPS board,
some good information.
Well Cali, it's not a hard investment! Yes we have taken a hit, but if you believe in the company, you will be alright! We will have another up day, but the real volume is coming. Take your position and get ready for a great ride! Greg
19.05% gain! Like I said this morning, we hit bottom yesterday (not saying we will not float around that again! But, you were at the bottom)! Time for everyone to increase their position, or take a position before you are left out. 19% is great, but it also attracts attention - which is fine, but have a position before it happens! You are on the ground floor here, make your move! Greg
Bottom? I believe we are at the bottom, or damn close. Yes, I bought an additional 43,000 shares yesterday @ $.0229 - as I felt yesterday was about the bottom (and if I thought the stock was a good buy at $.08, I sure as hell think the stock is a great buy at $.023). Quite frankly, I don't know why all stockholders are not picking up shares! Mr. Hamilton has been a straight forward guy with me, and I take him as an honest man and at his word. He was upset with a shorting situation that he felt was manipulating the price of the stock. In an e-mail he stated there would be no more PR until that situation was addressed. I don't know any of the details, I'm not the CEO! This gradual slide from $.08 to $.023, during the "No News Period" separates believers and non-believers in the company itself! I personally do not invest in companies I do not believe in. So, what do we have here? This business tactic by Mr. Hamilton, I actually like (no, I don't like losing money)! But, all this has done is get rid of investor's that manipulate (people that want to make a fast 1 day profit - usually at the expense of true believer's in the company) the stock price. So, pretty much, anyone holding shares (the actual owners of ISPI) truly believe in what the company is doing. And, I think that is what Mr. Hamilton wants! And, at this price, long's should pick up as much as you can. The long's will be rewarded! When all else fails, fall back on your DD. There has not been any bad news about Infospi, it has been all great (even the resignation of the COO I don't consider bad, when you really look at the background of the new COO). The only reason for this short term slide is that Mr. Hamilton has not released news, and all of the non-believers bailed out! He gave a reason why, whether you believe it or not. You must ask yourself, why do basher's, like shankapotamus (who admitted he bailed out at $.05) still post here? Honestly, we all had stocks we got out of! We may occasionally monitor the price, but would you post so frequently, bashing the stock? You got out and have no interest in the company, literally! So move on shank, or make the smart move and buy back in at the bottom. I have no problem with shareholder's posting constructive criticism! But, to hold no shares in a company and continue to bash it on a message board - I honestly think we are dealing with some deeper issues that can't be resolved here! I would welcome you back as part owner of Infospi! Take care all! And, you WILL see your profit's - Greg
April 15th!
I have zero insider information. All I will say is that I do stay in contact, and do hold slightly under 1 millions shares. So you know where I stand. I am still buying, and at 3 cents, I will buy a bunch more. Mr. Hamilton is an honest man, and we will all get our news. But, this will take patience, but will reward us. That's all I can say, because that's what I know. You have to make your own decision, but at this point, selling is not smart. Here is an email response: "Hang on to the Stock Greg, let me sort my stuff out and then I will start again with the News releases." So do what you feel you must do! But, if you can't take the bumps, you shouldn't be in "penny" stocks - move on to mutual funds - that's just the truth. Greg
In the near future (I don't have an exact date), Mr. Hamilton is going to bring us all up-to-date with the business (and you will like what you hear)! Short term the stock will jump/move up to the $.15 - $.20 pps range. Longer term, this stock will be trading above a $1.00
