Crystal, did you see my reply to that idiot T Lusby about cash vs accrual method? He does not know what he is talking about-As long as a company is doing under 1 million in sales it can use the cash method even if it has inventory for sale-So GDHI is fine until we hit the 1 million sales mark in a given year-Then the accrual method must be used-So you were correct in what you told him and he was way off the mark as usual-
Wouldn't be surprised to see 14/15 on the close-We will see-

I had a post removed for calling T Lusby a BOZO-But what I said in my post is that Crystal is basically correct and Lusby does not know what he is talking about in regards to cash versus accrual method accounting-When a company sells inventory, it is only required to use the accrual method of accounting when sales exceed $1 million in a year-GDHI has not reached that mark yet so Frank is quite correct in using the cash basis of accounting-I am a CPA and know far more about this than Lusby-
When your business is not from sales of inventory accrual method must be used if your sales of services or receipts from services are in excess of $5 million per year
excess of $1 million in revenue from the sale of the inventory in a year-Once you reach $1million in sales in a year from the sale of inventory then you must move to the accrual method-

In a weird way I think it helps GDHI as many companies will be scared to try to open doors to do business in China, but will still want to tap the Chinese market and why not use the open doors created by Frank?? I think it is a terrible thing what the Chinese have done to Mr. Feng if you follow the case-He is no spy, those idiots, but the fear created by the sentence could help GDHI-
How about on the conference call if Frank says that latest container shipments of food and wine have all been sold and we are ready to ship more-And we anticipate sales for 2010 will surpass 1 million, ahead of our earlier projections?
Seems that the companies doing business with China are getting their stocks hit and hard to understand why-One would think that a higher yuan would be favorable to these stocks-
Definitely a seller out there today-When bid was .0011 and offer was .0013 I put in to buy 1.5 million shares at .0012 and got filled immediately without bid or offer moving, and my bid was never reflected
Frank has set a firm date before July 15th as Crystal predicted and Frank will announce 5 days ahead of time the exact date, but we know it will definitely be by July 15th-
The fact that Frank has scheduled a conference call, excellent news with the California wine company which has more potential than most people realize, with Frank working 24/7 on this company, we should be moving progressively upwards-
I have not seen yet that GDHI has gotten trademark approval from the U.S. to import garlic from China-That approval was supposed to be gotten by late May or early June as of 3 months ago-There was supposed to be no problems with the approval of the trademark, but have not seen the approval yet-Anybody????

Vauggarf-Frank predicted in January that sales for the year would top 1 million-I want to know if that is still a reasonable projection or has he lowered his projections as he was disappointed in Q1 sales numbers of 20k-I want to know why hsales were disappointing in Q1 and are products moving off the shelves at a faster clip now-
Great comments and I could not agree more-I don't think anyone expects Frank to respond to a lot of emails and phone calls, but he has promised twice a conference call and as Ichi has said his promises are good, but he does need to address the subject of the conference call and questions investors might have-
He means pertaining to the long awaited and promised conference call on Q1 financials, not on company announcements-
Rainman, I agree, but Frank has promised a Q1 conference call and he postponed it in May and now appears to have postponed it in June-Under pink sheet rules he does not have to even have a conference call, but he volunteered one and he did have one in January, so the fact that he promised and has not set a firm date is a little disconcerting-But the California wine agreement is very very bullish, not just because of the money coming from this deal, but also the possibilities in distributing other top quality products into China as the CEO of the California wine company specifically stated that Frank has great relationships and contacts and distribution networks in China that his company wanted to take advantage of-That is a very bullish thing-

I am going to continue to buy as I love the news with the California wine company and the possible ramifications for GDHI-But I agree, Frank has to have a conference call and answer questions-If sales are lagging we want to hear about it and know the possible reasons-I don't want to surmise why he has not scheduled a conference call, but he has postponed once from May and now appears that he will postpone again as June is coming to a close-Frank also has not responded to any emails asking about the conference call-Maybe someone else will have better luck-
