Somebody here has to know what this thing is. When do I not hold?
Isn't this one pegged to futures contracts? So when they have to roll the contracts for next months, that's when you get the negative roll yield, right? or is options expiration? A little help?
So if options expire today, does that mean that the negative roll yield will be factored in overnight?
I only wish I had enough time and money to accumulate 13 million shares! But, alas, I will take what I can get!
One down day does not break a uptrend!
That way, you can watch impatiently all day from a work computer!
Live streaming L2! not very exciting when there aren't very many trades.
Might be sooner than that.

I bought today. And since I've been watching, noone has sold to the 6 million share bid .0021, So, I have a tendency to disagree with you.
I've been having a similar problem, I think what I am going to do is try to use the trailing stop loss, then walk away without watching.
That's funny. I was in that one for awhile. I don't do too much posting though.
What is "Up Tank"?
Shortsqueeze.com is showing 2.2 million shares short. In a reverse split, aren't shorts forced to cover?
cool. that's good news!
Is anybody having a problem buying shares at etrade or ameritrade?
Maybe so, but barcharts doesn't consider outlook or future potential, it just follows technicals.

ANTs Software Announces First Customer Implementation Moving into Production
ATLANTA, Oct 25, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- ANTs software inc. (ANTS.pk), a leader
in database consolidation solutions, announced today that its first customer is
moving an implementation of SQL Skin into production.
The customer, a large electric utility, completed a successful test
implementation of SQL Skin earlier this year and then decided to move forward
aggressively with full production implementations of several of their mission
critical applications. The SQL Skin projects are a part of the customer's overall
Sybase decommissioning efforts. ANTs expects to complete the remainder of the
project by early 2012.
Although the potential revenue associated with this customer's implementation is
not significant on a stand-alone basis, this will be the first instance of SQL
Skin moving into full customer production, representing a significant milestone
in the Company's development. "We are excited about the first production
implementation of SQL Skin," says Joe Kozak, ANTs CEO. "This implementation is
proof that the ANTs technology is viable and provides a much faster migration
from legacy database technology than with conventional means."

That was back in the beginning of October anyway. how long does it take to sell 3,400,000 shares?
ever heard the phrase "Don't $h*t where you eat"? Sounds to me like you are trying to make your own situation more dire and severe. If you want to bail, then you bail. But don't tell others what to do.
no it's not. Registration D from Investopedia:
Definition of 'SEC Form D'
A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) required for companies that are selling securities in reliance on a Regulation D exemption or Section 4(6) exemption provisions.
Form D is a brief notice of a company's executive officers and stock promoters, in lieu of the regular reports required when no exemption under Regulation D exists.
Form D must be filed no later than 15 days after the first sale of securities.

Like I said, all of these securities had already been sold prior to the filing of the form.
All of those shares were already sold to Constantin Zdarsky 1 week before that filing as the form 4 of 9-27 and 8-k of 10-12 illustrates.
I think that the voluntary delist may have been a wise thing to do. The only other option they had was a reverse split plus they are trying to conserve cash vs. the nadaq listing maintenance costs. I am glad they chose this instead of the reverse split. I had missed the run up to .25 and am glad I got this second chance. I think the overall sentiment toward this company is positive, just that most will be waiting for the slide to be over.
I agree. That would be a good thing.
Let's just hope that all the bad news is out already. At this point, I am certain that they will be reporting a loss, but In my opinion it is priced in already. If they can give investors any degree of confidence we may very well start to see a steady rise.
flippers. They buy large blocks and turn them over for 10% gains. probably not very many at this level, but they are all over the place with stocks under a penny. That or uncertain or impatient traders.
Biotech stocks linger around this price until the market gets wind of success. When that happens they take off on an unstoppable run, but the degree of that run depends etirely upon what they are doing. If they are treating something that has a dozen competitors for the same indication, then they are only trying to gain market share. But when they have the only treatment for a particular indication, it will really, really take off. Like DNDN a few years ago, or like INHX recently. I'll probably just be trading this one for right now, but I'll definately have my eyes on this one for a very long time to come.
I have seen other companies go on a run right after the transfer to pinksheets was complete, I am betting this will run nicely next week.
that would be support. Support is the floor, resistance is the ceiling.
let me remind all gullible people out there. This guy doesn't tell you that half the reason of the market tier things is because pinksheets couldn't get a company representative on the phone, he wants your shares after he makes you sell in a panic, and it's also possible that the company is making disruptive corporate action. See that on the pinksheets too. not just the first possibilities, but all of them.
time for a correction?
I don't know any other way to find out. Do you?
Right on!. Welcome to the party! Did you get in on Friday?
shortsqueeze.com says that the outstanding shares is 782,610,000
and short interest is only 56,000...so I don't think that's going to push us very far.
what does the short situation look like?
I believe that the share count is the same. I haven't called the transfer agent, but I didn't read anything about more shares being issued. TD Ameritrade says that it is 132 million.
It's not regulated, it's polite.
If you get a tender offer, and trumpet it to the market, it's like thrusting your ass in the face of your buyer.
all the big companies do it this way...they don't say a word until it is complete.
the guy said that he was hearing around .15
I won't point a finger, but it was in a post earlier today.
You know, I didn't get a single promo about this stock. I didn't get any whispers or spam or tweets or anything. I was looking at the chart, and I decided that I wanted to buy. So I did.
You can believe what you like, but that's no rain on my parade!
Thbbbbbt!
you didn't get a single ANTS share, did you?
not a ounce of profit from this nice run?
so, if you knew it was happening, why didn't you front load it? and better yet, why didn't you tell me?
btw, did you ever get your 3 cent shares of ATRN? It was 7 bags in 1 account in 5 in the other for me. If you were winning all the time, you would think that you would be in a good mood instead of yelling all the time.
I might have believed you a week ago.
