That's not correct.
It is 5.6M that are publicly available to be tradeable on the open the market. The company can release more shares, but it hasn't.

5.6M shares are all that is available to people. We have more than 5.6M in Den hands and have had it basically after it was announced. There are airshares being traded now. They don't exist. Monk has almost 3M shares himself. It is marketmaker games.

Float is 5.6M and that's the key number.

It's not. NITE dropped off and fell to .35...they were before and bought shares. It was green at their bid. They are very short. They have to be on the Reg Sho List.

NITE back on bid, they need more shares...too short and trying to find any they can get!

We have them on the run! This is what happened yesterday when we made that run upwards...MMs way off bid. No one is selling and it is all air.

Bid support is critical not only for the obvious, but there are chart players out there that buy based on green/red candles, etc. Better to go up slow and steady that have big swings by hitting ask and then no bid support. Something to ponder.

That's why NITE on top of bid to get shares. They need them!!! Don't be fooled. If that wasn't the case, why wouldn't they be on the ASK? They are the biggest MM period. Weird to be that far off.

Reg Sho Day 14. yes, NITE was off ask b/c they are very short. They can't handle more shares and know if they do, they will get hand slapped. Sitting on bid to get shares back. Watch the MMs that lay off ask, but on bid. Tells a lot.

Also, shows you that selling (at least in large amounts) isn't happening or they would be off the list.
