I'm guessing we hit the reserve? :)
Exactly--slow and steady wins the race (with a sprint across the finish line).
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas (insert jingle)....LOL!
Sure thing. I was in a rush before and didn't get to say all I wanted to say. So I called and spoke with IR on Thursday and was told the reason for the proposed RS was because they are getting very close to the reserve. The RS would enable them to get rid of the remaining debt holders and be done with it.
I voiced my concern that this felt like a wash, rinse and repeat based on the recent RS, but she made a very good point in response. She said the toxic debt situation has been a learning experience for everyone and they have been doing their best to get rid of it and that we are very near the end of it. I say that was a "good" point because it was honest. She didn't give some canned response with the definition of a RS and why companies sometimes do them(trust me, I have heard that plenty of times). It was more akin to, we know we got ourselves into a mess with this, the market reacted, we are fixing it, and we are almost there. She also said they would issue a PR addressing it, which they did this morning.
As I said in the previous post. It is not something that is going to happen overnight. If approved it would have to get approval like last time, which took months. For those of you thinking or saying it is going to happen on Jan 9th you are mistaken. It may be approved by the board on that date but it would still be subject to the FNRA approval process, etc. Months.
The people here that watch level 2 and don't rely exclusively on Ihub posts have been watching a significant amount of buying since yesterday. I personally thought we would have closed in the teens yesterday and was pleasantly surprised to see how it held up.
If you are a long term investor you should ask yourself if you believe the company is headed in the right direction (have they done what they said they would over the last year with reducing debt and cleaning up the balance sheet, etc). If so, does a RS really concern you that much if they wont be diluting into it again as they have in the past? It should actually stabilize the SP and strengthen the company's footing.
If, on the other hand, you are in this for the short term play, then why are you even concerned about a RS that is likely months away? And what is different from last March? It seems very similar to me. This thing will pop long before that and you will be on to the next play before it ever happens.
Anyway, everyone needs to decide for themselves how they spend their money. Just be very careful of the people here who are trying to "help" you decide. If you are uncertain then pick up the phone and call the company. Just be polite and ask legitimate questions and you will be surprised how much real information you can get. I'm guessing that a lot of the folks that knee jerked and sold yesterday are putting buy orders in today. Somebody sure is scooping up shares :) GLTY!
I think many folks have made or are making a knee jerk reaction to the RS news. I spoke with IR and was told that we are looking at months (probably around 4 months depending on approval)and NOT days for any RS to happen. This is setting up exactly like last March.
One of them is probably Hample. LOL!
I agree--there has to be more to this than just sticking it to SH's. By itself this would just be killing share value which I'm guessing was not part of the recent equity exchange negotiations. There are a lot of possible scenarios here and not all of them are bad. I am guessing we see a PR tomorrow am to lighten the blow or possibly reverse sentiment altogether. Thursdays are the sweet spot for PRs so we will see in about 12 hours. Either way, it's going to be an interesting day. GL!
I think people just think you are a jagass--not necessarily clueless. I now remember you from the days of RB, running the same MO back then. Apparently you can't fix crazy or stupid.
And don't get me wrong...I am very glad you are here, as I am sure a lot of other savvy investors are. In fact, I can wait until all of your friends start pouring in over the next days......
Good morning GTG and fellow ICLDrs! Glad to see you added as a mod--it feels like we parachuted a good guy behind enemy lines.
Thanks for the updates Janitor. I am working off my phone and haven't been able to get to a computer to get a good look at anything. The fact that Romper Room is still in session tells me it must be at least better than the last.
Seriously? You kids need to go to bed so the rest of us can have an adult discussion here. geezus.
Good morning GTG and fellow ICLD'rs!
And horse traders and crazy people keep posting nonstop nonsense here.
I've been lurking on da burbs for a couple of months but I figured it's time to come out from behind the curtain and say thanks. You folks are the cat's ass on I-hub and probably any other board, and I feel extremely lucky to have stumbled onto here. I'm going to keep watching and learning and hopefully I will be able to contribute something useful at some point. Best of luck to all of you!
Lol. Good point.
Another random thought....if my aunt had balls, would she be my uncle?
It's not a party without some smoke! ;) Welcome.
Dude, that's funny. I think we are getting close bc the crazies are pouring it on today.
I'm telling Santa that all I want for Christmas is ICLD shares...
Gobble, gobble.....:)
You're probably right and i agree--let's not have one of those Friday pm earnings releases.
Good morning GTG. Tuesdays are good for PRs so maybe we get a good one today....
Can you believe that? Oh my.........lol
Buooooooooongiorno!
How many of that 226,537,496 do you own? I own some :)
Uggh. Sounds ominous. Any recommendations for other opportunities other than ICLD (I can't tell from your posting history). Dilution everywhere :(
Good morning Gregg! Let's make ICLD great again (LOL--couldn't resist)!
I guess you are planning to load more at the .01 range? I guess that would be good because at least it would give you a reason to post here. GLTY!
I'm here because I own the stock. Why are you here? That sounds more mental than me. Lol
Been here since last Feb. I've read them all, including yours.
Nobody is telling anyone to buy. That being said, why are you manipulating people to sell?
Hey GREGG. I'm still buying too so I guess that makes 4. On a side note, I've been doing this for quite some time now (got my start back in the day with COVD, ADSX and NEOM (when it was relevant) but I'm still learning so I may ping you with a PM question here and there if you don't mind. From what I can tell you and the folks you talk to are some of the "good guys" which is very hard to come by here. GLTY!
Nice job Aaron. Are you going with Blakee next? I'm no expert, but in my experience once the bashers start creating multiple accounts to sing a common song and try to create credibility, that is usually a good sign. As strange as it sounds, I like to see that coupled with the general feeling of dismay, especially if the technical indicators are looking good.
They are definitely getting tight with the shares. I had a buy order in for 125,000shs at .0335 for the last 25 minutes of trading. Orders filled all around mine at .0332 and .0335. Hmmm...
I am a "silent" long investor and I don't usually post but I had to address a couple of things. For a number of reasons, people really need to stop posting about the impending release of PR's or any news. The bottom line is nobody knows except the company and they shouldn't be divulging it to anyone in advance.
Regarding the RS, as Shotsky has mentioned tirelessly, it will happen to address their existing share obligations (employees etc.). The only way I see to avoid that is if the company were to buy back shares which I don't think is going to happen, although I sure hope it does. That being said, I do expect they will try to do the RS when the SP is higher but it will not be with the primary purpose of trying to use the RS to relist.
New investors here who use these boards as a primary source of info regarding their investment are doing so at a great risk and will eventually get burned by it. I learned that lesson the hard way when I first started. You need to weed through all of the posts and try to determine who has an agenda (most do) and who are really trying to post honest and intelligent info. The latter will almost always be in the minority. Thanks to those of you here who do that (there definitely are some here from what I can tell but I leave it up to you to figure out who feel you can trust). Anyway, that's my two cents. Good luck and remember that pigs get fat and hogs get slaughtered.
Exactly. That's why I'm paying attention again.
I dont think he bought in without having an understanding of YA's role. And I dont think he will simply walk away now even if he did, because he probably has a passionate vision on what he wants to do to the healthcare system and he knows he has the resources to see it through. The question concerning all of us is how will he see it through? Does he say "screw it, let's buy up the debt (and the IP in the process) and push forward." Or does he wait for the company to implode and try to salvage the IP from the rubble (ie, buy it from YA).
We're not going anywhere until this thing shows a little life and gets some volume going.
Hey Hangdog. I dont know. I tried testing the water the other way with a 140,000 sell at the open and they went right around it. Didnt even get a partial fill. Strange trading so far.
