Hi Chuck..
I have been getting the emails but I don't think my address has been updated. I will update it on the website but I am curious about what was said about ESF... who do I contact about that?
CW
How do I purchase ESF?
That is my guess... The BK case started in February of 2012 so I would hope they would also want to end in before that date in 2018 passes but that could just be me.
The court does not seem to rush things. Unless the company is urging it to close, I would think it could take up to a month for PACER to be updated. Who knows....? I just know it is near...
CW
I share your enthusiasm. I don't think PACER will update that exact day but probably within a week of January 23rd.
CW
If someone buys the shell, do common shareholders shares go with it?
or do the shares remain intact...
CW
ADr
That is more along the lines of how I am thinking... I am setting price targets this time. I have 5 of them. One was already reached, .0015 so I sold a smidge. My next target is .0085. There, I may sell a smidge more. The remaining targets are above a penny up to .145 in case anyone is curious.
I am not sure what will happen between now and the actual approval of the TFR. I am wondering if it will slowly creep up as we near January 23rd or if it will be very bouncy up and down at the hands of the MM's. It doesn't really matter for me because I already have my shares and my targets but still curiosity pokes at me... :0)
CW
Nice pop at the end there...
CW
Sure thing...
At least now I know not to look anymore until the end of January.
CW
And we have an update in PACER...
TFR has been put in the clerks office to be mailed out to all parties.
The deadline for objections is January 23rd, 2018.
Trustees final charges were also filed.
One step closer...
Now we wait.
CW
Indeed it would be for very many...
CW
Read the dates on that... everything has been settled...
CW
My pleasure...
Sometimes they post two in one day... but not today...
My hope is they will get this done before the new year.
CW
Another company, CBRI# emerged from BK, as listed on the Finra Daily list today and it is up 250%... I would LOVE to see that day with ASFX

Claims: All claims have been resolved.
A final tax return has been filed.
The only matter pending in this case is the resolution of the claims. Objections were filed and many of the objections were resolved. However, there are still several claims objections pending resolution. The remaining objections have a deadline of May 11, 2016.
All assets in this case have been fully administered. The only remaining matter is the resolution of the claims. Many of the claims are from investors and there are complex issues over the interest calculations and whether the notes violate NY Usury laws. An initial analysis was completed by the accountants for the Trustee. Counsel is completing a review of the claims and will file all appropriate objections.

Current Status: A court approved settlement was entered into between the Trustee and Brooklands Incorporated wherein Brooklands was required to pay the Trustee an initial payment of $130,000.00 followed by monthly payments, determined by a formula, due quarterly through 2017 (DE 123). Thereafter, the court approved a modified settlement between the Trustee and Brooklands (DE 130) which required Brooklands to pay the Trustee $300,000 in a lump sum, followed by 3 quarterly payments in the amount of $25,000, with the last payment due on or before May 31, 2014. All payments, with the exception of the $25,000 payment due on May 31, 2014, have been received. Once the last payment is received, the claims will have to be reviewed and objected to, if appropriate.
The Trustee hired David Carter, PA and Eugene Kennedy as special counsel to investigate various securities issues. Special counsel determined that there was no actionable damages to the debtor for which recovery could be sought by the Trustee.

Hi
Thanks for this...
Does this mean there are no products left either? That this is literally an empty shell company? How cold that be worth anything?
CW
Ah... very nice to hear...
CW
Who knows... nothing anyway until TFR get's approved...
CW
That is my understanding...
CW
Trustee's Final Report
No timeline but it has been filed which is great.... in the hands of the judge now I guess and aye the company?
CW
So I guess you were right without you even realizing it. I just got off the phone with the Trustee's office and they let me know that TFR has been filed. They are simply waiting for it to be approved! WOW!
So excited!!!
CW
Vaguely... but that was right before they filed for the BK. I have wondered if at that point they knew what the plan was but were trying to get it as high as they could before they got out.
I just will never know if Howard knew at that time, too. It was finally getting product sold, finally getting contracts for distribution and then boom, BK and it went private. Dropped like a lead balloon of course. I kept in touch with Howard for about a year ... year and a half but then after he did not follow through with the chapter 11, I gave up.
RedHawk got one of the products I think, in the deal but I don't think he is involved with that anymore. It was so long ago... I might not remember it all perfectly.
But it would be great if they had a RM and made the private company public again. That is my hope but who knows...?
CW
Hi there, AAM
I am not a subscriber and so I cannot send a private message or reply to one but the answer to your questions is yes from my perspective. But I could be wrong.
CW
Hi,
How do you know it was already submitted?
CW
Mine, too...
261 shares at .0008
So strange...
CW
It should be... once it is posted on Pacer...
CW
Boggles my Pooh brain how 75 shares could trade... but that is the number so far today...
CW
I think they would pay Todd because he did his job... he planted the seeds they gave him and he grew them very well... we saw the plants looking very healthy. It is not Todd's fault the seeds grew plants that were high in THC. He did his job and should get paid. What I don't agree with is the lack of communication from the company about all of this. So then Eddy comes along and pumps the stock so Todd can get the most for his shares... I understand it but I don't like it.
CW
This raises some good questions... like, if the HEMP did not pass, why?
Was there too much THC? If so, could it be used for something else?
What are the rules? With this being such a new process all around... not just for this company, is there flexibility and help out there for farmers trying to make go of this?
If something did go wrong, I don't think they did it on purpose... still part of the learning curve.. but I would appreciate an honest and informative update regardless.
CW
I certainly hope so...
Streett
Brez,
We may be talking about two different things... Not sure..
I just know that there was an opportunity for HT to switch the Ch7 to Ch11 but then did not follow through with it last minute. That was back in the fall 2012. Are you referring to something else?
Street
Ya, Brooklands was in a hurry to settle the money so they could move the business to Europe... so they paid that early on...
They made good on the payments and the Trustee has been paying out claims since then... but of course the common shareholders are not on the list of payees...
But all of those are taken care of which it also says in that form... so any day now...
CW
And then there was this...

The Trustee just resolved all claims objections in this case and all final fee applications have now been filed. The Trustee is in the process of preparing the TFR which should be filed within the next 60 days.
Another step closer...

Hi Brezlin,
I do not think that is the plan anymore... that was from 2012. Think Howard T had beg plans to do that but then something happened and did not follow through. He is not involved in Redhawk or was so I think he may have received "motivation" to not go in that direction.
Here is the contact information sheet I have from Pacer.. faber is listed but not his phone number...
