Well, in the company's defense, it seem's all that there was to say at this time has been said.
the only thing worthy of a press release now would be the confirmation of the money at hand and the "all systems go". They were said to have spoken on this at the meeting as to being 99% and the DD for the financer was almost over so, we should hear something at that time, In my opinion.
That said, to IpwgInvestor or anyone else who was at that meeting. Care to give me your phone # so I can call you?
By the way, ipwginvestor, I don't believe it is a scam. I just worry about the finer details in the deal with this investor and such.
Time will tell.
And I do thank you for information you have shared from the meeting.
I am more than willing to give my name and phone number to you in private message if you feel the need to call me to know that I am not any sort of basher and see that I am indeed an shareholder since 2005.
Yes, LK on EQ board. I have been in this stock since 2005.
I was simply voicing my opinion and concern's. Some call it whining? Too bad.
It amazes me, really amazes me, that I'm being told not to care who "ifi srl" is and ask about their representative being there (to which I still never got an answer) or that I shouldn't voice my concerns.
I am sorry I wasn't able to attend the meeting but I would have never made it in time. I was needed at my office that morning and am approx 1 1/2 - 2 hours away from Orlando, even longer in morning traffic.
I am not now, nor will I ever be guilty or feel guilty for questioning things.
I'm hoping as much as anyone to see the next pr bring confirmation of the money at hand and projects continuing.
Even after that there will probably be concern's from time to time.
That's how business works.
Anyone in business know's that. I sure do.
Luck to all!
"rah rah rah!" <.. better? lol
Well, sorry we all could not attend the meeting. So I am asking questions and voicing my concerns. Why would that bother you? Why would asking questions be considered negativity? Why so defensive and silly about it all?
I am long since 2005. I am hardly a basher.
It's not bashing. We're just discussing issues and concerns. I would think that is what the message board is for as well. Or I could simply put on my cheerleading outfit and post "rah rah rah" all day. That's silly.
Another thing, it will speak volumes to actually have the money on hand regarding AddPower as well because there is still money owed for it. At least in last reporting there was..
It is crucial for me to see that the money is on hand.
I am long since 2005 so it is not bashing nor is it being negative or whatever else you want to lable it.
It's called discussion.
Well said Scarlett, I agree
Cheers! ;)
The potential is huge.
I agree with that.
As said before, by the end of year we're jumping for joy
or
feeling foolish.
We need confirmation, solid confirmation that the dd is done and the money is actually in IPWG's hands. Until then, it is what it is...
If what has been said is true, then to resolve this whole DTCC fiasco is simply to restrict some shares then I don't see why that would be so hard to do at all.
A lot of "if's" to come true, which seem more likely at this point then ever in the past because of the now more communicative company with the shareholder's meeting and press releases.
It seems to me like the T's are getting crossed and the I's are getting dotted, so to speak ... and then off we go.
That's my hope anyway.
I figure by the end of this year, we're all going to be very happy or we're going to feel very foolish.
IMO
The company that comes up with that looks like some lubricants and paint/sealants and such. You think it's them? seems odd..
Oh you thought that was a person's name? hahaha
No, s.r.l or SRL is like inc or llc, is used here
we now have two bidders with nothing on the ask side :)
VERT and SUFI
Actually I have found Ifi group in Italy being the Agnelli family. Very well known. Own's majority of Fiat. Has investment companies, ect etc etc.
It would be absolutely wondeful it that was the connection.
There are other Ifi's as well.
SRL simply stands for something silmilar to an LLC type company in Italy as far as I can tell.
Hopefully more information on everything in a PR soon..
Ipwginvestor, the part of your review of the meeting that was questionable to me was the one about the:
"new italian bod not at meeting. doesn't speak english. "
Well, at least the representative spoke english because he was quoted in the press release. Was he there? Mr Voi?
I also find it hard to believe anyone in big business in Italy
doesn't speak any english.
I am long and not attempting ot bash but the one thing I am lacking *any* real information to any degree is exactly who is "ifi srl"?
Wish you would ask a bit more on that or if they would do a PR once this deal is closed, it would be appreciated.
They aren't on the ask side at all
I saw.. I looked them up too. I'm not positive but I thought I hadn't seen them on the bid side before today.
Looks like a new MM on the bid side now.. SUFI
Funny thing though, ebbtide...
I noticed on the level II's that UBSS is back on board and if I am not mistaken that is Schwab's mm.
I don't think it had been there this past week...
hmmm
Anyone with schwab able to trade it through Schwab now?
How's this:
The DTCC places the chill. Scottrade perhaps, like E*Trade, is no longer following what the DTCC has advised. But the DTCC has not lifted the chill.. yet. So people on some brokerages still can not trade. Are you saying you can buy/sell on scottrade or only transfer your stock out ?
Being able to transfer the shares does not equate to the freeze
being lifted. I think you misunderstood your broker.
I'm sure we we all know soon enough when it is though.
IPWGinvestor, who was at the meeting said they were working on it..
Argh.. maybe a nice long re-iterating of the meeting press release after hours.
Although if many can't buy, does it matter?
Waiting now for 25 more days of hope.. lol
IPWG is not listed as a defendant anywhere.. what are you talking about?
I have to agree. I am a LONG holder since 2005. Trying to find out any and all information I can. It''s not bashing to ask questions. It's ok if some questions have no answer at the moment as well, as aggrivating as that is, I know.
I'm still optimistic and holding.
Hoping more answers and info will be coming soon.
From the PR of Toscano's retirement:
"IPWG further announced that the board seat that is vacant will be filled with a representative of IPWG's new financial partner and the company is currently undertaking a search for a new Chief Financial Officer to assist IPWG. In the interim, the CEO will fulfill all responsibilities of the Chief Financial Officer position until a suitable person is found."
So the board seat is what I am asking, who filled it? Was the guy from ifi srl there?
The CFO seat was filled but that is not the financer seat, right?
Daniel Nicholas is the with the financer Ifi Srl?? I'm confused...
Call me crazy but from the trading every morning to close on this, it appears it is still be shorted. ?
Was the financer at the meeting?
Was there a timeline for when the new cusip number and name change would occur?
Was there any other deatiled informaton on who "ifi srl" is?
Are we now awaiting the press release on the actual closing of the deal with ifi srl in approx 20 days or so?
Plus it is the category that IPWG is listed under on here:
OTC BB | Oil/Gas/Natural Energy Production
So, it isn't far-fetched to see posters in that range happening upon IPWG
"getting"? lol
Level II is looking ugly, imo
Actually Indiana's was confirmed and reported on in Wabash county's newsletters. The last thing reported though was FGE having difficulties on the financing end of it all. Perhap's things there will change in the near future as well?
I agree that the financing is key as well. I have tried to do dd on this "ifi srl" and do come up with a possible affiliation with the Agnelli family who owns fiat as well as other companies. does anyone have any information at all on this "ifi srl"? Is it the Agnelli family's private investment company? I'd be much more interested in DD related to the private investmant company than anything else at this point...
I'm confused with the level II stuff...
Does anyone have it in E*Trade like I do?
I can see the mm's but for some reason today the individual trades show nothing.
Any advice? Anyone?
The reply I got from E*Trade:
Message:
Dear XXXXX XXXXX ( I blotted out my name)
Thank you for your message regarding IPWG. It is not on a manually trading list. ( I omitted personal info here) For all OTC and BB stocks such as IPWG you need to specify a limit price. The order will then be sent to the market.

It showed executed?
Maybe I am looking at it wrong.. new to this level II stuff.. strange
Weird, I don't see yours. I only see a sell at that time
I see it! lol
Thanks for replying with some answers. :)
Now, FYI for everyone, I just hung up with E*Trade who I trade with for years.
I was told there is nothing stopping this stock from trading.
It is trading and has been. He checked upstairs and with managers.
He said that *all* OTC stocks always trade manually between market makers. They ALWAYS have.
He also would not go into why ScotTrade does things but did say they deal with OTC stocks their own way and he has gotten calls in the past from people questioning it but he could not go into ScotTrade's policies.
Call E*Trade yourselves, or whichever broker you choose, and ask questions.
Chief, if you would please,
Why did they suspend services though?
What exactly does "manual trading" mean?
I don't understand how they can suspend services based on that SEC suit when they aren't named as a defendant?
Why would they do that without the SEC telling them?
Why can I still trade on E*Trade?
Thanks in advance for educating me..
Yes. I just traded it on E*Trade to see.
