We need a 2005 forecast, like the ones real companies issue. The 2005 forecast will account for earnings and future dilution, if any. Otherwise I wouldn't advise buying even at a nickel.
The clown(s) in charge need to stop deceiving shareholders and start acting with integrity.
Rawnut knows I'm right. Hence his immediate attack of me after my posting of message 6408. Rawnut is monitoring the board 24/7 in fear of his short position.
If you discount the $2.2 million in income at 7.5%, your asset value is $30 million. There's no doubt in my mind that KCA shareholders are anticipating significant appreciation -- at least up to $10.00 per share.
A $20+ million operation making a 10% return was exchanged for perhaps 4 million or less shares and undisclosed cash.
Positives:
1) Where did the cash come from? Operating profits.
2) Who values VLXC stock? Sellers of KCA Garment owners. So much so, they're locked in for a number of years since the stock isn't in float.
Don't let the bashing shorts steal your shares.
My sources are telling me major news is on the way.
Don't mind rawnut, he was probably abused either physically or emotionally as a child. As a society, we must simply tolerate these individuals.
I think Javeed needs to re-read the mission statement...
http://www.veltexcorp.com/about.htm
The answer we seek will be in the 2003 audit filing.
There will likely be lawsuits filed if the 2003 audit doesn't indicate the mill is 100% owned as has been represented to many shareholders -- which includes me. I'm glad they're making money, there'll be something there for me to recover.
That 18 million is nonsense. He's was probably hoping to give himself shares again for what he contributed initially to Veltex in exchange for his equipment contribution -- just my speculation. The BOD won't let this nonsense ever go through IMO.

Just ignore the numbnut and perhaps he'll fade away.
If rawnut had stated he's a mortgage banker, stock broker, CPA, etc... to lend credibility to his outlandish rantings, he would be in trouble since such designations would lend credibility to his rantings.
Yes, three months from now when VLXC is over $10 and after I sold out my position to rawnut at $2.50, I'm going to tell my co-workers I had a gem stock but followed the advice of a poster by the name of raw nut and sold prematurely. "Do any of you know a good attorney"?
Rawnut is covering what I imagine is a huge short position. He can lie all he wants on this board about a share count number. After all, he's simply known here as "raw nut". Any moron investor who wants to place credence on a poster's rantings deserves to lose out.
There's no crime in what rawnut is doing here, and he knows it. I suspect the actual share count he's throwing around is correct for "another" one of his investments. If taken to the carpet posting that number here, he simply states he made an error. Again, he's not holding himself out on this board as someone who should know the share count; hence, he has done nothing wrong other than having made a mistake.
Stupid people make mistakes all the time; it's no crime.
Notice how stock volume and price is up while Rawnut is bashing his hardest? He's no fool; he's loading up. It's obvious to me.
Transfer Agent:
American Registrar & Transfer Co., Salt Lake City, UT 84111
Just do a simple search for their phone number.
I like the fact that options exist. It tells me that employees are confident in the company's outlook to accept options. That's the best info I've heard thus far.
The Transfer Agent stop giving the information out almost two years ago because of the frequency of phone calls for that information. rawnut is full of cau cau.
Thanks Shrotker. I new rawnut was full of cau cau.
They may have acquired more mills to internalize more production.
"We have numerous exciting opportunities that should materialize in the near future."
rawnut has never said Veltex has 6 million shares. rawnut, why don't you state that "Veltex" has over 6 million shares? This statement would be criminal. I'm waiting for your post clarifying "WHO EXACTLY" has 6 million shares outstanding. You won't post it because you're chicken cau cau.
Rawnut = stefiblue = desparate short. You need to do a better job at keeping track of your most current handle. My reference was to stefiblue, yet rawnut responded.
cau cau.
The agent hasn't divulged that information for over a year. You'll need a better story.
Rawnut is full of cau cau.
Rob, I think later you'll be happy with your decision to buy more here.
I'm much more confident after reading the latest PR.
Excerpt (Earnings stated to be "OVER" $3/sh):
Veltex expects to earn over $3/share in 2004 on sales of over $40 million, which makes our current stock price seem extremely undervalued. The shares of stock in the float for the company remain the same. Fundamentally and structurally, nothing has changed with Veltex."
I figure I can't lose. If he pulls a fast one with the mill, I'll simply sue the crap out of him and VLXC for fraud. He sent me pictures and leaflets claiming ownership of the mill years ago, and with the last audit support these early claims, my case will be slamdunk.
What bothers me is the reference to the float, and not the total share count. This tells me that they are handing out shares to insiders. Just my speculation. If so, how many?
They say they want to be fully reporting, yet they appear to be withholding information from the PRs. Not a way to build shareholder trust. When will they learn.
I'd like to see some clarification on all the questions this latest PR has raised.
2004 EPS was forecasted "over" $3.00 in prior PRs, now it's just $3.00 yet income is still over $7 million. How much dilution has occurred this quarter?
You need to get a life. Monitoring and posting on this message board 24/7 can't be fulfilling.
I think we need a 2005 EPS estimate before we will move up. 2004 is already old data.
Quicksilver (ZQK: NYSE) has a nice projected revenue and earnings growth target for 2005. Not a bad company to emulate.
No one will criticize you. No one cares about personal opinions.
shrotker, have you figured out yet why the stock is running and shows no signs of slowing down? I'll give you a hint...
A man had three sons. He plans to give his estate to the smartest of the three. To determine the smartest son, he paints either a blue dot or white dot on each of their foreheads. Finally, there are only two combinations of dots... all three sons will have white dots, or two will have white and one will have a blue dot.
After several minutes of the sons facing each other, son A yells out that he has a white dot. He was correct. Why was son A confident that he had a white dot and not a blue dot?
shrotker, what are you talking about? Everyone knows you're just the resident VLXC daytrader that makes up stories of financing and whatever else that suits your current position. Stop the endless babble. Go get yourself some milk and cookies.
Who cares.
We should be trading over $10 if it weren't for the historical credibility problems.
I personally believe that things have changed now since the US distribution segment is in place and a good return on investment is being earned. I also believe that the audit is complete, and has been so for several weeks. I speculate this is why the stock has moved up and stayed up (this info has leaked out to employees, friends, etc...), and for the first time I might add.
I think we'll prosper over the next 6 months. Javeed may now understand that you don't make promises until the deliverables are in hand and it's assured you can deliver.
We shall see.
No sellers and plenty of buyers. We've seen a number of prior attempts for this stock to run, but it never did. Now it's running strong. There are likely very good reasons, and those who know are sucking up shares. I think $10 will be easy to reach by year end, and $20 by April.
Rawnut, I think Paul's point is that we trust you about as far as we can throw you... which isn't far if you weigh 200 lbs. You've essentially discredited yourself from your first stupid post.
You've earned a solid "D" for bashing. You avoided an "F" only because you've put out 110% effort. "A" for effort!
