There are fewer outstanding shares, but the authorized remains the same; therefore, the company has the ability to issue more shares, potentially, back up to the authorized share number. As mentioned, many OTC companies simply "wash, rinse, repeat." Thus the stigma.
daemon57, "Tweet is unavailable." What did it say?
....wash, rinse, repeat pattern, rather..... ;)
Wealth, there was absolutely nothing earth-shattering or new in the 10K, that wasn't already known by those that have done their DD on this company. All of the disclosures, as well as the implied negatives (going concern, for example) are very typical.
Mathematically, you are correct that nothing inherently changes with the market cap. after a reverse split. The perceived negative, which DOES OFTEN OCCUR, particularly with OTC companies post-reverse split, is there are now more shares available to be exploited by the company, and they often are. A "rinse, wash, repeat" pattern is often seen. The A.F.s of the world would have a heyday if NP announced a reverse split. Let's hope we don't need to do that. I have seen others successfully pull it off when done ONLY for the purposes of uplisting, but we are already in the cross hairs, and the "bad guys" would pounce like you have never seen.
HIV, rather.....
Does anyone have the data on projected sales from HOV indication?
I wondered myself because he wouldn't have enough product if US approves
I know that NP applied to the FDA on Wednesday, but do we have any confirmation that other country's applications have been submitted?
Nader said on the C.C. call that he filed it prior to the C.C.("about an hour ago"), which was Wednesday
Stealth, I agree, and that would be awesome, grab world headlines, and add credibility. Once the drug is out there, as we know it works, with 3 day improvement, positve feedback will travel fast
If the pps gets so low that a reverse split is an option, then things are going drastically wrong, and NOTHING is working out for us. I don't see that happening.
Financial statements are generally prepared with an assumption that the business will remain a going concern. Just like the forward remarks before every C.C., and in financial statements, the worst scenario is always mentioned as a possibility. Take a finance class, please.
It is ALWAYS about the money.
Even if we don't get EUA, we will likely get at least 1 of the other countries that we are applying for. The UK and the EU rely heavier on NEWS2 for assessment, which we crushed. The point is to get the drug out there, as it works, so even if approved in other countries the word of successful treatments will travel quickly. That will put the FDA under a lot of pressure if an American company with an American drug is saving non-Americans. Additionally, why wouldn't we get uplisting? We meet the criteria.
zero
I don't recall that he said that BLA was filed, just that they requested FDA meeting, which the FDA has 30 days.
no, that was my point......
UNITED STATES
SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION
WASHINGTON, D.C. 20549
FORM 10-K
?
ANNUAL REPORT PURSUANT TO SECTION 13 OR 15(d) OF THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934
For the fiscal year ended May 31, 2020 SO WHAT QUARTER COMES AFTER THE 4TH QUARTER ENDS?
Cheers, and best of luck to you, sir.
C-20, yup, one day soon, Hopester will be watching from the sidelines when news breaks, and the pps is a multiple higher of where it is now. Oh well, he will scratch his head wondering why the charts didn't predict the event. Good luck and have a great weekend.
Marksche1, you hit the nail on the head.
..and I knew from Hopester's vantage point of his mother's basement that figure would get his attention
BLey, you are correct, and I certainly wasn't bragging. There are many here who have banked much more than I.
C'mon Upside, don't you know that we live in an age where everything must happen today or we will pout and throw a temper tantrum? I see it in the premature pursuit of expensive assets by young folks (early 20s, college graduate), in the gym (young guys using steroids to get "big" in 6 months, instead of in years, training naturally), the guy (Hopester) that keys in on the stock price per share very minute of every day, etc. Just a sign of the times......
Regretting my six figure profits banked along the way? Nope, no regrets at all. Actually, I probably owe you a debt of gratitude for helping shake loose the weak hands (uneducated and people "investing" with their rent money) who have actually listened to you and panicked. I still think that it is despicable to bully those that don't know any better as these are the people that can probably least afford to lose money. I am not ALL about the money, as it is important, but I am financially set, and adding more shiny trinkets do not fulfill me. The potential positive ramifications of widespread distribution of Leronlimab are more important. If FDA doesn't approve soon, another country will, and then the FDA will have egg on their faces when an American company with an American drug will be saving non-Americans. It is just a matter of time, millennial. Rome wasn't built in a day!
We could only hope for the same treatment by the FDA of Leronlimab for the M/M group as Rem-death-is-near received. Prior to approval for EUA, the FDA stated on May 1, 2020 that "it is reasonable to believe that known and potential benefits of rem-death-is-near outweigh its known and potential risks in some specific populations hospitalized with severe COVID-19."
Did you mean to say, "Hope is not a good investment advisor?"
Smiley, as I have always stated myself. Excellent effort on your one post!
Scooter, well said!!!
Monroe, I would actually enjoy a stock halt for pending news. Let the shorts suffer while waiting for the unknown, but probably good news for longs......then GAP UP!!!
There is no way that they don't file 10k today. Mulholland has discussed this particular deadline for at least a month.
I am actually happy about that. Nader needs to learn that one must pay professionals. There are some areas that you just can't do "on the cheap." You get what you pay for.
JLA, I added as well....Good luck to you.
it is a paper loss. Don't be a millennial!! Many thing should not be assessed minute by minute. This is an investment, either you buy into the fundamentals of the company and the science, or you don't. Ultimately, fundamentals ALWAYS play out. That doesn't mean that day is today!
Gut Check Today. Fundamentals have never been stronger. Know what you own, as bashers have nothing. Don't let them shake you loose. Good luck as our day is coming very soon (too many irons in the fire, not to).
I agree, but he will still promote LL as is evidenced by Dr. Yo interview last night. I would have liked him involved in FDA app. process....
I do think that they had a biz falling out, but boiling to a personal nature. I suggested to NP to add BP as a consultant to help prepare/argue FDA application. Nothing to do with Incelldx. NP is a narcissist, and CYDY and its current pps wouldn't be anywhere near where it currently is without the BP roadshow (mult. Dr YO interview, Dr. BEEN, ted Talk, etc.). He brought the credibility when many times NP was tearing it down. NP doesn't recognize the importance of BP, as he wants to feel that this is his show. Quite the contrary. Many people criticize NP, nobody criticizes BP. NP reads these boards. I have told NP of BP's "rock star" status among shareholders, and he doesn't like it. He wants to be the star. Of course BP will keep talking about LL because he understands better than anyone what the drug's potential holds, but I feel that NP feels that BP is just another easily replaced "lab guy."
Don't put words in my mouth, I never said that. Pay attention, and don't read into things. As I have communicated with BP several times, there is more going on here than IncellDX.
I agree with your sentiments. Regarding BP, it's really too bad because BP IS Leronlimab, and I feel that he could help move the ball down the field a lot faster.
Sizzl, I sense that BP Nader has a problem with BP, not the other way around. That was inferred to me by BP. You are correct, BP supports the science surrounding Leronlimab, but I don't see the two working together. I wish it weren't the case as I think the more BP is involved with Leronlimab, the better chances of it's success. BP wants the drug to be successful, plus he also owns shares in CYDY.
