SmokeABull, I agree. I believe the Vitiprints system is a game changer for the industry.
The MariMed (MRMD) deal with AGRiMED is interesting on a number of levels. As is the partnership and development arrangement between Univec and AGRiMED. First, it appears MariMed is looking to gain geographical market share and size, and purchasing the AGRiMED grow/processing facility in Pennsylvania allows MariMed entry into the lucrative PA market. However, AGRiMED is the holding company for a group of companies including Sativeo, and Hemp Commodity Industries. Each subsidiary and partner have their own sphere of influence, and could greatly increase the geographical reach of MariMed should this arrangement continue and even grow. While we do not know the full details of the arrangement between MariMed and AGRiMED, we can say that these two companies now have a relationship that could lead to something bigger down the line.
Sativeo is centered in South Carolina, where it has a 100,000 square foot grow and processing facility. Sativeo is privately owned, and their grow facilities are often registered under individual owner's names instead of the Sativeo name, so it is difficult to determine the location, the total number of facilities, and the exact size of these facilities. HCI is set up similarly. HCI's headquarters is located in Washington D.C., and HCI's CEO has his own hemp farm located in Maine where he currently resides. However, HCI has spent at least the last seven or eight years working with farmers throughout the South to get them to convert from cotton and tobacco farming to hemp farming. HCI has developed a relationship with these farmers that will likely bind them to HCI when they decide to pursue hemp farming. Doctor Eric I. Mitchell, the CEO of HCI, told me that once the Farm Bill is approved hemp will then become a cash crop, and the farms HCI has been working with could all be pulled together. This is potentially HUGE. The number of states involved, and the number of acres, could change all definitions of what a cannabis company can be.
We learned by way of the MariMed 10Q that a partnership agreement has been brokered between MariMed, Univec, and AGRiMED. Doctor David Dalton handled the negotiations for this deal, and it appears Univec will be the primary beneficiary of the deal. Details related to this deal will be forthcoming in future press releases once Univec’s financials are complete. So how does this deal benefit investors in UNVC.
MariMed’s Vitiprints Proprietary Cannabis Printing Technology
* Platform creates new categories of precision dosed dissolvable cannabis products at efficiencies unsurpassed in the industry.
* Cannabis-infused medium enables rapid delivery sublingually, transdermally, or in liquid.
* The Vitiprints platform efficiently layers ingredients and graphic design, offering endless options for amazing customer products and experiences. In effect, MariMed’s Vitiprints technology will allow Univec to custom tailor products to every customer’s individual needs. This means custom logos can be printed along with specific doses and layers of cannabis molecular combinations targeting every imaginable medical ailment in varying dosages to meet individual needs.
“Our exclusive agreement with Vitiprints puts MariMed on the forefront of precision-dosed branded cannabis products and technology that will, above all, delight consumers with a revolutionary product category and experience,” said Robert Fireman, MariMed CEO. “This innovative technology enables creation of infused cannabis products which can be specifically designed for dosage, flavor, and supplements to achieve the desired effect or result. These products can be manufactured at speeds and efficiencies that will create cost savings for producers and consumers, while generating significant incremental revenue streams for MariMed from sales and sublicensing agreements.”
MariMed expects to complete test marketing of the dissolvable product sets in a MariMed-managed facility within 90 days (announced in August and that brings us to December), then launch in legal states across the country, and finally expand worldwide via sublicense agreements with qualified manufacturers and distributors. Products will be available on shelves as early as the end of Q4 2018.
“Vitiprints is ideally suited and ‘future proof’ against the widely differing and ever-changing cannabis regulations regarding dosing, formulation and appearance, enabling instant modification via the user interface versus a complete product redesign,” said Ryan Crandall, MariMed VP of Brand and Licensing.
“Furthermore, we are able to engage customers by using printed design layers as a touch point into our customer education and engagement portal, in turn generating loyalty and feedback. It’s a dream come true for product development and marketing teams,” Crandall added.

It is reasonable to speculate that this partnership between MariMed and AGRiMED, with Univec in the center, could be the beginning of a Mega-corporation in the not too distant future. Time will tell. However, this Vitiprints technology side steps many of the problems faced by transdermal patches currently on the market. First, the dosage is precise and tailored to specific needs. Second, the use of Vitiprints technology does not produce a “wet” product that one can “squeeze” the cannabis ingredients out of (perhaps to make a less legal product). While some patches utilize a “pocket of liquid ingredients,” Vitiprints technology is dry and dissolves when the ingredients absorb through the skin. The pharmaceutical grade cannabis used in the Univec/AGRiMED and now MariMed transdermal patch is of the highest quality and guaranteed consistency of anything currently found on the market, and this patch will be difficult to duplicate because the technology is proprietary. It appears MariMed wins, Univec wins, and so does AGRiMED.

I don't blame you MRE, we do need the financials for UNVC. However, I think you are a little shortsighted. Take a more detailed and serious look at the Univec,AGRiMED,Sativeo,HCI juggernaut before you close the book on that investment. I suspect you just might be surprised. This group of companies is much bigger than most people think, and the distribution Univec has is larger than any other. It's your investment, and your choice, but I suggest you take a serious look. I think Univec and companies could expand the size and scope of MariMed considerably.
I agree AAM. The relationship MRMD now has with Univec and AGRiMED will likely grow and even strengthen. It would not surprise me to see something stronger than a partnership, but who knows. In my opinion we have entered that phase of the industry where mergers and acquisitions will continue to gobble up smaller players until only the biggest and strongest are left. So if investors buy at any pull-back here, I do not think they can go wrong.

Good to hear you have been a hemp advocate for 30+ years AlmostAMyth. So far, I have not tried any of these products, but I certainly hope to soon. If I can get CBD in a dietary supplement from one of these companies, I will definitely order some. I have not found where MRMD has a website, but I do get the impression that U.S. Hemp might be working with their partner GenCanna. It takes some digging, but GenCanna sources their hemp from a "high quality, Kentucky producer that strives to comply with FDA requirement." This sounds a lot like GenCanna.
AlmostAMyth, it not just the ethanol fuel to be had. Nearly all the plastics now made with petroleum can be made from hemp oil, and hemp is renewable. So hemp will have an impact once legalization occurs.
I agree bball, cannabis stocks dropped recently across the board due to uncertainty regarding legislation and enforcement. However, we are now on the verge of the Farm Bill passage, and that should set the stage for massive moves within the cannabis industry. MRMD is positioned nicely.
This looks like a great buying opportunity for a company that is moving forward on it's plan to dominate the eastern U.S. MRMD will be the Beast of the East.
On November 12th MariMed and GenCanna Global Formed A Hemp Partnership
The partnership expands MariMed’s robust product development capabilities and strengthens GenCanna’s position as a global leader in the Hemp CBD industry. GenCanna is deploying the proceeds of the investment to dramatically expand its production capacity, and extend its position as the global leader in high-quality hemp CBD production, with fully legal sales throughout the U.S. and internationally.
MariMed Inc (MRMD) agreed to invest $30 million in GenCanna Global as part of a strategic partnership. MariMed develops and operates cannabis facilities and branded product lines in several U.S. states and this new supply agreement and partnership with GenCanna provides MariMed with exposure to the hemp market and expands its portfolio in the cannabis industry. While GenCanna is a vertically integrated agriculture-technology company that focuses on producing CBD-rich hemp.
Robert Fireman (CEO of MariMed) stated, “GenCanna shares our values – including our ‘best practices values in producing premium-quality, consistent, and compliant Hemp CBD oils and extracts. We believe many of the nation’s leading retailers will soon provide Hemp CBD products to their customers, in response to popular demand. MariMed will only purchase from companies who meet those standards. This investment and partnership positions our two companies -- working together – to become a trusted leader in the rapidly-growing Hemp CBD sector.”
Cannabis remains federally illegal in the U.S., and CBD is classified as a Schedule 5 substance. That could change with the the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018, also known as the Farm Bill, which would remove hemp from the Controlled Substances Act, making it a commodity and legalizing CBD derived from hemp.
Grand View Research projects that the global industrial hemp market could reach $10 billion by 2025, while the Brightfield Group estimates the hemp CBD market could be worth $22 billion by 2022, according to MariMed.
The investment and partnership with GenCanna allows MariMed to take advantage of this expanding market not just in the U.S, but internationally.
The GenCanna™ Hemp Research Campus (HRC) is located on nearly 150 agricultural acres formerly used by a multi-national tobacco firm as a research facility near Winchester, Kentucky, in the Bluegrass region just outside of Lexington, Kentucky. At the HRC, GenCanna has conducted groundbreaking research and commercialization of key hemp processing methods and product development, resulting in the creation of over 60 jobs and $20m in economic impact in Kentucky.
ALL GENCANNA™ PRODUCTS ARE PRODUCED IN AN FDA REGISTERED AND INSPECTED, FOOD-GRADE, GMP-COMPLIANT FACILITY AND ARE TESTED BY THIRD PARTIES FOR SAFETY AND QUALITY.
BOTTLED CBD OIL DROPS
Liquid emulsions are a popular way to consume hemp-derived CBD because of the faster onset of action due to the product entering the bloodstream orally. GenCanna™ provides great tasting, white label formulations of varying flavors and concentration levels to a variety of brands as a trusted partner. Of course, GenCanna™ tinctures include the finest U.S.-grown CBD and are tested by third parties to ensure quality and safety.

Univec/AGRiMED/SATIVEO/HEMPci/MariMed/and more.
WHY HEMP? Hemp is overall, the strongest, most durable, longest lasting natural fiber on Earth. With its unparalleled strength, resiliency and anti-microbial properties, it is the finest fiber for textiles.
The hollow shaft structure of the fiber retain warmth in the winter and insulate the body from warm temperatures in the summer. What’s more, it requires no synthetic pesticides or herbicides to grow, making hemp a sustainable and responsible choice.
Among its many phenomenal properties, fabrics containing at least 50 percent hemp, block the sun’s ultraviolet rays more effectively than do other fabrics. Combined with anti-microbial properties, hemp does not trap odor causing bacteria like cotton and most synthetics.
Exactly Wharfrat, and notice that many of these products would likely be sold through pharmacies (ordered through HRI), and also would likely be sold through your local Walmart or similar outlets. So, this is a really big deal once legislation changes.
In my opinion Univec is on the cusp of a breakout to higher ground. While I do not claim to speak for the managers of each of the companies involved, I have kept in touch with one (Doctor Eric I. Mitchell) and I have kept up on happenings within the cannabis industry.
While some might disagree, I still maintain that legislation is needed to really open up this industry, and allow Univec/AGRiMED/Sativeo/HCI to flourish. This does not mean these companies are standing still. Instead, it means they have adjusted their approach and are now concentrating on making the kind of deals that will jumpstart their business once laws are actually changed. Did this adjustment cause a slight delay? It likely did. However, that is no reason to dismiss their abilities to get things done (each of the individuals involved are highly accomplished already).
That said, cannabis investing and particularly UNVC is NOT for the faint of heart. We remain in a time when many continue to hedge their bets trying to determine when to get on board, or wait it out to see where this goes, or jump in when it’s almost safe, or take a stand against investing altogether. This type of concern and unease is common. But what investors should know is that a change in legislation is coming, and is expected soon. Mitch McConnell, the leader of the Senate is pushing this legislation during the lame duck session of Congress.
"We all are optimistic that industrial hemp can become what tobacco was in Kentucky’s past sometime in the future," said Mitch McConnell when he first announced his new Hemp Farm Bill which has now been added to the 2018 Farm Bill.
In addition to legalizing hemp under federal law, the Hemp Farming Act of 2018 will remove restrictions on banking access, water rights and other roadblocks that farmers and processors currently face.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture would receive oversight plans from states, and state departments of agriculture would then regulate local production.
The bill also makes USDA research funding available to farmers, and hemp will be eligible for crop insurance. All this, because many think industrial help holds a great potential to bolster the agricultural economy of the United States.
Eric Steenstra, president of Vote Hemp, recently stated that the new bill "will finally remove the federal roadblocks holding back the industry and help to create jobs in both farming and manufacturing.”
The Hemp Farming Act of 2018 is a landmark piece of legislation that will be remembered as the key element which finally allowed the hemp industry to flourish in the U.S.
Sen. Jeff Merkley (D-OR), a cosponsor of the bill, said, "It’s past time that we move beyond these outdated and frustrating restrictions on hemp farming in the United States. If we’re selling hemp products in the United States, we should be growing hemp in the United States – it’s good for jobs, good for our communities, and it’s just common sense."
While the above is only my opinion of what is happening with Univec and the related companies within this group, it does draw on public statements made by key members of Congress attempting to get this legislation passed. And once it does pass, look out, the cannabis industry will come charging forward like never seen before. IMO
Sam, I do not have PM on this forum. $GTHP
Doctor David Dalton CEO of Univec and AGRiMED partnered to develop a cannabis transdermal patch that can be utilized as a “platform” for treating numerous medical ailments and problems.
“Another of AGRiMED’s goals is improving the quality of life for as many people as possible. This drives AGRiMED’s desire to harness the natural power of the cannabis plant to create nature-based medicines capable of relieving a growing list of ailments. Improving the quality of life is also why AGRiMED will work with and educate local community caregivers to provide our cannabis-infused medicines to patients in need of alternatives to pain management in the face of the opioid epidemic.”

Potomac, as you know, I do not have PM on IHUB. What I can tell you is that nothing has changed regarding UNVC. If you wish to communicate in a less public forum regarding UNVC, I think you know where you can find me. I am more then happy to tell you anything I know. In my opinion, UNVC is golden, and those who invest will be greatly rewarded.
What I would like everyone to know is that Sterling Crockett and Doctor Dalton as well as Doctor Goldman and Doctor Mitchell are serious about making this conglomeration of companies successful, and I firmly believe they will do so.
Kgem
Sam, I have not had contact with Dalton myself, but others have. I do not have PM, but can only tell you that everything is on track and proceeding according to plan.
Well SooS, that would be true if all a company like AGRiMED is looking for is an empty shell, but that is not why they partnered. Dalton's remarkable background and connections are worth a fortune, and his Health Resources Inc is like no other. This is the reason for the hook up, and the rest does not matter.
Here is a suggestion for the naysayers and for those who can’t seem to find what Univec/AGRiMED is doing, and why news has not yet been released. I suggest you look at hospitals doing cannabis trials and research facilities within Pennsylvania. The idea of visiting pot shops to find AGRiMED is so wrongheaded that it is laughable. That is, if it wasn’t for the fact that you will lose out on so much money. Just a thought, and just maybe you will find the clues you have all been looking for.
Good Morning Univec investors. Frankly, I am more convinced than ever that our investment and confidence in the success of this company will pay off enormously. No matter if you can afford a few hundred thousand shares, or millions or even tens of millions, you will be rewarded. Obviously, the more shares you own the larger will be your pay day. Don’t worry about the day to day cycle of ups and downs, they mean nothing. Also don’t worry about the loud mouths who try to scare investors and would be investors, they are irrelevant and have been proven to know nothing at all. If you consider the magnitude of this grouping of companies --- UNVC – AGRiMED – SATIVEO – Hemp Commodity Industries – HRI – Merck – and all other affiliates some that have been posted and others that have not, one really cannot go wrong. Many of us have laid out the value of each of these companies, and where each one of them could end up if acting alone. Yet, they are not lone companies acting in isolation. Instead, all these companies are acting as one as well as others who are working with them in concert, and they will soon make their presence known. The result will be mined blowing and earthshaking, and the rewards will be great. Do your own due diligence and risk nothing you need, but think long and hard about this industry and the players on this team. I bet you will likely agree.
Kgem
Sassy11, to answer your concerns. First what you need to know is that once you have a labeler code from the FDA and it lapses because it was not renewed, all one need do is fill out a form and mail it in to get that labeler code back again (the guy who brought this up knows that, because he was forced to admit it months ago). Also, if you look at the rules regarding labeler codes, you will find that you do not need one until you are ready to produce and market your product. To date, we are not aware of any marketing and we have not heard of production. So case closed. This was not a serious question in the first place. Once an announcement is made that Univec's product is going to market, then first they will need a labeler code. I hope this helps.
This statement published in February of this year, and right after AGRiMED was granted a grower and cultivation license in Pennsylvania:
AGRiMED's medical cannabis products are produced through advanced multi-phase extraction and distillation processes and will be available in dispensaries statewide later this year.
https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/penn...99782.html
This statement suggests we are right on schedule, and the LinkedIn posts also seem to confirm that products are coming soon, and might be released in conjunction with news of some very big joint ventures or partnerships.
Investors really should ask themselves. How many industries do you know where one can make a small investment today, and in just a few months have that investment make you a millionaire? While such a statement may sound fantastic, this is a real possibility, and UNVC/AGRiMED/SATIVEO, HCI together with others could be the vehicle that gets you there.
Happy thoughts indeed for a Friday afternoon.
Thank you Wharfrat. $UNVC
Thank you Vinsterr. I fully agree with your comments, and must say the management at UNVC and these other companies is indeed stellar. Whenever I dig deeper into any one of these companies I find indications they each are larger than originally thought. Recently HCI tweeted they now have natural CBD oil, and for those who do not know, HCI produces cannabis sativa L. by the acre, in fields, and in multiple locations. In fact, HCI is now in their third week of harvest and still going strong. UNVC / AGRiMED / SATIVEO / HCI going strong.
Thank you Mikeyt, and you are very welcome. It is good to see you posting on the UNVC board. I suspect most posters miss you.
I can’t say for certain where Univec is going, but the future certainly looks bright based on the indications we are now getting. We know AGRiMED sought out and partnered with Univec to produce the CBD medicine required for a CBD patch --- this news was not put out by Univec, it was released by AGRiMED themselves, and they spoke glowingly about Univec in that press release. Since then, AGRiMED appointed Doctor Dalton to their Board of Directors, then promoted him to Vice Chairman, and now promoted him to Co-Chair. Each time, these promotions strengthened the relationship between Dalton, Univec, and the people at AGRiMED.
The mere fact that the FDA has approved a cannabis drug and the DEA has taken it upon itself to reschedule at least a kind of CBD drug – putting CBD on a reduced schedule – speaks volumes to the direction we are moving.
So some might ask why AGRiMED? The answer is simple. AGRiMED is one of a very small number of biopharmaceutical companies engaged in growing and processing of the highest quality medical grade cannabis. AGRiMED emphasizes research and development in the cannabis industry, and their founders are well known and accomplished individuals who command respect in each of their spheres of influence.
Do these people have contacts? The answer is yes. Sterling Crockett, one of the founders of AGRiMED and a true visionary, helped to rebuild the Pentagon after 911, and he won a 16 plus billion dollar contract for the purpose of supply and training of our military. One can only imagine who all Crockett knows, and how many close contacts he has fostered to gain such a contract. Crockett has been deeply involved in helping wounded veterans for years, and has contributed to their recoveries.
So could a big government contract come our way? The odds are pretty good since nearly everyone at AGRiMED and Univec have been involved for years in such endeavors. AGRiMED and Univec are Black owned and managed enterprises, and that too is a plus.
Could a business relationship with Merck be possible when one is talking about a government program to help veterans, the opioid addicted, and those suffering from debilitating diseases? The people at Merck are no fools. The family that controls Merck have been in this business for over 300 years, and they have often developed lucrative relationships with governments around the world to pad their bottom line.
I see many new products and scores of new patents as compounds are discovered and new remedies are exploited. Could the resources of Merck be of value to a company like Univec and a partner like AGRiMED?
Well, obviously the answer is yes. New compounds still need to be isolated and segregated, and combinations of these compounds will serve to treat specific illnesses. Merck has a long history of doing just this. But Merck also has a history of producing synthesized medical compounds, and these often prove beneficial as well. Even more important, Merck has the power and resources to push government agencies to gain government approval. So the dots begin to connect very clearly here.
The future in my opinion will be to segregate and isolate (cannabinoids), define them and synthesize them and then distribute them. Univec has the distribution channels in America, and Merck has the distribution channels world-wide. What a wonderful combination.
The future certainly does look bright for the Univec/AGRiMED/SATIVEO/HCI combination.

Imagine you are Doctor Dalton at Univec, and you have the rights to sell cannabis and marijuana products to half the pharmacies in America.
I don’t mean half the cannabis dispensaries. I mean half of all the pharmacies in all of America like CVS, Walgreens, and the pharmacy at your local grocery.
If you had that, do you think you’d make money? You should know that there are about 70,000 pharmacies in the United States, and half would be about 35,000 pharmacies.
I know what you’re thinking, “Marijuana isn’t legal in all 50 states.”
And you’re right, it isn’t. Not yet. However, the mid-term elections are near and November 6th is not really all that far off. So if you are investing in cannabis stocks, then I suggest you vote for the candidate that favors your kind of investments (most candidates do these days).
However, there are also pharmacies outside the United States of America, and HRI has gobbled up distribution opportunities there as well (think Canada and Mexico and other American protectorates. So what would such a company be worth? Can you even imagine? First, remember that America is the largest cannabis market in the entire world, and remember also that cannabis is not yet legal throughout the entire United States --- not yet. But, it may be soon.
Now imagine a company that produces a cannabis product you can count on to be of the highest quality, and exactly what is stated on the label. You see, according to recent studies, at least 30% or more of all cannabis products sold in America today are not as stated on their labels. Some cannabis products contain contaminants while others state a specific potency which they do not consistently meet, and many others do not meet either criteria. Enter Univec and combine this company with AGRiMED whose mission it is to produce the highest quality cannabis that meets or exceeds the most rigid quality requirements needed to be called medical pharmaceutical grade cannabis. If you are investing in UNVC, this is the kind of company you invested in, and you should consider what the value of such a company might actually be.
You see, Univec through HRI handles ordering and billing for 70,000 pharmacies, and they will be handling Univec products as well. Do you think such a company will be valued at .0048 cents per share for very long? Think about this for a moment before you jump to an action or a conclusion that you may soon regret. First, remember the names of the people who are posting, and then consider why they would even be posting on this board. Do they know you? Would they have any reason to protect you? If you are not considering their motives, then you should not be investing at this end of the market.
Wise men often say “there are sharks in them there waters,” and they are wise indeed for saying this, because some desire to sow fear so they might load all the shares they can steal from the uncertain investor who jumps when they should wait to consider.
Doctor David L. Dalton (CEO of Univec) partnered with AGRiMED Industries in October of 2017 to develop a cannabis transdermal patch. The primary thrust of this partnership was to develop a cannabis “medication” with the quality and consistency required for pharmacological utilization. One can read about this here, and notice it was Sterling Crockett one of the founders of AGRiMED who sought out Doctor Dalton, and it was AGRiMED Industries that released this news.
https://agrimedindustries.com/2017/10/04/agrimed-industries-cannabis-partnership-univec/
After the announcement of this partnership, AGRiMED Industries appointed Doctor Dalton to their Board of Directors (unheard of for a pink sheet non-reporting company). Later, Doctor Dalton was promoted to Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, and just recently Doctor Dalton was promoted to Co-Chair of the Board. At every turn, the relationship between Doctor Dalton and AGRiMED has actually strengthened.
So why would a biopharmaceutical company like AGRiMED demonstrate confidence and support for a company that has been dormant for so many years. The answer can be better understood by examining Doctor Dalton’s history and connections in the pharmaceutical industry. Doctor Dalton founded and built many companies over the years.
Dr. David Dalton is a pharmaceutical executive. Dalton is honored as one of the top ten graduates over a 100 year span at the West Virginia School of Pharmacy. Doctor Dalton has been inducted into three Halls of Fame, and was awarded the Senatorial Medal of Freedom and is an Air Force Veteran. Doctor Dalton served in several capacities with Rite Aid Corporation from 1971 to 1989 including Corporate Vice President. He left Rite Aid Corporation to acquire Peoples Drug Stores with an investment Group inclusive of Robert Bass of Texas where he served as Senior Vice President. Dr. Dalton’s next venture, was Managed Care Rx which merged with a subsidiary of Bergen Brunswick, a drug wholesale company with sales in excess of 14 billion. After Managed Care Rx, Doctor Dalton’s next venture was founding a company called Health Resources, Inc. where he serves as President and CEO. Dalton also started Pharmacy Services, Inc., a prescription mail service company. Health Resources Inc. has been recognized in Black Enterprise Magazine for over 25 years. Doctor Dalton is also the President and CEO of Univec Inc. a public company which manufactures and distributes specialty pharmaceuticals. Physician and Pharmaceutical Services Inc, (PPSI) is the pharmacy sample services division of Univec. As mentioned earlier, Doctor Dalton is also Co-Chairman of Agrimed and Executive Chairman of Wellness Teladoc.
Dr. Dalton is one of the original members and directors of the National Council of Prescription Drug Programs (NCPDP). Doctor Dalton received national and local recognition by the President and Senate of the United States. In addition, the University of West Virginia recognized him as a Distinguished Alumni and again honored him as Outstanding Alumni of West Virginia School of Pharmacy and Outstanding Service recognition to the School of Pharmacy. Dr. Dalton was inducted into the Black CEO Hall of Fame in 2006. Honored by his hometown of Grafton, West Virginia as author of city slogan Grafton, West Virginia “The City where Mother’s Day Began” in 2009. He was inducted into the Taylor County School's Hall of Fame in 2013, and was inducted into the West Virginia University School of Pharmacy Centennial Hall of Fame in 2014.
Health Resources Inc. (HRI) is of particular interest for Univec/AGRiMED investors because Doctor Dalton recently confirmed HRI handles the electronic supply and billing for pharmaceutical products in over 70,000 pharmacies, and had revenues in excess of $182,000 million dollars last year. While there are no plans to fold Health Resources Inc. into Univec and AGRiMED at this time, HRI will none the less be utilized to supply each of the 70,000 plus pharmacies HRI currently services, and that means Univec products will be supplied to each and every one of them as well. Think of this people. Who else has such a reach? What would such a company be worth, and who else might be interested? And, we are only talking about one of several companies in this grouping of companies (UNVC/AGRiMED/SATIVEO/HCI) that are all working together in this brand new cannabis industry.
What will happen when Congress legalizes some or perhaps all forms of cannabis? CBD comes from hemp, and the Farm Bill which is expected to pass yet this year appears likely to allow hemp as a cash crop (hemp is where the medication comes from for the cannabis transdermal patch and much of the medical products expected to be produced). Exciting times ahead folks, exciting times ahead. A Merck deal of some kind only adds to that excitement, and makes this investment even greater.

This is a big deal Killer Whale, and just to be clear. The idea of a spin-off is from Merck and not Univec or AGRiMED. Merck has a division called MilliporeSigma that already produces a "blank" transdermal patch that has been approved for medical trials (I have post about this several times before). What that patch requires is a medicine, and if it is to be cannabis, it is likely to come from a company such as Univec/AGRiMED which produces a medical grade cannabis. I suspect Univec added a little something extra to that medicine and this is what we will see in the very near future. So, just to be clear, there is nothing for Univec or AGRiMED to spin off. Any spin off would be by Merck, and would likely happen because Merck does not want to weaken their balance sheet with a cannabis product that would likely compete directly with their high priced medical products.
I received the following write-up directly from Doctor Eric I. Mitchell just a couple of days ago, and I will repost it now once again for all to see. This is going to be enormous folks.
Vitamins CBD
Vitamins are substances that you need in order to remain healthy, which are found in food or can be eaten in the form of pills. Above is one definition of vitamins. The skin of our body makes another vitamin, which results when the natural sunlight hits our skin. Because of the importance of this vitamin and the clothes that we wear, fortified Vitamin D has been infused into milk and other foods to make sure that the body gets enough Vitamin D to make and maintain proper calcium levels for normal bone health.
Over the last 50 years, vitamin D has owned all the discussion around bone health and calcium balance. Well, well, recent medical studies in 2018 are finding this not to be true with the large meta-analytic studies on vitamin D, calcium and bone fractures. So what’s up!
Another bodily system was discovered back in 1992 called the Endocannabioid System, discovered by Dr R. M. , but still today it is not being taught in medical schools to our doctors. There has been much written about this regulatory system around the world while medical schools in America have been in lockdown with threat of incarceration if you study this system without permission from the Drug Enforcement Administration. It has taken a retro engineering approach of the components of the Cannabis sativa L plant that has taught us that this bodily system is real and works to do what vitamins do—maintain and sustain our health.
I have a dog in this fight! As an orthopaedic surgeon and medical researcher times 40 plus years, I was taught one thing back in medical school and now many of the medical conclusions taught then are not true today. This is due to the art and science of medicine and the half-life of knowledge of orthopaedics or any other medical science. Our ABC’s have not changed, but in orthopaedics, the half-life of this scientific knowledge is five years. So, if I do the math, if I have not kept current with current medical studies and research, only 16% of my orthopaedic knowledge would be current and relevant.
Now, stop research on any given medical subject and that time decay will stop the discovery of new pathways to and for new treatments, medicines and possible cures. This governmental lockdown for Cannabis sativa L started back in the 1930s with the 1937 Marijuana Tax Act. This tax act was not really about the psychogenic elements of this plant species but more about the impact that Marijuana’s sister, of the same species, Hemp, would have on the agricultural and paper industries. Then, this same species Cannabis sativa L got caught in the “War on Drugs” and this botanical species was further demonized and classified into a Schedule 1 controlled substance under the Controlled Substance Act of 1970. The Controlled Substance Act (CSA) (1970) replaced all previous federal laws concerned with "dangerous drugs”. Comprehensive categorization of all psychoactive drugs was deemed to have abuse potentials. Hemp, the sister of marijuana, has been guilty in the name of Cannabis sativa L as a species of a botanical plant which has many advantages as a vitamin with recent global research.
Again, vitamins are substances that our bodies need to develop and function normally. They include vitamins A, C, D, E, and K, choline, and the B vitamins (thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, and folate/folic acid).
Vitamin CBD has been at work in our biological make-up without a true appreciation until recent research done outside the United Sates of America has forced a new look at an old friend. The science is complex and not the purpose of this article. The Farm Bill of 2018 which is predicted to be passed by Congress in December 2018 will open the floodgates to a new awareness for this biological system and Vitamin CBD which will be unchained for research and education about all the medical properties found in Cannabis sativa L.

Okay Mikeyt, I know that one and I will repost it right away.
Killer Whale, I am not certain which post you are referring to. However, if you can find that post, then you have my permission to repost it for me.
Spot on MJplay, spot on.
