Just an FYI...I emailed Ward and asked if he needed funds to cover this, as I assisted in raising money for other notes. He didn't reply, so I'm thinking he likely has it covered, as in the past he has always responded when he needed $$$.

EXACTLY...this news is much more important than most understand.
This news confirms supply to the storage project. As stated in the release MRGE will pay a better price for the gas but then market this gas to Mexico for an additional premium. On a 42 inch line this revenue will be substantial. Also MRGE gets paid for every drop of gas that goes thru their line into the storage field, basically like a toll highway. From what I understand the $$$ involved for MRGE is nothing short of massive.

Another shareholder had a very similar conversation. The bigger the deal the longer it takes to process. I firmly believe and understand the deal is fully done and we are waiting for the ministry's involved, to process the necessary approvals/documents before he is allowed to make the news public. I have 100% confidence that the lengthy wait will be life changing.

When you hear the sound of the Mexican trumpets your dream will become reality.

He will deliver, no concerns here at all. His generous share price estimations will come to fruition as he knows better than anyone else what the value of the deals in the "pipeline" are worth.

Great support as all shares tossed are getting bought up. I believe the T trade came thru half hour before the close for 221K.
Some days it shows early especially if it's a Friday. Those shares are going into much stronger hands for sure.

You really don't get it. Those timelines Ward indicated are those provided by the government agencies as an estimation of time required for processing permits. Ward can do everything he can to expedite things but in the end it's their schedule not his.
That being said I'm very comfortable that the estimation given is accurate.

Apparently it does take months as we are still waiting. Not defending useless auditors but it seems this is the norm, as I'm seeing that with 2 other companies I follow that have zero sales also. I do see some decent bids some days so that usually tells how close we are.

A dispute between Mexico and pipeline companies threatens the much-needed relief valve for natural gas from the Permian, where the fuel is a byproduct of oil output. The country’s state-run power utility is considering about $3 billion in arbitration against pipeline operators in a tussle that could discourage investments.

That’s bad news for American drillers, who have looked forward to conduits coming online on time to haul stranded gas south of the border. Prices in the Permian have dipped into negative territory multiple times this year, meaning producers were paying customers to take their gas so they could keep the oil spewing.

It appears to me that there is a massive opportunity for MRGE to get this gas for free and then sell it south of the border for very large profits...just sayin.

This wait though long will be entirely worth it.

True story on Tidelands. My friend who made me aware of this story 2 1/2 years ago was a big part of that and arranged a financing for Tidelands. He says he sold out to early but made enough to buy a NY penthouse.

The pres. of Mexico actually appointed a special board to fast track these projects and we are at the top of the list. I believe the wait is very close to over..imho of course.

You may be all out in the 4th quarter with a 10 bagger. I'm looking for bigger as in 100 bagger. I've had 2 before, it seems one every 10 years and I figure this will be #3, but I'm willing to wait for the full story to play out. BTW my average is .03

I was watching like a hawk as was running 2 accounts accumulating then. The market makers were showing full size with my top bid and succeeding ones, they weren't touched, with volume only increasing by the 1000 shares that went off at .0402. Too many conspiracy theories about note holders [notice no T trade] also THERE WILL BE NO MORE NOTES. mark this post

not sure what bid in the box means.. but my bid at .074 was slowly getting filled with 29K left to fill and then the .0402 for 1,000 shares showed.....very strange

Weird tech. glitch, there was 135K on bid over .07 and a trade for 1,000 shares went thru at .04

I give the chances of a full buyout ZERO. The big money is in the revenue/royalties which will equate to Jackpots numbers and then some, when everything becomes clear to investors..These new investors will be the very long term type looking to park big money for sustainable growth.

I've been here 2.5 years following this project, my opinion will not change in 10 days and I could CARELESS if we have to wait a bit more. This will be life changing. This deal is that large and ground breaking that multiple entities are involved. Ward would like to get news out asap but his hands are tied until all agencies give the green light, which I believe is very close.
So quit worrying, whining and watching every tick.

He had the OMD in hand at that time, which would have taken away the need for any more dilution. I believe a MUCH BETTER deal was offered which has taken some time to get sealed. I'm trusting Ward completely on this move.

Depth can change in a heartbeat. I suggest you get level 2. I pay $15/month.. Right now there's about 85k showing until .10.
No reason for this to run without news. Friday close was a paint job and today is filling the gap between .06 and .08, If we close anywhere near .08 I'd be pleased.

Actually if you look at level 2 it's very clean. There is the 107k at .07 then only 55k in shares showing to .10

That price is just for the first deal and a large one, but a small portion of what Mexico will implement to get where they need to be in nat gas supply. There will be many more projects and MRGE will be part of that process.

You CLAIM in previous posts to have up to 100 investors in this. We know the seller now has nothing to do with this project and is the back end of a note. So why aren't you encouraging your crew to grab some cheapies..It's very unlikely that it will go much lower as the note holders conversion rate it just a little lower than the current ask. When this is cleaned out we head back up.
