"People here really fail to understand the huge hit IDLM has taken from the money and time costs of SEC compliance"
Absolutely. It's been a drain on the profits and the company as a whole this year. We need to get the SEC approval behind us. Once we do, I don't think holders will be concerned about management decisions or what they have done for us lately.
But until then...we wait
True. It's a good reason to dabble in games. If one ever really takes off, there's a huge profit windfall...and free marketing for the other things you own.
I don't believe games are a drag on the company, but they are definitely not the company's focus. If they are a distraction from more important music items, I would hope they would eliminate them.
You didn't buy much of anything under 10. Wish I could count the shares traded in the last 2 years under 10 cents. It's minimal. You bought a lot of shares like a lot of us after the company announced a restatement. But like other traders, I assume you sold most of those at higher prices. IDLM is a stock for investors, not traders. Investors are holding until the SEC approves and the company is allowed to start releasing news.
No one has been able to purchase a significant volume of shares under 10 cents except Haddock when he bought back 4M shares for the company at 5 cents.
10K by the end of the month
Please call a truce. The company's net income was negative in the most recent quarter. It's positive year-to-date. The company has used cash this year rather than increasing it. You both have some accurate points.
IDLM has extremely low volume because buyers are waiting for the registration to be approved by the SEC. It's dead money until the SEC approves and the company can tell investors what they're doing and where they're taking the company.
Dead in the water = No trading. No trading = No market. Therefore, the price does not represent the market value.
b - I think Marcus would like to sell some of his shares to institutional investors since he owns 2/3 of the O/S...but not anywhere near these prices. I think the price targets set up for Marcus' option purchases over the next three years represent prices in each year that are well below where they intend to take the stock. That won't happen if they release shares for cash.
I don't think so. JMHO.
I feel bad for people that don't know about IDLM and don't realize how what a great buy it is at these prices.
Lots of good business happening. Looking forward to the registration approval so we can start hearing about them in PRs.
He should have known better. Making predictions like that is just setting yourself up for failure.
After the green light from the SEC, one thing you will get is press releases. It's been a long time since we received those on a regular basis - 18 months or so I believe.
Watching L2 this morning is not very interesting. Bid at 8, ask at 21. Not going to be having much trading with that type of spread. Trading will come with the registration is approved. Come on SEC! Quit wasting our time.
Poor retail holders - that's me, and I'm holding a lot. I think I'm going to call the new head of the SEC and tell her she needs to get her employees to quit twiddling their thumbs and get this thing approved. IDLM has done their part and more in this registration process - and they've been very careful to avoid pumping the stock during the process. They've done everything the SEC has asked, and they/we now need to be rewarded for it.
Noticed that our followers dropped from 154 to 153 when those shares finished selling. Wouldn't be surprised if that seller posted on ihub 2-3 years back.
The seller using VNDM is a shame. This person needs the cash, and unfortunately they can't find a way to make things work or have more patience to get a reasonable price for their shares.
You are correct Wadi. Straight from the filing, and no, I did not say they were options. I simply made the claim that Raphael has not been paid millions by IDLM and the only way he's going to get millions from IDLM is to get the stock price up significantly.
The only way Raphael is going to get the opportunity to "make millions" as you claim he is being compensated, is to get the stock price to go up significantly. That's not going to happen with the company selling shares. You can argue one or the other, but not both.
Raphael is worth the compensation he is receiving, and I'm an honest shareholder.
Not everyone is a millionaire flipper. $15-20K can make quite a difference for some IDLM holders.
No. It was a desperation sell from someone who needs cash, and it's not me.
Patience...No sense getting excited until we're effective.
Yes, give me a patience award...BUT...I like the different type of trading pattern I'm viewing today.
Nice hat. I voted today - couldn't find that motion on the ballot that says the SEC should leave honest companies with real business alone and focus their efforts on the scams. Oh well. How much government effort has been wasted in recent months dotting "i"s and crossing "t"s with the IDLM submission? I think I could identify some job cuts that would save us all in taxes.
The painting never fails...Amazing. I have some painting to do outside, but it's too cold. Wish it would warm up.
Amended 12G out.

Q4 ends in two days. Big profit increase comes when they sell advertising direct (they've already hired a sales person) and when they duplicate datpiff for another genre. Both of these things are not very far out.
I should point out as well that both of those items significantly increase the revenue
Looking forward to that day. There are A LOT of shares not available until we're over $1.
Yes. This is nice. The 4M have been removed, and Frasier's, Haddock's, and KP's shares are clearly defined as restricted. The O/S has been increased by 2M restricted shares. The float has not.
In regard to Shahean, the big question is how many shares he owned two years ago when he started dumping. That question will likely never be answered, but it is good to know that his name is finally in print and he can be discussed in more detail. I'm pretty confident that a good portion of my 1M shares came from him.
If you understand the company, you understand the importance of KP.
I think that ownership needs to be updated by the T/A, because I'm pretty sure the company bought back 4M of those shares for 5 cents.
IDLM will publish PRs as soon as they have official notification from the SEC that all questions have been answered. In the mean time, be happy that they're back on the OTC.
