How many shares does HDSN have to dump today?

Quasar needs to stop selling shares.

If Quasar's last PR has any truth to it then why do they still need to sell shares?

I will concede that point.

I'm sure if Michael Kendrick and Dean finalize everything and move forward that Mr. Kendrick has some very influential and affluential friends.

I am invested in Qasp...


Now with that said, i feel there are essentially 3 ways this can play out.


1. short term -
Dean gets the funding now(as stated in his last pr) and this does indeed take off and go into double digits

2. medium term -
Dean continues to raise the O/S paying for Quasar operations until he is able to acquire some type of funding within the next 90-120 days. The stock price fluctuates between .009 and .015

3. long term -
Dean cannot acquire any funding and must max out the O/S and raise the A/S again until he does find funding. By how fast Dean is currently going through money i'd say if he is unable to find funding within the next 12 months then i would predict an R/S at sometime in the future. The stock tanks into triple zero's and the process starts all over again.

All shareholders are hoping for the short term solution.

Everyone who is involved or partnered with Quasar/Dean

CONS
all missed dates and deadlines
all buyback bs
the O/S rising
overwhelming P&D support



If it wasn't for all of the credible and professional people partnered with Dean i would not be invested in Qasp.

I will jump up and down cheering Qasp when Dean releases something for shareholders to cheer about.

As of right now there's nothing to cheer about unless your cheering that AUTO finally dropped off the ask after dumping Millions of shares today.

Unfortunately HDSN has taken their rightful place back at the top of ask mountain.

Quasar reaches 1.5 Billion Outstanding Shares and has raised the A/S to 2 billion but 20% buyback to begin in earnest the first week in May.

The company is DUMPING millions of shares on the market. Quasar knows their time is running out and they're dumping as many shares as they can before the bottom falls out.

There have been so many red flags with Qasp...

like all the delays, missed deadlines, changed stories, buybacks, O/S increases, and rumors that never come true it should have been halted by now.

And let us dive deeper into why "Dean" must dilute the stock.

Wasn't the story that Mineseekers had to have their money/payment.

Wasn't this the story going around?

Now if Mr. Kendrick is such a great guy who knows that Quasar's 350 Million Dollar deal is real(becasue he's seen proof) then why MUST he have money right now.

Is Michael so impatient that he can't wait 10 days for payment in full?

I've heard he's such a great guy who would never associate himself with a scam.

4. shares going to Dean's family and friends

SOME HERE WON'T ADMIT IT...

but we all know deep down that if the 350 Million Dollars was real the share price would be over .10 and Dean wouldn't need to issue more shares on a daily basis.

Well if you waited you could have bought those allot cheaper. I guess you didn't see that the O/S went up again today before you bought them.

I expect more of the same tomorrow.(O/S increasing)

So far in the last 25 minutes i see HDSN has sold over 400,000 shares on the ask and hasn't dropped off.

Thats a heck of a lot more then 10 shares.

To prove a point that HDSN is selling shares.

They are NOT a decoy as some have suggested.

They are the only mm currently on the ask and i wanted to see if they would fill me or move off the ask.


THEY FILLED MY ORDER....HDSN IS NO DECOY


QUASAR IS SELLING SHARES THROUGH HDSN(as always) AND IN MY OPINION THEY'RE NOT BUYING SHARES BACK.
