Nope I can wait a little longer and seeing the website suspended means I don't have to wait too much longer.
Never mind! I think I read robertbandersons post a little too fast when it said:
APPLICABLE ONLY TO ISSUERS INVOLVED IN BANKRUPTCY PROCEEDINGS DURING
THE PRECEDING FIVE YEARS:
Indicate by check mark whether the registrant has filed all documents and reports required to be filed by Sections 12, 13 or 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 subsequent to the distribution of securities under a plan confirmed by a court. Yes ¨ No ¨ .
I'm kind of tired of copying a post on the other board, which is slightly more active, and pasteing it over here.
The other board!
It is reported GBRC filed bankruptcy yesterday.
Their website is suspended, now what? I know lets listen to Kenny and go with GBRC's trading opportunity.
Speak for yourself. Now tell us something you know for sure!

How does one misinterpret imminent? It sounds to me like after this long of time it could have been a retraction of imminent importance that goes misinterpreted.
See what I mean by several saying we do it except this is another BS story and if it were true then Joe would be in the news, big time, and not on this board.
It does not work scaled up!
Oh there are plenty others and they are using magnetrons but they too are finding they can't scale up for hydrocarbons use. You see some things can never scale up to a size large enough for commercial use especially hydrocarbons applications. But they will gladly take your money as investment to find this out.
At the time of hiring JK the proto type was already designed by me and contracted to Ingersol. There was nothing wrong with the design just the engineering, my bad, of one critical principle and the use of klystrons, Frank’s bad. The first thing was the vacuum in scaling it up (critical to the application) and the other thing was the klystrons and how expensive they were and there just wasn't anybody on earth who could make the quantities required regardless that it was wrong in the application.
On the evening of March 20th, 2008, I approached Frank alone with my discoveries and he didn’t want to hear it and he said somebody else can figure it out instead. At The time I thought somebody could be smarter than me so I resigned effective immediately. I’ve done a lot of work in microwaves since then independently and worked with several others (IEEE members) and found out I was right!
Ignorance can be educated and crazy can be medicated but there's no cure for stupid!
The fact that klystrons were used (not magnetrons) made all this in principle non obtainable. If magnetrons were used then some of the applications would have been conceivable in our lifetime but then the patents for magnetron were already invented for the applications GBRC was claiming.
Was this a scam? You be the judge since it started out a good idea then it went south in the discovery phase. Once it was known and further expressed that it wouldn’t work when scaled up and GBRC still continued with its claims regardless, it then became a scam.
Hey MSRM stock is going for 10 cents a share!
It does at that but I don't fault the idea though. The Irish knew from at the time they took over the company. In the beginning no one could have known that, for many reasons, it couldn't work. But once it was known and expressed after discovery that it didn't have a chance in hell in this life time and probably the next generation too, it should have been exposed.
I would say there isn’t any left on the board and they also don't keep up their website anymore. If there is a board member left and still there then they are hiding in a closet from immigration.
We’ll always remember the Irish with green cards on March 17th.
You see, every publically traded company must tell the truth especially in their PR's or face ramifications.
There seems to be a plea agreement, in this case, in order to go after the others.
United States v. Gunter, et al.,
Case # 8:08-cr-00172-T-26EAJ
Case Status(updated 3/1/2011): Richard Pope is scheduled to enter a plea of guilty on March 10, 2011 at 11:15AM. His plea agreement can be viewed below.

No, not now, I always felt all along it was a bad move on their part from the beginning when GBRC is in trouble and looking for a way to stay alive. They thought IPWG was the savior and found out they are in trouble too. Now both companies’ need money and this is my opinion, of course, but their months of silence and the SP tell the story as well as the latest PR.
Your PR: http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=44461183
Then I had a conversation with someone on the GBRC message board about it two or three weeks later and was told then they reneged on it for that reason.
I learned that the Irish (some are GBRC directors) did not like what they ultimately discovered and, so far, there isn't a retraction of the PR . . . IMO
Is it crying time yet?
As if anybody cares: MSRM
United States v. Gunter, et al.,
Case # 8:08-cr-00172-T-26EAJ
Case Status(updated 2/11/2011): Defense counsel for Richard Pope requested additional time and will let the court know if his client is going to plead or proceed to trial by early March.
I guess we prefer stink also! What is your take on gbrc?
I didn't notice the flower until I saw your post on IPWG. I guess they don't like you over there either.
To Kennypooh: That flower makes you smell better IMO.
THIS IS NOT GBRC SO TAKE IT DOWN!!!
You've still got MSRM? Well I've converted mine to toilet paper a long time ago.
Then you should ask about the status of the stock because the company has a history that's less than Irish luck.
You as well as anybody else who hasn't done their DD deserves GBRC.
That's right and you heard it here first. There is a new scam for the new year.
Mark my word! http://biz.yahoo.com/e/101228/gbrc.pk10-k.html
Just because GBRC is considering a reverse merger doesn't mean I'll go away. I have websites in the waiting and to get the message through. You can run but you can't hide!

Too late and I don't think he'll get another chance since IPWG will be written off this month.
I know for a fact the Irish are no longer interested. They are of course GBRC board members.
For the MSRM people keeping up with this:
United States v. Gunter, et al.,
Case # 8:08-cr-00172-T-26EAJ
Case Status(updated 11/5/2010): Fugitive defendant Richard S. Pope was arrested in Spain on November 2, 2010. As a result, the trial, which was scheduled to begin on January 31, 2011, will be continued to allow time for Mr. Pope to be extradited to the United States. If Mr. Pope does not fight extradition, he is expected to arrive in the United States in 4-6 weeks. If, on the other hand, Mr. Pope contests extradition, the process is likely to take several months. The next hearing is a status conference on December 9, 2010. We anticipate having additional information regarding Mr. Pope's extradition status at that time.
Yeah it does seem off topic but that's GBRC for ya!

This is funny! Remember when I consulted on this when I left GBRC: http://www.usbr.gov/pmts/water/research/tularosa.html
Sorry for the testiest at times, well all the time, but I have a problem with letting this go without recourse for so many years. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!
