Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh.
Come on guys.
Help mo out, please.
LMAO
why would we tell you?
makes no sense.
Phils, you really need to pay more attention while controlling your angst.
We've addressed all this trademark BS before. Pay attention:
Drinks in all their deals will file the trademark and trademark protection, will then transfer the trademark to the icon who then licenses it to the LLC defined in the operating agreement which DKAM then owns in the defined percentage depending on the deal.
Hope this helps all on the board to calm down and understand a tiny bit more about their investment.
Because DKAM was only paid less than 20k for over 200k of products previously shipped to LIQR. Now why would DKAM continue
to do more shipping to a distributing agent who does not pay their bills? My strong opinion is that DKAM will be joined with other companies treated similarly by LIQR in a combined legal action against the boyz you seem to be representing for your own interest.
Good luck with that sweety.
Or should that be sweaty?

Yes indeed, but you did not hear it from me. Case # on it's way to momma.
I love ALL CAPS. I SAY KEEP EM COMING GOATLEADER.
same here Rilo. Tremendous positive DD coming to fruition this summer imho.
Kid knew not what to say in the Rolling Stone interview and so he said labor day. Not the end of story, but maybe you'd like to wager with me on that?
No more responses from me today as I'm off to MBC for some tastings.
Bye.
Not 3 months. Any delay at this point that prevents BADASS FROM BEING SERVED AT COMERICA PARK CONCERTS in July will only hurt Kid and would be his responsibility. Good business practices will prevail. IMHO
And DKAM will have done it's part on schedule. OK?
Definitely buyout once KR and Olifant well established and proven along with knock your socks off sparkling vodka.
Excellent. Finally someone who gets it as I do. You imply don't play with pig slop. I predict some nice news very soon.
I believe you have just covered comprehensively the past two years worth of history on 85% of DKAM trading. IMHO
go to youtube and search Olifant Vodka or type in
Snoop Dogg can still 'Drop It Like It's Hot'

NORFOLK
Even though Snoop Dogg, the rapper who sharpened his canine teeth in the early 90s as a West Coast “gangsta” type, has softened his image in recent years – what with a reality show portraying him as a dad and generally making himself the “Cheech & Chong” of rap – he showed no signs of being a has-been at The NorVa Tuesday night.
Rather, the emcee, apparently tied up earlier in the evening with pot possession charges levied against a member of his entourage, packed the venue with a wildly diverse crowd, and gave them a memorable show.
Snoop brought with him a full band that included two guitarists, a keyboard player and a drummer – and at least four surly, beefy guys on stage in suits that looked as if they could have been in the Nation of Islam – and performed an over-90 minute set of hit songs.
Wearing an oversized windbreaker and khakis, the icon of herbed out hip hop funk sailed through cuts including “Drop It Like It’s Hot” and his defining “Gin and Juice” – the latter made three dimensional when an entourage member sprayed revelers down front with champagne.
Snoop’s show was lively and surprisingly energetic considering clear his vice of choice, and he left the crowded house full of sorority kids, hip hop heads and the occasional hot soccer mom no doubt waiting for his next trick, whether that be an album of raunchy rap or a reality show showing him coaching kids’ football league.

Exactly. Pretty smart out on DKAM's part. Very sweet negotiated settlement. Thanks PK.
That's our CEO. One and the same. Busy man. No wonder Pa. has produced nothing. No wonder Kern Co. has produced nothing. No wonder Texas is a TNOG/GSRe joke.
Key phrase being "So Far"
I believe more info will be forth coming shortly.
And you know WHO terminated the deal how? too funny

don't think we wanted him on our BOD
Implore? Geez.
Very savvy post, SNEAKY. Same for you, ORE.
Nice to see a few actually get what's happening. SILENCE is GOLDEN right now.
To several of you here who have significant positions in DKAM, and who are worried by all the negative posting that has dominated this forum for some time now, and who are also worried by the relative silence of the company at this time, and who have asked for my input through PMs for their decision making,
my words of wisdom are:
DO NOT SELL ANY TIME SOON. IMHO
THANK ME LATER. IMO
I WILL NOT DISCUSS THIS FURTHER.
Yes. You are one of the very few posting here who actually understand how the Ms play the game, both for their clients' agendas as well as their own.
Wrong. The opportunity is way cheaper now and the value is insanely attractive for the China opportunities, including those who will piggyback, to play even if Heineken were the only franchise involved imo.
Very well said, KID. All true.
Correct.
very good reasons. the future for this company is bright indeed. but you boys sell now with my blessing as well our CEO's if you're unhappy and too impatient. not you RILO. lol
Wrong in spades. Listen to the CC late this week or next and you'll get it along with new institutional investors. Big things happening and china deal sweeeeeeeeeeet.
google kingshott gang
I truly admire our CEO's efficiency.
I totally agree. Post of the year for this group. And you know who I mean.
All of your posts today have been excellent.
Very, very well said, my friend.
You were right the first time. Not only were they SELECTED to be in the running, they also secured rock solid financing in short order, and were in the in the final 2 or 3 at the end. The fact that DOJ wanted to see a brewery at the end of the day may have played into High Falls' venture capital investors' hands. BTW, you were correct about the increased authorized and creative financing.
This story is far from over as other cards will be played which may be even better. There are other franchises available to attractive vehicles for M&A such as DKAM, which has proven the ability to access the required venture capital.
Many verbose, windy worded, "IMO PROTECTED," "SELF CROWNED EXPERT" posters on this forum to the contrary, DKAM will be a winner.
