Real simple guys ... google the location and get a GPS picture to see what exists. Keep in mind these photos are dated and not necessarily current development. XND Technology for example is a UPS store in a trip mall. That's not uncommon for pinkies and other private businesses. Others have stated and visited the offices in Cali and have posted they are legit. Certainly they are not large enough to support the infrastructural need for a retail mfg. company particularly if/when they go national. The absence of any definitive PRs calrifying brand names, production agreements, supply agreements, retail/merchandising contracts, marketing advertising is disconcerting. You don't get these without they ability to demonstrate the existence of actual product. Retailers want to know what is going to be done to generate demand such as advertising and coupon promotion. What is the production update and the prebuild of inventory for distribution. Release of any the aforementioned would be powerful. Anything else at this point is fluff unless it has to do with the stock clarification.
Kevin, point well taken as an entrepreneur that doesn't need strong infrastructure to make a lot of dough. I can relate to your statement, but support of a retail manufacturing business is a different story. A location and infrastructure is a requisite I am afraid to say and they have none nor have they reported on their staffing, funding or production progress. They say these are critical and needed to move forward, but no PR update. They are conspicuous in their absence.

I have built a number of privately held companies and am currently building several others as we speak. When you don't have to punch a clock my time is my own. Financial independence is a wonderful think and I wish that for everyone that applies themselves. My posse tried to help Nickolas many times over, but you can't help someone who is all show and no go. He simply takes the money and runs. There are some nay sayers here that have been burnt by him before not just me. I only deal with business people with great passion and character since my dealings with the Messiah Nickolas. His passion is great from the pulpit, but no character, no guts and with that said no glory. In other words he will never see a dime from our technology and the launch will be a bust just like his launch in Japan that imploded.
NUBV-Man is a pretty savvy guy, but not even THE MAN can get blood from a stone. They have not produced bottle one and you can't commission a so called patent process by OCT 1 since their May 30 announcement. Unique design and basic equipment backlog is 6-9 months ... do the math. I stated a long time ago (March) the water wouldn't see the light of day until 2009 at best, if ever with this bunch of scamers.
Can't be done in less than 4 months and have 30-45 days of inventory for rollout Oct 1. Key words in the release "specialized production equipment is currently being designed and manufactured for installation in XND's initial bottling facility in Scottsdale, AZ" Last plant I was involved with went from concept to production in just less than a year, but that was greenfield. I have been in the business for over 30 years and currently designing and building a plant process. Equipment design, selection, manufacturing and install is aggressive at nine months. Just got off the phone with one of the largest equipment mfgs for food and beverage SSI Technology and their back log is 6-9 months depending on the equipment. MORE BS.
There have been some posts on the board, that calls have been made to the purported bottlers and they claim no knowledge of NUBV or agreements. Steve is pursuing his own, as he stated but no transparency. The last guy he worked with for his failed Japanese launch of this patented enhance beverage was Jason Pratt at Nutritional Beverage Inc. in Phoenix. Why don't you ask Steve why the enhanced beverage exploded in the container as it reached port? Gas from microbial growth my friends. Stinky Stink. Steve lost a bunch of dough, a major Japanese beverage customer and stiffed Pratt. If you don't think the bottling fraternity is tight, you are mistaken. CLUE ... lack of transparency ... it's a secret ... translates into we don't have one yet. "He has the PET bottles". LIAR The water process includes the manufacture of bottles in line before filled ... you don't buy the bottles separate. If he is buying bottles the bottler is a dinosaur ... translates into failure. That's like asking Rambler to build Ferraris.
Brasco, I can read and have full comprehension. The corporate structure is NUBV that is what I am referring to not day to day. KJ has never managed anything that he is currently responsible for. Should make you a little nervous that he is the ultimate decision maker and holds the purse strings (empty) AH. Riding a bike and driving a Ferrari are dramatically different my friend ... I am not sure he can do either.

Witchie/Goose, you are probably correct on this one. My attorney in Scottsdale has told me there are numerous cases pending against Nickolas, but can't get on the docket if you are less than 200 Gs. Nickolas himself has formed at least a dozen different LLCs and Corps. over the last 5 years. Why? Moving targets hard to hit. He's a run and hide kind of guy. Making money off of paper with a great concept is much more difficult than actually launching a separate company. Nellocat articulated that earlier. Need to put together a class action if you are going to hammer these guys - IMO

Beverage Marketing is a specialized beverage industry investment banking firm. Association with these folks can provide instant credibility in the industry. These are the gate keepers of all the statistics and data. In fact this site uses their info. They are the whos who of beverage and can open doors. Nickolas was associated with Barclay Griffiths, Managing Director, back in 2003 with Impact Beverage, Inc and Impact Scientific, Inc. They had a major falling out and Nickolas stuck them with a huge bill for services provided.
That's the skinny.

I know the folks at Bev Marketing and they know Nickolas well as he has stiffed them in the past. They don't bring much to the party. Beverage Science Labs is not even a company it is simply aregistered trademark.

BPMoney the $700 Gs is coming from the dilution and all you peeps that keep pumping the buy. They are issuing stock to every vendor whether it be goods or services. They are paying their legal fees, marketing consultants, you name it with stock and will show nothing for it as everyone is not biting on this approach. They have no Franklins in the coifers.
