Any new persons interested in AWYI please do yourself a favor and watch for nonsense postings on how people pretend that they are just trying to save you. BTW I guarantee we hit 5c by February 30th. If you don't believe me ask Caymans. ROTFLMAO
Hi Pirat I love the charts thanks
Can i ask a question
you know the macd (5,10 ,4)
in your opinion if we get news of a favouable deal closure with Syrei is it vital that the next rise of the macd must go higher than the first bump up.?
I think i remember panetta saying something along those lines I may be wrong
Thats one of the things that has me concerned from ta perspective why didnt 2nd macd rise not go higher?
we got some news with 1st step being completed on feb 19th or there abouts
If closure doesnt come soon will this be enough to push us higher than first and second macd bump ups.
I see volume was slack so little momentum.
Id appreciate your opinion
ta is great to get one in and out and im humble enough to ask for considered opinions
MaryKateAustin saved me a bundle friday

lets keep it clean accurate and welcoming
there you go mets ive added a board mark.

me too brother....should be good tomorrow and a great week. I tell you guys that about 10 of us control most of the float.....If we get a big push going into the completion of the deal, this will move real fast. Me and family now own 18M shares and not a single one s for sale under $0.05.
What positions will Mr strangert and mr Whittam occupy if deal goes through?
anyone care to hazard a guess.
How much will Awyi have to pay for Syrei.Anybody experienced enough to give a ball park figure?
The deal is forecast to add more than $7.5 million in annualized revenue and to be accretive to Ariel Way's 2008 earnings with over 10% EBITDA. The transaction, which is subject to the signing of definitive agreements and customary closing conditions, has a two-step closing process with a first expected closing in late December 2007. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed
well ive let all the boys on xkem board know
they have lots of knoledge on bigdaddy
the camp seems divided on bigdaddy
so many eyes will be coming to this board
hope the longs will present accurate facts
stress the potential and not be afraid of any negatives.
all companies have negatives and when newbies get balanced views they buy.
I did get balanced views from Mr Dunhem and i bought
He doesnt shy away from the negatives
This board should follow in his footsteps imo
yes you have been consistant that you have not flipped or sold a single share.you have also stated the excellant dd that you have done.
Why pray tell you call me a basher when i post accurate facts about the debt being over 1 million (to be soon readjusted to 600k and prd)
why dont you ask Mr Dunhem if it is true that eps is .01 as a result of paying off debt by issuing nearly 500k more shares.
These facts are accurate and straight from the horses mouth.
Hey I desperatley would love a winner with awyi but please dont continuosly mislead us.Maybe its not intentional on your part but its misleading. You have been here longer than most, have accurately called dips and recoveries later in the same day.
You are doing yourself a disservice by harping on about the eps at.01 phone Mr DUNHEM he will put you straight.
The anxious wait will be the structure of 2nd step process and im preparing myself for a dip.If we indeed get a flyer ill be delighted 2m shares is enough dont want greed to control my thinking
If that happens and awyi goes to .10 i will donate 5k to a cancer charity of your choice
cj post accurate up to date facts and i will cheer with you.I do appreciate you are having a tough time personaly and dont wish to hurt you in anyway. If you are honest I have been asking pertinent questions to this board ,mr Dunhem ,the broker michele dunn who is handling the syrei deal, limetruck ,mason, etc etc etc and anybody experienced enough to help me out.
I have raised my share count from an initial 1m to 1.8m and 4.5 as we speak.Im genuine and honest to admit i will hold 2m and trade 2.5m taking profit buying on dips.that doesnt make me a basher.I just wanna make a few pound and learn in the process.
Im open and honest with this board with the dd i get, paticulary about the debt issue.G money had the good sense to adjust his no debt caption to little debt.
I admire your drive and enthusiasm and would love awyi to reach your lofty goals of .05 and.10
Of course one must believe that the trade they make is going to be sucessfull and be positive.however blind positivity without taking into account all the pros and cons in my experience has lost me money.
My posts are relevant on topic and open honest and genuine.
in time you too will realise this and hopefully appreciate it.
Mr dunhem is Ariel Way and its his vision and creativity paticulary on the 2nd step syrei process that has me holding my breath.
Hope all goes well for us all and its nothing personal to you cj ive just been asking questions, looking for answers and sharing as best i possibly can.
good luck to you
I hope your hunch detector is on form,i reckon your hunch is listening to that birdy again.
I refuse to average down anymore till the company start talking.
go xkem
I really do hope big daddy is genuine
I recall him saying he and family had over 23m shares
ITS happening again on the awyi board big dad and family have alota lota awyi shares.
Hope the big fella doesnt jinx me again. He most certainly must have a very understanding patient rich family. IMO
please god the pandey issue will be resolved asap.maybe mr swift can release any more bad news that there is before an onslaught of dynamite prs finished operational facility patient numbers quality issues gov contract or possability.we have been held in the dark far too long.
go xkem
go awyi
please god dont let me be jinxed by big daddy

yes Countmike i do recall your post stating that and a further post. id just love to know if Cornel wants to convert what does ariel way or mr dunhem have to do.hold a shareholders meeting?
If im wrong id like apologise to gonzo if im right id like gonzo to be big enough to apologise for his rude pms,his posts with refusal to provide links and his arrogance towards a genuine new investor looking for help.

Yes, it all depends. If the preferred holders demand conversion Awyi must do it by the Feb 28th. If not, there is more time. Read the SEC filings (Sep 07 10ksb) page 16F!

An increase in authorized shares is usually conducted at a special shareholders meeting by vote; unless the majority of voting stock is in just a few hands; then they just increase the AS by SEC filing.
Noone knows the financing involved in the deal so it should be interesting
I do apologise crashtheline
Can you refresh my memory how much higher did awyi climb above.007?
Is gonzo correct??????? or can Cornel convert if they insist on doing so????

it's very simple. the as is 595mil and the os is 595mil. the as is MAXED OUT. arne has not submitted paperwork to increase the as, which takes a few months to complete. so, how is anybody going to sell shares in the company when they are not available. as far as the restricted shares for the debt, the 6months is not up until May and June. that is a lot of time, and the company has time to increase the share price tremendously between now and then to keep the dilution low when cornell ultimately gets more shares to convert. if the stock price is up 2000%, they will only be able to dilute 1/20th of what they could convert today.
cead mile failte big daddy
maybe i can ask you a question as a cpa and assistant mod
can cornel insist on coverting if he wishes by feb 28
a poster name gonzo insisted that there were no shares to convert so he couldnt if he wanted to.
genuinely looking for your opinion

Hi Parwatti
Received your PM; you do ask the right questions; and tough ones.
Per the 10KSB of Sep. 07 there are 149.25 preferred shares issued and outstanding.
On page F16 the shares are said to be valued at $10,031 each plus interest and any dividends. This would set the value @ around $1.497M plus accrued interest.
Shares are convertible on Feb. 28, 08 @95% of the lowest volume weighted average price of the common stock for the 20 days immediately preceeding the date of conversion.
Now pick a pps as of Feb. 28, discount it, and divide into $1.497M to get the estimated number of shares. That is my take.
I think the real question is whether the holders will convert, and whom really knows, especially after todays news. We do not know the terms of the 2 step agreement but if conversion takes place more shares will need to be authorized. More shares may need to be authorized anyway but noone knows the terms.
I have enjoyed reading your posts. We could have a real nice pop today.

Not in this case bud. This is not a typical Cornel deal.
Cornel hold series A pref shares......They had 160 of them and now have about 149. They converted the 11 in to 95M shares at an average of $0.0011 during 2007 - these have already hit the float. They sell as soon as they convert.
They can convert the rest any time, but they can convert at the lessor of $0.10 or 95% of the last 20 trading day average. Cornel's conversion price keeps going up, and it is in their best interest here to have the price continue to rise. It is actualy in Cornel's best interst to have the PPS rise to well above $0.10. That way they can convert at $0.10 and sell at much higher. As long as the PPS is below a dime, Cornel is not a problem here. They are getting their shares at a 5% discount to what we can buy them at.
I have loaded the boat here and continue to add. Cornel will support the PPS in an up motion to well over $0.10. this may take some time, but they are in no rush. They only make multi bag profits at $0.20+. Cornel is not satisfied with small gains. The risk/return profile does not make any sense for them.
Those that truly understand this deal are buying every share they can at these levels.
Great post dad
newbies like myself will benefit from your cpa experience
really would love a winner with awyi
xkem taught me alot
thank you for help with the sec filings
I like the converstion you and big daddy are having on step 2

EXCELLENT buy! Anything under the 7 right now is a steal
Hi Countmike did you know that not only has Mr Dunhem not received a salary,he and his wife have kept the doors open at awyi by providing loans to the company.
This fact and his unblemished record keeps me interested in awyi.
What man in his right mind would take money from his darling wife if he wasnt convinced he will suceed.
three cheers for Mrs Dunhem if awyi gets to .015
Step 2 process will not be done in february in my very honest humble opinion.
It is my strong feeling that unless Mr Dunhem pulls a few strokes of genius many pumpers will be pumping their pampers(diapers)
Ill have my 2.5m ready for any unsavory news on terms of funding for syrei deal.
If mr Dunhem is as creative as many believe(look at mobl)
i will still have 2m to rejoice with.
Save some ammo for blips
I see you are not as brave as mr Caymans
I will bet you 1000 dollars it will not happen
Not afraid to put your money where your mouth is are you?
huff huff no puff puff lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
GO AWYI
