With all respect, that is ONLY YOUR OPINION. An individual does the interpretation of the TOU, The TOU are "Guidelines" and enforced mostly for "Punishment" Not effect. There are Admins here that select the outcome of posters because in "Their Opinion" they are not providing what they feel is pertinent to the board under their interpretation of the very TOU they have written themselves. The TOU is not enforced fairly and the punishments are most definitely not conducive to the so-called crime. I see IHUB is currently seeking a membership drive. They will need many of these in the future I feel, as the continued MICRO MANAGEMENT will "Drive" good users away.

IMO the IHUB that someone dreamed about one night/day would seem to model IHUB as a WSJ type public input board. IMO that will never work, as WSJ has everyone who puts ant input into it on payroll. If your building a board to allow public access you need to keep in mind the "Public" is widely diverse and not any one opinion or interpretations may be met and agreed upon by two or more individuals. If a persons passion is about a stock weather he lost or gained or even uses it as a daily play that person feels the post is relevant to the stock and or the company. But on IHUB we have IHUB Admin who see's things and interrupts the post even themselves and Mods as well. So now we have rules/laws that are up to individuals opinions of opinions enforcing their opinion of the rules/laws. Just very well planned out use of wording. There is NO SIGNED CONTRACT IMO with any drilling company. There is no reason why a company would HIDE who they signed with. A transparent compnay IMO would be proud to have announced with WHOM they are doing business with. Not leave it up to a few pictures that shows a rig and nothing to backup those claims from the pictures. IMO if the company they signed with was the one in said pictures the company had nothing to hide. Now it appears this company is miss leading us here.
