Coates hits .31 today.
WWW.welltowire.com website is getting a lot of hits, over 4422 so far.
Stockholders of CIL have waited a long time for good news, it's nice to see insider buying.
When officers and directors of a company buy their own stock, it is usually a good sign for stock holders.
No need to take your anger out on a cat, newborn, etc., plus I have a cat! Take it out right here. Hopefully, good news will follow soon and we can have a happy new year. I can't imagine welltowire is doing an offering just to piss us off.
There appears to be two sales in October, one for 174,000 units and the other for 56,000 units @ $2.50 for a total of $575,000.
All I want is to see the company in production!
oops I meant to say "publicly announce your DISDAIN for your stockholders". Again, I am so frustrated by the companies communication that I forget to proofread. Then again, all of us unsophisticated investors don't care anyway! This is my last post on this matter, I promise!
I am just so bewildered as to why someone would chastise, degrade, embarrass and humiliate the very same people that are trying to help you. Just crazy. Plus to publically announce your distant for your stock holders! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
An Unsophisticated Story:
The other day I picked up a hitchhiker named George. Since Thanksgiving was nearby I was feeling generous and went out of my way to drop George of at a distant location. While I was helping him get his belonging out of the trunk of the car, he walked over to me and kicked me in the groin! I laid there in pain and asked him why he would do that. George just keep yelling at me calling me an UNSOPHISTICED DRIVER. He said I should have known better than to pick him up.
Sincerely,
Unsophisticated Writer :(
Rickj 65 you are exactly correct and you said it very nicely.
It's great to see www.welltowire.com website up and running. The Coates technology video on the site is clear and the sound quality is good. I think the site is pretty good.
Then again, I am just an unsophisticated investor (public relations nightmare!). No I take that back, I am a concerned and eager investor who wants to see something happen, that's better.
In May 2008, the Company was advised that WWE had secured an approximately $1.2 Billion equipment lease finance agreement, from Canada West Corporate Finance, Inc., which is to be utilized for its Coates CSRV engine generator purchases over the next five years pursuant to its licensing agreement with the Company. The five-year WWE business plan on which this agreement was based provides for the purchase of approximately 7,400 Engine Generators. On October 1, 2008, this financing agreement was reconfirmed, expanded in scope and increased in amount. WWE can now depend on this agreement to finance any of its purchases of equipment from the Company. In addition, the price per unit that may be paid to us by WWE under this facility was increased to $222,000. Accordingly, should WWE fulfill its five year business plan, this agreement would exceed an aggregate amount of $1.6 Billion.
Well to Wire recieved increased funding from Canda West to purchase generators from Coates.
It's about time W2W gets their website up and running! I think the 855 generator is 300KW.
manufacturing yet?
Is Coates mqanufacturing the 855 cubic inch natural gas generator yet?
Righcoasttoph: I feel your pain, you certainly are correct in your recent post. If CIL would harness the power, interest, and enthusiasm of their investors the company would be a gold mine. I mean really, this is frustrating!
The entire stock market is a mess and the entire world markets are a mess. Help!........ There is a solution: Hard Work Build Engines! Period!
Good news for CIL stock holders! yippy, production on its way!
Stupid to sell now! I agree!
Patrick I wouldn't let the current volume influence you. There is plenty of interest still left for CIL. If CIL gets a partial payment from W2W that would be a good thing. More important is what the company does with the money or the lack of money. If they get a lot of money and sit on, that's no good. If the get a little money and don't do anything that's no good. The only good thing is if they beg, borrow or steal enough money to get into production ASAP and shut all of us investors up once and for all, me included!
HELP WANTED: New experienced management desperately needed to get company into production and clean parking lot, ASAP!
Perhaps a 30 day hiatus on a carribean island will introduce the company to qualified and motivated CEO. Slow...........
Anyone know if Well to Wire doing some sort of public or private stock offering? Ideas?
If Well to Wire can find a buyer of their exclusive rights, they could make a quick buck on the transaction, plus it would be great for CIL.
their vs. there?
Below is from an August 2008 press release.
Management has stated that for Well to Wire Energy to be granted an extension, it must pay the Company deposits totaling at least $3,000,000 and make interest payments at the rate of 5% per annum on the $8,000,000 balance. Well to Wire has confirmed that it is continuing its efforts to raise the funds to satisfy the remaining balance, through equity financing. Our Company has verified that Well to Wire has executed an agreement with Canada West Corp. Financing, Inc. in the amount of almost $1.2 billion dollars for equipment acquisitions from Coates International, Ltd. This would include, but is not limited to, 7,404 Electric CSRV Generating Systems over the next five years. There also remains a balance of $49,000,000 for the US License due to the Company in installments after the original $11,000,000 has been paid in full.
I know they made 2,4,6,& 8 cylinder engines. The natural gas engine is 6 cylinders and the motorcycle is 2 cylinders. Not sure how may natural gas models they built, probably 5 or 6 prototypes.
Rick, very well said! You're hired as the new CEO of CIL. Congratulations!
The engine works fine, it passed independent EPA Tests!
No way is that alias correct. If you read a few of my recent posts you will see that I am just as frustrated as everyone else. However, I do want the company to succeed.
COATES ROCKS!!! hit .30 today!
So stupid to have two website anyway, plus the colors and fonts, layout was not good. I am glad it is closed. CIL should have one site, keep it updated and do it right!
Yes it is enough. But you dont lose until you sell. If you sold then your done and did lose, bummer. I'm still holding on, by a tread.
Big $$$$ ? How much is big $$$$
" And why not be able to install on cars to the public." Eventually cars yes. But right now they have an 855 engine which has already passed independent emission test and is ready to go. CIL should manufacture the generator engine which will create a huge profit first, prove the technology to the public and get to the cars second.
Why doesn't he have a sign directed toward the general public to convert your car on the spot so to speak? That is not a viable nor profitable venture. Although I would welcome any attempt to bring the technology public, I do not think a sign to attract individual cars will be best. You have to remember each engine and fuel injection system is very unique. CIL has a deal, via Well to Wire to manufacture 7400, 855 cubic inch $155,000 each generator systems. This is the best, easiest, fastest and profitable approach to take. The company needs to get money (from any source) to start manufacturing with or WITHOUT Well to Wire!
I feel your pain. A nuclear power plant? LOL good one! CIL needs management with financial and marketing knowledge, not just engineering knowledge. With the right leadership and decision making, they could get the $$$$ to get into production. Instead of waiting around for years for the big money deal, just start off the old fashion way: hard work, one engine production (and sale) at a time. Once the public sees that the company is making engines, even limited production, the stock will skyrocket.
I can't blame the market for this drop. Simply put: someone wanted out and dumped a lot of stock on the market and took whatever price they could get. Obviously they were pissed and would rather take a loss and finally get out of their misery. The only solution for this company is to get into production and issue some real news.
I never heard that bullshit before. If Coates gave a poppet valve engine to anyone today they would just laugh at him. The entire world, including China, is a pretty sophisticated, energetic and productive place. I think CIL should consider a joint venture with someone to make a hybrid. Someone like Toyota or Honda. Scofloind find out why Well to Wire is making payments and nothing seems to be happening? But please, don't even think about writing back saying that they are on another 30 day hiatus! By the time CIL gets into production we'll all be driving around in cars that fly! Let's get Trump into the deal, so he can say "Your fired!" We need someone who can execute a plan, perhaps CIL management need to get some training from the Apprentice show.
"Guess we'll all just wait until the end of the month to see if the Well to Wire payments go through." Patrick don't forget Well to Wire has the 5% the interest only option, I wouldnt count on million coming in. But who knows, maybe we'll get lucky and someone will get their shit together!
