Last few days...
we've been in the dip mode. Bargin hunters looking for a few cheap shares. And I mean a few bc the volume the last two days doesn't even match what I own now. If anyone wants a serious chunk of GTEC they are going to pay. As each quarter goes by SP will rise. GTEC is a well oiled money maker building a solid foundation in the China Pharma sector. I've had questions, had my eyebrows raised, done DD since the R/S and I see a powerhouse of a company emerging. GTEC is speculative, it lacks liquidity and is unknown even to seasoned China investors. But I beleive the company will change that. I watching how GTEC and Mr. Wubo perform. I expect to be wow'd.

PR today
Nothing special just a notice. The good thing is, if people noticed, GTEC changed their press release company from primenewswire to PR newswire and better yet it showed up in Streamer on Ameritrade. Now were starting to rock and roll.
Big fight going on at the GTEC board in Yahoo. I've been a poster on Yahoo since 1999 as bullwind. Who is jeffhale1 and stadbags? Are you guys here on Ihub?
Chart looking good. Buying opportunity again.

GTEC_trader is the official basher on yahoo.
Sell if you must, but GTEC_trader is not going to get any of my shares until over $1.00
If you do your DD you will see that the original company's roll was to bring a profitable Chinese company public in the USA. Mr. Wubo saw a chance to take the value of his company "offshore" meaning not in China or the USA. Smart move in todays world. Now if I owned a private company about to go public flush with cash why would I turn over all my money to the public entity? It seams to me, and I'm just guessing at this point, the special divy was a legal incentive to do so. After going public access to what used to be mine is only available by selling my stock. Nothing is terribly wrong here. I've seen much, much worse shena@#$%ns in my trading experiance. As reverse mergers go, GTEC is quite clean and straight forward. Its what Mr. Wubo does from this point forward that needs to be watched. So far, IMO, he's devivered very nicely on all accounts. Kudos to Mr. Wubo and Ms. Sung for doing a great job!
Any retracement in SP of GTEC is a "buying opportunity" to be taken advantage of.
So if GTEC_trader is as smart as he thinks he is he better be buying. I am.
Watch out for the surprise PR. You don't want to be out when it hits.
All IMO, and I know nothing.

I stand corrected about Pope Investments...
Debenture is at $.25 (20 mil) and Warrents are at $.32 (10 mil) Conversion is at the option of Pope Investments not GTEC. So why did GTEC do this?
1. Through analysis GTEC concluded that the convertible debenture has a beneficial conversion feature.
2. Pope in very respected investment form. Their DD is second to none: meaning Pope thinks GTEC is a real company.
3. The Pope investment gives instant credibility to GTEC in the USA.

Long, thank you for that sincere post and reality check. "GTEC is only what you perceive its worth is," is absolutely true. All stocks go up and go down, everyone knows that. Everybody wants to be a smart trader or investor too. And we want to take the emotion out of our plays. So we do our DD and make a play with the best information we have at the time. Once the play is made its about managing your play. Are you in for the short run or long? I don't feel sorry for the person who got into GTEC at $.49 one bit bc all the DD says that $.49 is a fraction of GTEC's real value. Now the real question to ask all GTEC investors is do they believe in their DD?
I believe in my DD on GTEC. I've talked with Crocker and Elsa and turned over every rock that came my way. Except for a few questions about equity in the old GTEC everything is forthright and above board. I have not found any skeletons in any closet of the new GTEC, 'Genesis Pharmaceutical Enterprises, Inc.'
If you have faith in your DD, you can have faith in GTEC. Therefore you can have faith tbat GTEC is "at least" worth well over $1.00.
So what long's asking us is to have faith in our beleif in GTEC. I do. Now that's my reality check and GTEC passes with flying colors!

I feel allot like you do. GTEC speaks for itself. An unknown, high growth, undervalued, sleeping giant. With very little DD anyone can verify that fact. I'm looking for the next BIGPLAY with minimal risk. GTEC is in that category.
One important thing that many are missing about the Pope Investment is that it's a Convertible Debenture. That means when interest and/or principle are due GTEC can elect to pay the debt in cash "OR" convert the debt to stock at predetermined rates. That rate was set at $.32 per share.
So many are calling the Pope deal dilution. Although that IS a possibility it has NOT happened yet. And I think it won't. If you caught it in the Q&A of the conference call at 10:00 a.m. EST on Tuesday, February 19, 2008, Elsa hinted to that end when asked a question as to how many shares were in the company.
I used to hold tonnes of shares of PTSC before they settled the lawsuit. I felt PTSC was one of those BIGPLAYS with minimal risk. I was wrong. There is huge risk with PTSC, too much unknown. I felt I was very lucky to get out of PTSC with a net positive gain. Before I got out I could hardly sleep at night. Thats all changed now. GTEC is rock solid IMO. Yes, no stock is a sure thing, but I sleep very well owning GTEC. GTEC is a BIGPLAY 777 jackpot IMO. And as you say fundamentals prove that nicely.
These next two quarters will be very exciting and rewarding to those who do their DD on GTEC.
So don't feel guilty. Just sit back and watch the show. GTEC is a Star Stock. No pumping needed. GL to all GTEC longs.

I think your right on with that post. Unless longs get antsy and sell I doubt we will see lower then .31 through this market meltdown. Actually I think GTEC is recession proof. People in china don't stop getting sick just because the economy slows. I fact, with the worst winter in 50 years there is probably more of a demand for GTEC products as more people are catching pneumonia from the severe cold. Demand for GTEC's products can only steadily grow larger.
Thanks for pulling that quote out by Mr Cao Wubo. Its a great reminder why we are all with this wonderful company.

Is This the Beginning of the End for China...
or Just the End of a Great Beginning?
Today's comment is by Mike Burnick, Senior Editor, Global Markets Analyst and editor of Market Shock Trader.
Dear A-Letter Reader,
In Friday's wealth comment (The Global Market That's Moved from "First to Worst"), I explained why China, recently one of investors' favorite markets, has sunk to the bottom of the list. In fact, according to a recent Citigroup report, China has become the most "underweight" market in Asia for the first time ever.
So how did the most popular and best-performing market over the past few years go from being first-to-worst so quickly? Well, Chinese shares have declined 30% from last year's high. That has a lot to do with it.
After more than doubling in value in each of the last two years, the Shanghai Composite Index of mainland Chinese stocks tumbled sharply since peaking last October. The index lost about one-third of its value.
Hong Kong shares - which is my favorite way to play China - are down about 20% in sympathy with the mainland's decline.
So is this the end of the beginning for China's global dominance? Or is it the beginning of the end for China? Is it time to jump ship and forget about China for awhile - or is this another great buying opportunity?
Judging from the speed with which many China bulls have so swiftly turned bearish, I have to say that this contrary "sentiment" indicator is lined up squarely in China's favor. In fact, data on mutual fund flows show heavy selling of China region funds. Retail investors may be running for the exits in China at exactly the WRONG time.
China: the New Engine of Growth...
and Investment Wealth
I believe investors are missing something amid the confusion of this global credit-crunch selling panic. They're missing the fact that China is a great long-term investment opportunity that's just beginning. The world's fastest growing economy is now the second-largest in the world on a purchasing power parity basis. There are dynamic changes taking place in China, and gigantic opportunities to profit from it.
Last year, for the first time in history, China and other emerging markets contributed more than half of the world's total economic expansion. China alone accounted for 35% of global growth last year, while the vaunted U.S. economy kicked in just 7%!
China's retail sales grew 13% in January - in spite of the worst winter weather in a half-century. In the U.S., retail sales were up just 0.6% in early January. In America (and Europe), the ongoing credit crunch has triggered a steep decline in lending. Both consumers and businesses are finding it difficult to access credit. Meanwhile, in China, bank lending to consumers and small businesses surged 22% last month!
What we are witnessing here is a "radical realignment in the global economy," in the words of George Soros. China, India and other nations in the emerging world are enjoying a strong counter-trend to the upside - while the U.S. and other developed markets are declining. This dynamic applies not only to the economies of markets like China, but also to investment opportunities there as well.
Bull in China Sees Buying Opportunities Coming Soon
Globe-trotting investor Jim Rogers (Soros' partner in the wildly successful Quantum hedge fund) correctly predicted the beginning of a mega-bull-market in commodities near the end of the last century.
At the time, foolish retail investors were chasing dot-com stocks to an irrational "bubble" peak. Rogers correctly spotted that tech bubble and steered clear of Internet stocks. Instead, he plowed his money into commodities that were dirt-cheap in 1999 and 2000.
Of course Rogers was right on the money then, and retail investors were dead-wrong.
Now, he is also very bullish on China. So what does he think of the recent steep correction in Chinese share prices?
"I'm delighted to see what's happening in Shanghai and Hong Kong," he said, referencing the sharp correction in share prices during a recent Fortune magazine interview. Rogers went on to explain that "if things hadn't cooled off, the Chinese market was in danger of turning into a bubble."
Far from seeing a "bubble" in China that's now in the process of popping, Rogers clearly sees the recent bear market decline as healthy. It's allowing some of the steam to escape from China's overheating economy, and reducing excess investment speculation.
In other words, he sees a healthy correction that should soon lead to great upside profit potential in China.
Thinking About Buying in China, But NOT in America
The real question is: Can the Beijing authorities successfully engineer what has been so elusive for the U.S. Federal Reserve - an economic "soft landing" - or will China inevitably face a crash landing?
While that debate continues to rage, Jim Rogers seems unfazed. In fact, he's looking forward to his next big opportunity to buy into China on the cheap.
"I would suspect the correction isn't quite over in China. But I'm gearing up," to buy shares says Rogers. "I'm starting to prepare my list of things to buy in China. Whether I buy this week or this month or this quarter, who knows. But I'm starting to think about buying new shares in China for the first time in a while. And I'm not thinking about buying in America."
Note to China bears everywhere: Jim Rogers' bullish bets on China - not to mention his exceptional track record over three-plus decades of investment - is a very good reason to take a good, hard second look at investing in China.
Rogers sees buying opportunities in this dynamic emerging market, while others are scared off and selling out. Historically, that's been a great signal to follow! To paraphrase Warren Buffett: Rogers is attempting to be "greedy" while retail investors are "fearful." I know which side of that trade I'm taking.

I own 348K shares of GTEC @ ave of $.27. Don't plan on selling one share until SP reaches at least $.54. But most I'm holding until over $1.00 GTEC is a very safe bet IMO.
My guess is this board represents about 5 million GTEC shares. I wonder how close that is. Maybe we should take a poll and see?
I also own a little bit of PTSC ave $.3933. Used to love this stock until lawsuit was settled with NO transparency. PTSC is an big maybe stock. IMO
I screwed up and sold 59K ACTC yesterday at a slight loss to buy more GTEC. ACTC is a facinating stock but like GTEC is facing a R/S. The R/s is the only scary thing abgout GTEC. Hope its handled correctly. May exit before R/S. I don't know.

Elsa's Phone call...
I had called Elsa much earlier in the day, she returned my call about 8:00pm AZ time.
I was in the middle of dinner so I was caught a little off guard. She was very cordial and apologized for so late, it was the afternoon in China. WE made small talk and she said she was just getting used to being a public company. I mentioned moving to another news service for PR's and she and Crocker had discussed at length just doing that. I would expect an announcement soon disclosing a new service.
Long I told her about our great board and how a bunch of us longs have banded together to spread the word about GTEC. She said every SH was important to her and thanked us(mostly LongVester) for our work.
We talked about how GTEC is a very new public Company how best to get noticed. I mentioned a stock buyback program and how it would be one way to get noticed and show confidence in their company. She listened very intently as she was eager to learn about such things. I pointed out how the shares bought back are like money in the bank and the shares would go into the company treasury. The they could be used for an acquisition at a later date. She agreed GTEC had enough cash reserves to do it. No guarantee they would do it but she was very receptive.
Phone call ended.
We did not talk about share structure so I hope they give you a good rundown Long. We need to know this stuff. As I do more DD I ran across where they paid a dividend. Can some one explain that one to me?
Financial Condition From 8K dated Feb 15, 2008
As of December 31, 2007, the Company had $13.6 million in cash and cash equivalents. Working capital increased from $16.0 million as of June 30, 2007 to $26.8 million as of December 31, 2007. This was primarily attributable to an increase in accounts receivable of approximately $5.3 million, an increase in accounts receivable-related parties of approximately $1.1 million, and an increase in advance to suppliers of $2.2 million. Notes payable decreased $4.3 million, and a dividend payment of $10.6 million was made. Inventories decreased by approximately $0.7 million, cash decreased $4.1 million, restricted cash decreased $4.2 million, liabilities assumed from reorganization increased $.7 million and taxes payable increased $3.4 million. As of December 31, 2007, the current ratio was 2.5:1. Company has bank indebtedness of $9.7 million and Research and Development obligations of $4.1 million that it must pay in 2008.
Whats that dividend all about?
I will have more questions. Looking for answers.
