I agree 98. especially when bioamber was a toll manufacture for bioamber SAS and SAS was not in the CCAA nor in BK. Nothing is going to happen until these lazy ass judges get off their azz and finish the damn case before they all die. but but but the case has nothing to do with bioamber......... can't buy a company that has pending litigation on it goober.... so we wait... and wait... maybe they are still trying to find out what sex they are.....

no fkn way this all went for 4.3 million dollars.. NO ONE can wrap their head around this 180 million dollar plant backed by MANY with years and years of world changing R&D just crashing, being sold for pennies on the dollar and the new owner just steps in and rakes in 200 million dollars selling the same damn thing..... no no no... more to story. MRO makes more sense for this 4.3 milly.

no... just moved from the US to the EUR. Lets let these agreements expire and see what happens. 1 said agreement just expired in Dec 2021, so if you all want some homework... take a look at the past and see when the expiration dates of the agreements are of all said agreements.

They could be waiting for expiration of all licensing deals and from the looks of that letter from IE... they are making moves. I would expect a response to that letter from cargil sometime soon.
