Thanks for all of the private replies. Sorry I can't respond privately since I am not a premium member.
Where is Southridge located?? FL?? He has a hidden agenda because if you do not like a stock you move on to find a better one if you are a true investor. NNRF is one of those one in a life time opportunities if everything lines up. It is not like MSFT or INTC in the very early days when no one knew if the technology was the next winner. NNRF they need their technology due to gov't regulations and all of the given business for a few competitors and NNRF has the inside track. I will take my chances with NNRF.
If the sources I hear from are right they will complete 8 more acquistion. Like I said before lets see who is laughing to the bank at the end of the if the stock hits 30-50. Lets just stop and be quiet and see what happens. Then lets see what happens at the end of next year. Lets see who is laughing to the bank. Why don't you look at Gazprom. This looks like the same setup that the Russian gov't did with it. Let it go private to get the old State run industry get straighten out and then bought most of it back so it could control that industrial and make all of their cronkies billionaires not millionaires. Just fight this thing and lets see who is laughing all the why to the bank. It is obvious you have lost a lot of money in the market. This is one of those one or two opportunities in a life time. So just go to sleep and wake up and lets see how much money I have in the bank vs you as you keep fighting this thing. I think it is best to read some of the other posters here that have responded to you. They are a lot smarter than me. You might as well leave the board until the end of the year. You are so negative on the stock so you need to go out and find a better one. Lets us know in one email and then we will compare at the end of the year at the bank. That would be the best advice I can give you unless you are working for the shorts. Everyone here is entitled to an opinion but I think everyone hear knows your position is more interested in learning the new things about the company instead of hashing the same old things out over and over with you and your negative attitude on the stock. You would do yourself more good if you used your energy here on looking for a better stock and let us know in one email then at the end of the year we compare. I believe most of the people here would like you to take that approach. It would then determine if you are working for the shorts. These people on this board are not going to swayed by you because they are the most intelligent people on any MB and they know a once in a life time opportunity so take my advice. I think the rest here will want you to do the same.
Thanks for the good explanations. My question do you think this company has a technology that is superior to anyone out there to inspect bridges? When I talked to the CEO he said there was nothing out there except their technoloy. He did not even give me a technoloy close. I did not get the best feeling talking to him. I did not realize how much he took out of the company. I usually look at the compensation of the CEO and top people for these small companies to see if it is excessive. I m wondering if they will get any contracts that the CEO was talking to me. I have to give him credit he did call me back.
I look at all of these bio tech startups that are not making any money and look at the excessive compensation for the CEO's ad the others. I find it hard to pay them this kind of money and no profits. I hardly invest in these stocks because it is just like going gambling at the casinos. I think Wall Street is going to start questioning these guys from what I am startig to read.
I would really like your opinion on MTTG. I get the feeling you think they need a new CEO.
Thanks for helping to backup my point that getting the lead out of products is real in Europe. The lead out of nuclear waste and in the plants is next. This will be good for NNRF.
I want to say you nailed it with your excellent answers to Batscam's questions. This is the best MB I have been on. The people here are extremely intelligent and challenging. No one is cussing one out. Yahoo is becoming really bad.
On your positions in the market I agree with your analysis. I have been saying the US no longer drives the world economies. There was an article today (I believe on Yahoo) stating since 2000 the US economy will not take down the rest of the world when it slows up like it did prior to 2000. We are a declining nation. With all of the debt what do you expect. We had to package it up like quality investments and unload it to the world. A guy just told me it is like a computer virus. It gets into your system and spreads everywhere out of control. As another person put it, the world does not like us for the war and now they have another reason to not like us do to all of the junk investments we have spread throughout the world. I think this subprime deal will diminish Wall Streets influence in the world.
On the dollar you are right on. I know the Feds are between a rock and a hard place. The problem is the big financial guys always knows the Feds will bail them out. It is sad that the home owner and small businesses will go out of business while the big boys still will make their billions. (I believe article in NY Times today pointed it out)
I remember as clear as yesterday about 25 yrs ago GM sent me to a competitive marketing seminar at Wharton business school.
One professor from Harvard stated that the Feds do not care if they wipe out 100k auto jobs or 100k steel jobs but they care about the financial markets. Boy to this day he was right on the mark.
You are just basing it on current business. Read ST information. I do not have it off hand but there is 8B for clean up in Russia the G8 pledged and then 20B for the rest of Europe I believe. I think I am close. If they just win 10% that could be 3B. So it is possible to get 1B in the next 1.5 yrs. This does not include any business outside Europe. What start up company has the potential of doing 1B or more in the first 2 yrs.
You don't get it. Why don't you just wait until the end of the year and them comment on how bad the company is. Lets say they do $1B by the end of next year (Probably conservative)
20% profit 20% X 1B = $200M use 80% going to NNRF because the ATOLL profits are just 50% for them
80% x 200M = 160M use 50M shares 160M/50M shares = $3.20/share X 20 pe = $64 stock price. that would be 30 X a $2.00 investment This is on the conservative side. Some think the company will do $2B that would be $6.40 profit X 20 = $128 stock price. Lets talk at the end of this year and the end of next year and then we will see who is laughing all the way to the bank. With 60k shares on the line I have a lot to loose but this is the only stock I have put this much on the line because of what they have. For someone that supposedly sells to the automotive industry I think you would know about industries with high margins, low competition about 6 competitors - 2 US that will not be able to quote on some business, gov't business that is a given, needing relationships to win the business, special technology.
I cannot find anything close to them. I would think if you have been in the auto business you could spot this winner. I have been selling to the auto industry for 20 yrs and it is a whores business. When the Iceman & ST were saying how great CFPC and CYRX I knew these where commodity businesses and would probably not turn out very good. Only time will tell
Your posting on the company is excellent. I could not write it any better. You know these managers are first class. Everytime I call and ask a question I talk to a manager or director. They are not afraid to talk to the holders. Most of these pink sheet or OTC never talk to you. These people have nothing to hide. This is a unique situation. It should be the next MSFT, INTC, CISCO. We have to take a little more pain but I feel we have turned the corner. I do personally think some of the shorts have a person issue with an individual handling the stock. I will leave it at that.
I would really like to here your advise on stocks. If people here don't want use to talk about other quick ideas then maybe you could send them off line.
Acording to Iceman's website he shows he has 1.25M shares. The question was the 50k given him and the remaining he bought at a big discount?? I think he would have more creditability if he would give us the details on the stock he owns from the company. I agree most of the stocks he talks about an shows stock compensation from them usually are up when he first talks about them but 6mos or later they are usually down 50%.
I worked with GE 2 yrs ago and all of them had to have to be ROSH compliant by now. So me that EU changed this law. GE would not spend millions on the conversion to no lead components. Most all of the IC guys have switched over too. I have been out of it for 2 years so please show me the relaxing of these laws.
Have you done a criminal background check on each management person. If so please post it here on the site.
Your question on how much do they want to spend on the clean up is good but this is what will make this company so great is that they have to do it at any cost because ECU has laws that you have get rid of lead. NNRF is in a market place where the product & technology wins. Price is the last concern. In the auto business it is all price, price, price. This why I like the business model of NNRF. Limited competiton 6 companies - 2 are US and will not be allowed to bid on certain projects, high margins -
What companies are in a business like this please name me one or two. It is hard.
Send me the two posters. I do not spend time monitor individual posters. I am here to listen to information that pertains to the stock to see if it will continue to be a good investment. I have supplied to the largest electronic company that supplies the auto industry - big three, Japanese, Germans, Koreans others So I know how important suppliers are.
You are correct this certification for FEECOM & BIECOM is a big deal especially from the Germans. This is signicant because people do not understand how hard it is to certify a new material to have a life of 100-200 year life expectancy.
I am glad you understand this. The problem is the only thing that counts in the markets is profits. Too bad the market cannot discount this into the price.
I am glad someoe agrees that we need revenues to equal profits to move the stock. The exchange move will only help if we have the profits. On the exchange move it is the gov't and I will only believe it when I see it. I have talked to the IR person a couple of times, the CFO once, and one of their technical people in the past 2 weeks or so. I have a good feeling about the management. I just think it will be more like the end of the year before the stock really moves.
It is all about earnings to get the mutual funds and big institutions to buy the stock. We need to see great earnings to get this baby moving.
This all inter related. It is important to understand the product and their sources. A good investor looks at a company's suppliers to know if they can support their needs. They could miss their forecast if they do not get the product. A good investor can know when to sell if he understands their suppliers. If you know they have problems delivering and the others sources are not qualified then if you are a good investor might sell ahead of time. So this is very important to understand these suppliers. It does not take a supplier long to shut down a company for a few days or weeks and then they miss their earnings. No one here is promoting the suppliers. Most of the people on this board are the sharpest of any board I go to. At less we are not cussing one out like other boards. It is obvious you have never supplied to major companies. I have done it for years. You are only as good as your suppliers.
I have the same question on when the 10 M will show up. I think what he says changes a lot. He is a smart guy but you have to take everything he says with a gain of salt. The most important thing I got out of the IR person at NNRF is he sent out his own people and contacts to see if NNRF was a real company. Apparently the people he sent impressed NNRF. He is truely a believer in the company after hearing this I do not think he is pumping it. He is just excited about this company. Some of the other stocks I feel he is pumping due to the compensation. I met with the Iceman and got to talk to his people and they are believers in the company. They could not say much about the other companies but you got the feeling that they were not as hot on them. With all of this input I think this is a real company unfortunately we are going to be in the house of pain longer than what the Iceman is saying.
Thanks for this clarification. I have read most of the SEC filings but it is hard to understand a business if you are not involved with it or have studied them for a long time.
I am clear know, I talked with MTTG and had a technical person from NNRF call me to discuss the issue. I needed to be better educated on the difference for Biecom & Feecom. These products are shielding that go into the plants and the Nucap is for encapsulating the waste material. I thought they were inner changeable. With your help and others I get it. Hopefully it is just me and all the others out there understand the differences. I was wonder your opinion if Dow has a competing product how come they don't push it. Liability concerns for them??
Where did you see this placement news. I did not see it on yahoo. I am trying to pull up their website and I can't at this time.
I am not bashing you because I have seen news not always make to the main wire services until a day later especially for small companies. If you could please put the link out here. Thanks.
Looks like some people knew about this ahead of time and did what most do sell ahead of time.
I called GBMR today and one of the top people called me back. My understanding from him was NNRF has to use their Nucap material. Is EUOT a subsitute? According to him Dow Corning makes the material for them. They are a materials company. If what he says is true and EUOT is not a subsitute then this stock may have potential. What do you think?
Thanks for the great information. So it looks like the NuCap material from GMBR is not used in NNRF's Biecom & FEECOM. So it looks like their material is a competitor. I have not seen any certification on their material. A German certification for NNRF's material is big. Taking the lead out is big in Europe. Most all of the electronics imported or manufactured in Europe has to have no lead in the solder and components. This is a big deal and most Americans don't understand how big it is. Europe is way ahead of us in this area. You are right medical equipment and other products will be next to get the lead out.
Thanks again for the information
Thanks for posting this material. My question to you does NNRF have to buy the material through GMMR? Does GBMR have the patents for sure on this material or does Corning?? And what is the selling price for the material that NNRF would have to pay for the material. If you had a range we could figure out the purchases and then we would have an idea of how big this market is worth. We could estimate how large it is. Question if they buy the material it sounds like NNRF has to patent on making it into the shielding material. Do I have this correct GBMR has the patent on the raw material and then NNRF has the patent on turning it into the shielding material??
Your help would be greatly appreciated. If GBMR has the patent on the raw material this could be significant material for them to sell.
I did not get the impression from the CFO that it was going to be delayed. That is a good question. I did call the IR person yesterday about the release on the earnings. I called back today to get the status. The IR person stated he tried to contact the CFO and he is in Russia. Hopefully that is a good sign hopefully he can wrap up some of the issues. I got the impression from the CFO that these earnings would probably not be audited by a US firm. They still need to get Russian security for the US auditors and I get the feeling that will be for the next qtrs earnings. I did ask the IR about compliance to report in 45 days after the qtr. He stated that this would not be a problem with the SEC since they are not a reporting company now. He gave me the impression all of the right paperwork has been submitted. I hope it is going well. I did get that feeling. My gut feeling is the Iceman might be right that the good stuff will come by the end of the month. Lets keep our fingers crossed. My concern is if these our unaudited earnings will it be enough to get the shorts. I hope so so we do not have to wait another qtr to get the shorts. Last if you talk to the CFO you get a feeling he is a class act and if all of the people at NNRF are like him I have a good feeling about this company. The pain is hell for me now. Also did you see one of the Russian spin off countries bought 10% of Westinghouse's Nuclear business. This industry in heating up. Check WSJ for this information.
I agree with you. I talked to the CFO a couple of weeks ago and he indicated then the earnings should be out about now. I called the PR guy yesterday to ask about the date of the earnings he has not called back. The CFO stated one problem was that the US accountanting firms does not have Russian security clerance to audit these companies books. They are supposedly working on this problem. This quarter's earnings will probably be put out for ATOLL. The net quarter earnings hopefully will be able to be put on NNRF books once this problem is fixed. I hope the ATOLL earnings are good along with great news to get the shorts. If they want to be in compliance with SEC I think they have to file earnings within 45 days after the qtr. If not it hurts them I think so wouldn't they need to file an extension?? I know that its a pink sheet but trying to go to the Amex wouldn't they try to do the right thing?? Comments
