Homeland Integrated Security Systems to Receive First 1000 Cyber Tracker Units by Year End
ASHEVILLE, NC, Dec 01, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (OTC: HISC), in conjunction with Arcom, announced today that the company has ordered and will accept delivery of the first 1000 Cyber Trackers, which will be delivered to Homeland Integrated Security Systems prior to the end of December, 2005.
"The Cyber Tracker is officially on schedule, and will be delivered this month in time for first quarter sales," stated Frank Moody, CEO, Homeland Integrated Security Systems Inc.
Homeland Integrated Security Systems' patent-pending Cyber Tracker is a portable detection device designed to provide real-time GPS tracking of vehicles, people, or other mobile or movable objects. Its convenient rugged design (5" x 5" x 1") makes it applicable in a variety of situations where it is necessary to know an exact location of a person or object. It features "Push to Talk" ability and an extended battery life. The Cyber Tracker's unique design and features make the product ideal for consumer retail, school systems, ports, fleet management, the Military, and public safety.
"We are currently working with our partners here in the States, as well as overseas, to complete any outstanding purchase orders as soon as possible," stated Frank Moody, CEO, Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc.
Homeland Integrated Security Systems has already selected Barry Bennett, former President Bush Advisor, to lead the Governmental Sales division, and Adam Clough, former Nextel Executive, will be responsible for consumer retail sales.
Homeland Integrated Security Systems recently announced that it received a blanket purchase order from Pro.Sec, a Middle Eastern security company, for 5000 Cyber Trackers. The order translates to $2.5 million for the hardware, which does not include subsequent fees for the software and service. Homeland Integrated Security Systems will begin shipments to Pro.Sec in the fourth quarter of 2005.

HISC had set aside 1000 CTs to be sold online and at their stores...they have sold over 700 already...
i don't know if anyone knows this but....HISC does not need the export license for the C.T...only for the Q Sniffer
capt..i almost fell out my chair when i read that.lol....BTW who is this buffoon...
strang..i already think it's a good one...HISC is just going throw it's growing pains...
strang...well said...this board is just frustrated....HISC is a outstanding CO. it's just a bad stock...lol
not for nothen...but i own web page called goringer.com...i have a girl on the first page ,just because she there does not mean she mine... It's just a web page i don't find it misleading in least....Dano they got back to you and changed it give em a break...
IMHO it's a lagging indicator...
Frank. M should be at the apple office tomorrow...CALL AND ASK HIM YOUR QUESTIONS...Apple is just a consulting firm nothing more nothing less...Blame the pps going down on no new numbers, no buying and mm b.s... we should have some kind of rev guidance soon....
good post SBS....people need to read btween the lines on this....
total for today....545k
buying 45k more
buying 45k more
time lines where made to be broken...
Surfersdsu, what your doing is perfect...you should always use limits and never ever buy all your position at once!!!!!
i own 500k more...
no worries tex..i plan to buy onther 500k down here already got 100k
what we have here is a lack of buying,no news and no numbers....thats it!!! nothing more nothing less..also if someone new somthing we didn't the volume would be 5 times what it is, in a very short period of time...i will be buying under .05..the next 4 to 6 weeks will be very interesting for us...
The reason the rev numbers are different in the SB2 is because they show the loss from stock transactions…the 04 un audited numbers did not…therefore HISC technically is profitable…also the loss shown in the SB2 is only on paper….basically they lost money holding their own stock….
thanks...lol
Kook the SB2 was resubmitted yesterday...so we should have a answer in 30 days...i don't think it gets kicked back again...beleave it or not Apple and green tree really did a good job making sure we had minimal questions..it's probably the only thing apple has done well...lol
