The first 15,000 went into the channel. The second run is 25,000 and will be used to cover the online sales and place inventory with Amazon.

So he states back in Jan. that they started shipping already yet no one anywhere has one. Hmmmmmmm.

Yeah we should disregard this after all this penny stock is legit no matter how many red flags show up. What did he say when asked about experience at last year's meeting, I've always been interested in the internet and social networking. Sounds good enough for me let's make him CEO. Hey N. Explain why NTEK would send emails out to customers that their device will ship in 7-10 days then wait until day 10 to say that it's going back for an update. You mean to tell me that they didn't know or realize this until the very last day? Something very remiss at NTEK management if that were true. I guess the Ice Sculpture is melting.

Especially last time they even sent emails out literally promising shipping in 7-10 days then on day 10 they say they have to update it and so it will not be shipped. You mean to tell me if this was actually true (which I sincerely doubt) that management didn't know until the last day of promised shipping. Either they really do not have a product or management is worthless or both. I guess Ice Sculpturing is not a good predictor of managerial excellence. But if you look at how many shares were sold yesterday someone is making money. Hmmmm very last sale at the end of day 700,000. You know lawyers are expensive.

Too obvious for them to notice. They'll just say weak hands. Like someone would wait for the very end of day to sell 700,000.

For years to come? The T4 chip is already obsolete as the K1 has replaced it. If there's any money to be made here the big boys will come in real quick to dominate. That being said NTEK had the ability to capture market share early but it keeps on dropping the ball. How many times has it promised and broken that promise. If the latest is just for an update why didn't they know when they emailed people ten days before that it would be shipping to them. Why did they wait until day 10 the last day they gave for shipping did they say oh well never mind we have to update. Do you honestly believe they did not know until the last day? Something is very remiss at NTEK.

Does Dave Foley still work for NTEK? I was under the impression since he was going to be incarcerated they distanced themselves from him. That being said, why does he still send people emails and act like he's still an insider with information not privy to others? Just curious.

If you were on Shark Tank they eat you alive. What if this what if that. You cannot assume anyone would purchase a device because of hopeful, best case scenarios. Then again it has never been proven that there are any np-1s with the exception of the few they bring with them to conventions.

Since I have a 4K set my thought is to wait for the new 4K bluray players to come out later this year and they will most certainly have 4K netflixs available among other streaming platforms plus you get a player to boot.

You can rest assured that there will be many other players in the market soon with much better chipsets and consequently significantly smoother 4K picture quality than the NP-1. They delayed it so long that it will be obsolete if it ever does see the light of day which is doubtful.

Wow!! It would appear that the ZTE ZXV10 B803 set top 4K player is far superior to the NP-1. Sorry I couldn't resist I was trying to copy another member but my comment is accurate.

The longer it takes for NTEK to come to fore the more time other providers will come up with their 4 K devices. Since NTEK has been promising again and again for 9 plus months without any deliveries but lame excuses which many on this board spin into something positive soon others will deliver tangible working devices with newer technology.

Sony's next generation X1 unit coming out in the summer will be able to do H.265. The only question is if it will be able to be used with other 4K sets or just Sony's.

Cannot compare APPLE to NTEK. The former is a household name the world over with a net worth of either 1 or 2 in the world. Their products are much more complex and they are known for stellar quality.

Would be nice if they were audited. Didn't they promise audited financials soon at last year's annual meeting? Here we are almost a year later and nothing. Well you know about NTEK and financials. Actually if you look at the financials before David became chief tech. he was doing them. You can bet they were accurate hehe.

Hmmmm a mere 7K for his 99000 shares. Too bad they filed form 15 so why will not know how much the Foley family is selling. This is all a plan to prop up the pps so when his brother's 20 million get released in 6 days he 'll make more money. This is the same guy who became CEO after his brother gave him that position so he would keep him on as tech. and pay him more than the new CEO. Forget sports, do you know any tech company that pays their tech. more than their CEO.

Didn't you already mention that several times since Friday. Why do you repeat yourself and write as if you're just noticing it. Wow! So he spent 7k on NTEK stock last purchase. Too bad we can't see what he or any other Foley is selling because they applied so that it is hidden. (S15).

It has recently been noted that the next generation X1 player for Sony's 4K sets will have the H265 codec. To be released this summer along with their 2014 line.

Although I disagree with your final conclusion about this company and time will ultimately tell. I respect your opinion and certainly a hats off for your work creating that list. I don't have the time for that, especially I do not own any shares of NTEK.

Fact: CEO admits to fraud will be in jail soon.
Fact: Hires brother to take over business previous work experience Ice Sculpturer.
Fact: Another Foley given over 25 millions shares while still fully employed at another job.
Fact: Multiple family members given substantial amounts of stock for 'consultant' work
Fact: Filed form 15 so they are not required to report sales of their shares.
Fact: Promised audited financials last June (2013) still nothing

One of the many things I can't seem to let go is Jeff Foley being the CEO. Humor me for a second. Let's say you're on the board of a tech. comp, ABCD. It makes an adapter say that when you connect it to your TV lets you see 3D without special glasses. OK you with me so far? The current CEO is leaving and you're interviewing candidates for this very important albeit most important position for your company. Jeff walks in and you ask this candidate what is credentials are and what he can offer the company in this very important position. "Well my previous work experience is as an Ice Sculpturer. Hmmmm. Ok what else do you bring to the table. (This I took directly from Jeff Foley's response during last year's board meeting) "Some of the stuff I've been doing for the past decade in ITTV, my interest in the internet, my interest in social networks all these things kinda meld in what ABCD is trying to do."
Honestly would you have hired him? Would you have even let him use the bathroom in your facility after given those credentials. Well not only did NTEK hire him but they also bought his Ice Sculpturing business. This completely blows my mind. Of all the thousands of tech experts with significant knowledge experience and contacts this is who they came up with.
Of course he left his brother continue in a tech capacity paying him significantly more than he was getting as CEO. This is all after admitting to three counts of fraud. And you guys here think this is perfectly acceptable, or maybe come up with this is old hat that has been discussed before as if it doesn't have any merit. Let's just sweep it under the table.

No doubt fantastic price hands down. However my thought is that I'm going to buy a set and keep it for years until they come out with significant improvements in tech. Who knows maybe OLED. So I wanted a set that had high quality and quite a number of adjustments as I did get mine calibrated by an expert. Come to think of it I could have bought Seiki for the price I paid to calibrate my system. That being said, the picture is fantastic and the 4K up conversion is excellent on the set.

I just went through your previous posts and cannot find it. So I agree and will say I was wrong. I remember someone saying that and it surprised me because they always push ntek here. Nonetheless I admit when I'm wrong. I really truly hope I'm wrong with this company but its so far fetched. CEO admitted criminal then brother who credentials is Ice Sculpturer becoming the next CEO. All the promises broken. The list goes on and on. And for Jeff buying more shares I think that is just a whitewash. So he spent $7000 and bought another 99000 shares meanwhile how many share is he selling as well as his brother and other Foleys. Oh form 15 covers them from letting us know.

Come on man that's was an iphone typo but the gist of what I was trying to say was true. Seiki 4K is the YUGO of 4K sets don't expect much but you get what you pay for. Don't take my word for it go to the A/V forum and read from people who bought the set. As for you that's what I remember reading I'll try to find it if I can. Actually I was surprised because I thought for a moment you actually started to get some sense into you.

Funny wasn't it last week that you said you would be concerned if they didn't start shipping by day 10. Now that they didn't your confidence in NTEK is at an all time high. Gee, that makes perfect sense.

If David really cared about the development and future of NTEK he would of replaced himself with a tech guy with significant business experience not make his brother CEO whose previous experience was as an Ice Sculpturer.

So it's OK for the same posters to mention the same so-called positive news all day but if you are critical you're a loser or short. That makes sense.

It just amazes me how gullible people are on this board. No matter how many times NTEK BS's them they still believe the next line of garbage. Some people bought this device and have been waiting since last June. If you look at last year's stockholder's meeting they ranted on all the great things that we're going to happen but still no device. I bet if you just posted last year's meeting for next month's everyone here would be raving how wonderful this company is and how big things are coming.

Now that the Np-1 will not see the light of day in anyone's home in the US for some time as they supposively (hehe) update the software back in China. Why don't they exchange the Tegra 4 chip for the Tegra K1 as well since it is significantly more powerful and would work much better with 4K as the Tegra 4 is now obsolete.

These guys crack me up. I said last week that there would be no np-1 delivered. Now we get another delay and what do some members of this board say, that they believe even stronger in NTEK now. Might as well buy a YUGO.

Like I said last week the Np-1 would never come and here we are. Waited till the last day that they promised to give yet another delay. Hasn't it been established that Mr. Lowe was never a co-founder of Netflix. Nowhere in the company literature or writings about Netflix has it ever been mentioned that he was a co-founder. Only when he was interviewed he told the reporter he was but this is in fact not true. Show us where in any document from Netflix is he mentioned as a co-founder. I believe he was in the marketing department.

The Tegra 4 is now obsolete whereas Nvidia has the new Tegra K1 which is much more powerful.

Niko saw 8K and truly noticed the difference compared to 1080p. With 4k you must sit pretty close to the set to appreciate the difference. With a good bluray cannot tell difference at 12 feet with a 65 inch.

I'm here to save you . I have no shares in this company but it's just like the last one I warned everyone about and they kept on coming up with excuses and that I was a short until the SEC halted trading. I honestly hope everyone makes a ton of money here but the history and crazy CEO just doesn't cut it .
