Yeap lets shot down the whole finance and housing markets and call it a day and go bury our heads in sand
What's up is this because of Watt...
Yes, fnf effects just about everyone in America, from housing, to construction and home improvement, to appliance sales, to electronic sales, to auto industry and, the list goes on, basically jobs jobs jobs, this administration and this Congress knows this and they want mess with fnf. Don't be fooled
imo go fnf
Was there any news that caused this drop?
Great thx for the input. Hope this move starts up today
Hahaha haha lol
I think Watt will implement principal reduction before fnf are released from c-ship, that's all what the Obama demonstration wants before they are released.
Thx GLTY
The only think this government needs to do is set some guidelines for fnf to lower their risk and set them free. Fnf already are reforming the way they do business by making investors take on a larger share of the risk. Plus putting in tuffer guidelines for loand. Its already in place so Mr gvnmt can claim they did their job and forced fnf to reform.
if you look at the history of the why the government got involved in housing finance, it was after the great depression, banks did not want to lend money for housing which was a huge problem for the economy. ... the government put in place the fha program to insure that banks will not lose money. . Because of this move the banks started lending agian and that was the move that helped housing and the economy. .
Gvnmt backed lending is here to stay like it or not. We need this for our economy. If we lose it expect another great depression. ...
FYI I am in mortgage business all my lenders need fnf to lender.
Imo. GLTY go fnf
Vet can you elaborate. Regards
Looks like he likes to bash many stocks not just FARE. LOL
She is the back bone of our economy now, if you bring her down everything goes down along with her
Good analysis
Need some Fannie action. Toooo slow today.... market needs to wake up
Nice exposure
Can you post? From who?
Love it, go fnf
Thank you
Guys sorry I was away missed the interview can you post some highlights.
Thanks you in advance
Sounds great to me. I will take that any day. A no lose situation. Just need the sharpies in Washington to figure this out.
Ditto. Fanny should be above 3 by now. Will see maybe by eod
Why do they keep wasting their time on DOA bills. Fnf are self reforming and doing well, this country can't do without them.
The Europeans wants to copy what fnf are doing since both provide a great path to home ownership and provide stability and control for a health real estate finance industry. .. leave them alone and go do something better or go home.
Go fnf
Did that COUP take place yet.... or is this someone's wishes?
