Any response would be appreciated-
My knowledge in the bio field is limited. As a matter of fact I've learned more on this board about the entire process of getting a drug approved than my own profession. My better half has seen my ears perk up about this company and potential like no other. The one question she's asks is " Do you really think that the big guys will allow that company to infringe on their meal ticket and wipe them off the map? " " It's big business and lives come secondary to the dollar".
Please advise....

It's my understanding that only shares that are margined can be loaned to shorties. If shares are held in ones account and they are Not held in the margin account then they can not be loaned for shorting. Correct ?

I'm grateful for your dissection talent. It's oh so rare that your posts misguide IMO. I recall your post about the "switch" of the 1mg. and how you clearly expressed it to be manipulated to some degree. It came to fruition and here once again you've taken the time to share your opinion about this"80/20" story. Thanks for setting it straight.
When Bavi shows the results to the investment world manipulation will not be so easy to control, the longs will be rewarded.
All IMO
Dave
Talk about getting noticed ?
Little bio PPHM .......
The little engine that will.
Enjoy the weekend to all !!
Thanks Loof. Need the chuckles.

Great Call !!!
Cheers
Loof - is the hottie gonna be on board ???

Can you influence the powers that be here on the board to focus on the future. The results of trials will show what we are worth. I have little credibility on this board because of my longevity in posting here.
I have invested lots of time and money in PPHM and I feel confident that we will prevail.
The investigation will be handled and completed in due time. Bottom line is either you believe or not.
One thing I am happy about is that the fact that the switching has come under the spotlight with all parties, we will get real results and the companies word will be trusted 100% going forward.
Thanks for listening
Dave

You just know what spot to hit each and every time.

As a former race horse owner I know when my horse was choked down. I see Bavi on the bit and if they let her out just a bit it would be like look'n like 'big red' and RC winning the Belmont stakes.
Funny how we didn't need PJ and co. to tell us that we are an 'overweight' .
Bavi works, IMO

All due respect. After reading thousands of posts on this board you develop a 'filter' that enables you to discard posters that fit the character your describing.
I'm done with this topic and would leave it to the moderators to handle the rest
I thank the guys that short PPHM because when the news finally hits the wires we will pop higher because of them. (That's what makes the market)
I've been trading 30 plus yrs and have read lots and can say that the research I've learned from the like of FTM and CP and BP and a handful of others is outstanding and very much appreciated
Bavi works and at the end of all of the back and forth here that's what matters.

Personally shorting a bio with the potential of Bavi is real risky at this point in time. The upside is so huge that when weighing the risk/reward from an investment perspective it's a real gamble. IMO.
I'm not new to PPHM however, I just began posting here because its getting real close to the reward for all the labor.
Dave
"Insider buying" ?
Look what happened to the insiders that bought CLSN at $6 plus.
Means nothing....
Bavi works.... That's all you need
Dave
Thank You !!!
Loof -
Please...what's your nurses name ??
TIA
JJ - well understood.
Just a bit a sarcasm to someone that displays dirty laundry.
Covering shorts is the name of the game. He can't seem to get his own pattern of trading.
Bavi Works
Maybe, just maybe you want to take profit !! 1 cent.......

Wish you luck !!
Would you be so kind to share HER name ?
TIA
I will hold ya to it. EOM

Bravo !!!!!!!
Any sign of positive news will reverse this PPS to high's of last month.
It won't take much !!

Understood however,
Should have been pr'd to all. Selective responses can lead to issues.
I'm grateful for the sharing but material info should be disseminated in a proper forum.
I'm long and do believe that the co. statement on the 3mg trial is effective and untainted.

With all do respect, do we have confirmation of what Chris really said ?
Maybe he did, maybe he didn't. A pr is in order

What conclusion can you assess about Bavi itself ?

This leads us back to the number 1 question, Does Bavi work ?
IMO nothing else really matters

Ps. Thank you for sharing
A bit confusing.
If your closing a covered position it would still show up as open interest the day before the closing trade.
Something doesn't look right with that story
