Yeah I'm right, and I fear I'm right about this; there's only one reason to pump, and that's to dump.
I think we will benefit in the long run, but I'm not confident enough to buy more shares. I'm getting suspicous of the events taking place, even a new poster/pumper whose profile was created around the same time that the stock promoter was hired, for 800,000 shares. No financials, empty pr's, and Atlas' run-up, does it make sense?
I doubt it will be one for one. If it were my company I'd use the merger to decrease the float to inflate share price, but maybe that's just me.P
Very possible, but wouldn't it have been cheaper to hire a stock promoter?
Could you explain?
Could this run up be orchastrated just so that the cpwy shareholders will only get 1 for 52.5 or so if there is a merger? I don't see the $10.50 ask otherwise, am I missing something?
I'm not sure what's going on. At first it seems as if all filings and financials being updated was a priority, then they reach the current information tier, and their efforts cease. No indication that the financials are coming either. Then a merger comes into play, but they don't find the time to inform the shareholders. Never fear though, we know the company is buying some more solar panels!
Depending on how few shares they can get away with issuing us, they will have very few outstanding, which will allow them to have a lot of shares for share based transactions, imo.
I think they're in a hole so deep it's going to be hard for anyone to lead them out, but who knows. If they get the right person, the company could turn around.
I doubt we'll get a chance to vote, doesn't matter management has so many shares it wouldn't make a difference. The merger and share conversion would probably be figured using averages instead of the current price that day, at least I would think so.
I'm not sure we'll ever see $10 with share structure like it is, but, hey, guess we'll just have to see how things go. So far, I haven't seen anything that even makes me think about selling. The company is transparent (hopefully financials are coming), appears to be growing steadily, and management appears to be very competent. I feel pretty safe staying in this one for awhile, even if it is a pink.
If I remember correctly, aren't they boycotting the board? Anyway, I for one think that the merger will be very good for the shareholders of CPWY. I'm not sure exactly what they have planned, but I believe that CPWY is sitting on some big news and/or revenues.
Great, back to .01 will be a step in the right direction. Though I didn't mind being able to load up on the cheap shares for so long.
When you see the notice of a forward looking statement read on in that paragraph and you'll see it.
It says that the shares were provided by a 3rd party. Could Atlas stock have been provided by our partner since they could better withstand the dilution?
How do you know that there was an 800,000 share compensation? Isn't this just speculation?
Well here's to gambling then. I'd say the odds are in our favour.
I've just about given up on seeing the financials. I think it's more chance of us hearing about the merger.
Oh I didn't say I was selling at that point, but can't wait to see it. We might even go past .05 here on April 15, depending on the news.
.03 - 05 is coming. Anyone disagree?
Probably someone on the board having some fun with trades that small. Now if I see a 1,000,911 I'll think different.
Looks like company activity is steadily increasing, that's great, but does anyone have any idea how much revenue these audits can generate? I have a feeling that the real money comes from being able to sell the solar systems, so does anyone know what they typically sell for?
Good morning everyone. Yes, it seems that there is a lot of pending news that possibly could send this stock through the roof.
Well, in their defense, this company should be able to effectively diversify without much risk. I mean basically they act as the middle man, someone else manufactures and delivers the products. If they do it right it should pretty much be risk free, I mean it's not like they're servicing the note for a 15million solar or fuel factory, yet they still haven't managed to make any profits.
You're right about the pr's. They really offer very little information, in my opinion anyway. Perhaps they aren't trying to increase the pps at this time. Looks like that would be a top priority, but who knows. Anyway there's always tomorrow, maybe they'll release the financials, then again, maybe not.
So do we have any chemical engineers around, is it even possible to make ethanol useable in a diesel engine?
It is odd that the price has been under pressure lately with all this news.

That's the big over-the-road carriers with new trucks equipped with full fairing kits. Their are alot that only average 4.5miles/gallon, the farmers and the loggers with the real old trucks probably don't even get that.
I wonder if half of those supposed products only existed in Bill's imagination.
Well looks like the promotion has gotten us a new pumper. Maybe that's worth 800,000 shares lol.
I would imagine that most here have holdings in the millions by now.
Paid promotion, sounds familiar doesn't it?
Dog and pony show, that sounds right. They're all over the place, and haven't mentioned the fact that they're planning a merger.
So I guess this means they actually have sales in their solar division? I wish they would put out a press release updating us on the revenues from the solar products that they already carry.
How does EVCA's share structure compare to MLXO's?
I'm just speaking from my experience. Wood and coal are approved fuel sources as well, but an emissions permit has to be issued to use either. Also, when any plant wishes to add any additional types of fuel, the permit has to be amended to reflect the addition. The test burn is conducted to check equipment and to check emissions from the new mixture, but this BFO may be handled different from solid fuels. Though I believe in the PR it stated that approval had been granted by the state to go ahead with the test. Sounds like to me this fuel is under the same regulations as the solid fuel. The process may be faster in Florida as well.
They may have EPA approval, but the state agency must issue the emission permit. At any rate, the Florida environmental agency should be able to answer these questions if anyone has a chance to make an inquiry.
If they like the fuel it'll probably depend on when the Florida DEQ will amend their permit. In Virginia the process takes a year. If you make an information request to the Florida officials they should be able to tell you more. It would probably be safe to say that anyone here is only speculating.
Cheap Investor, with the margins as tight as they are in the biofuels business, achieving equivalent net profits from the auditing business may no be as unrealistic as it seems. But even if they can't make as much money as with the fuel, the auditing business can continue and generate revenues for years down the road, regardless of government subsidies.
Anyone else loading up on cheap shares today?
Yes, there is a whole board to discuss ALCL, and it could use some activity.
How about that press release this morning? Did anyone know that CPWY was engaged in the consulting business? Very exciting development, I only wish they would devote some time to auditing financials instead of just others energy.
I usually don't round mine when I'm accumulating, but for it to keep hitting "911" I find very odd.
