I have a weekly chart set at 1 year and noticed the stock could have gone either way. However, the following day with the rise in the dollar overnight and the drastic drop in the price of gold not to exclude numerous poor earnings report should have been enough sign to sell a good portion for a buy back position/opportunity later on.

I guess I didn't expect this much of a pull-back to hit this Jr Minor. But Hind sight is always 20-20 isn’t it.

The Perfect Storm!

A Stronger dollar over night seems to have kicked the price of Gold off the cliff thus aiding the weakening of commodities allowing the DJ to seeming celebrate this Omen of a 25th "Black Friday" anniversary producing this +200 pt loss of (the Dow)which really is due to the coincidence of "a string of disappointing corporate earnings reports" from some major players THUS The Perfect Storm!

Isn't there any news (PR) about this 1st Pours' event that should brighten up the day (stock price)?

Now would we have to fill that grap by dipping to $2.59? My reasoning is that we had a gap on around the 2nd of July and we never dropped down to fill that one.

Years ago GSPG I think it was called (currently new symbol) gave a whiff of news to the general public that they were just slightly mining - and that stock took off! Every millionaire want-to-be was investing and a lot of people made a ton of $$!

But then once things got serious back at the office of the potential that area could produce especially if they did everything they needed to do to meet it's full potential - the stock took-a-nose-dive/no doubt naked short selling at its finest. The message board was filled with a controlling mob of some of the most insulting ignoramuses’ and with every dead-cat-bounce they just kept pumping that stock and black balling anyone else who tried to differ. A lot of people became bag holders. Then the thing took a 200-1 split and accumulations of the years all but disappeared.

I wish I could explain it but MXSG/mining operations seems to be developing itself differently, kind of out-of-the-box methodology/approach to the whole thing of bringing this particular mine in MEX to production/market.

Not to be a bag holder incase that happens here; I am approaching this with discipline...buy in small increments and sell the last lot as a certain profits margins meet my expectations (Exit Strategy).

But that’s my cup of tea!

"I lost it all in '08" I can relate; for me it was '07~'08...the real estate bubble burst and I left too much in the stock market. I was semi-retired. Now I am back punching a clock at a local home improvement store.

But I couldn't drop the price fast enough on my listings and the qualifications tighten up for buyers. It was a mess! I felt like I was hit by a buss...had to sell my renovated property, max out my credit, was diagnosed with type II diabetes, come very close to loosing my own house, not to mention my sanity. You’re not alone! Hope things turn around for you! Strong faith in God and mentally letting go of the past did it for me!

Speaking of potential, are we there yet? I am enjoying the dips but this thing appears to have bottom out a few days ago. With the news and everything else I didn't expect this!

Any chartist among our memebers that can make sense of this movement and at least any short term potential for heading back in the other direction any time soon?

Time means money, especially to momemtium players! It's just not happing as fast as they were expecting. Apple didn't make it big announcing it was making an I Phone, but when production produced the product that operated beyond all expectation. I am hoping this will be the case with Comstock in the future with those quarterly reports and forecast.

From the NNDA Presentation - Global Gold Industry - Aug 22, 2012 video its implied that Comstock is going to rock the world! And no doubt it is impressive but again only "Show me the Money Jerry!" will produce the players. Then everybody is going to want to play on this team!

Until then I couldn't be happier with the way things are going...I keep adding and adding and adding.

What I don’t understand and I am relatively new at this...if MM make their profits accepting these bid offers wouldn’t commissions be greater by accepting offers closer to the ask?

What are your fears about Winfield & Co receiving shares in the way they did?

Are you expecting prolong suppressing of the stock price or something?

What effect will this have on the stock price once the reports are out about 1st quarter production (if it is as good as we believe)?

I say this in all respect but I just fail to see any affect on the public ability to trade this stock (long term or short term) and make a great income because Winfield & Co were paid with shares? Why should I be concerned with how Comstock wishes to pay for the services of their labors whether they are in a blue collar or white collar position?

Good luck getting an answer! You articulate yourself much better than I did but basically we asked the same question and I didn't get an answer either.

However, in calling e-trade about the issue a broker said institution buyers usually get their wish. Their bid offers are being filled because of the volume of shares they're asking for at the bid price. And it makes the price go lower. To us it is manipulation of the stock to them its simply business.

Unexplored territory in my book! Big hitters/momentum traders took some off the top (around .475 I believe) already. Yesterday it was played with (note the dip); thinly traded stock can take a plunge on so so block trades/sells then immediate buy back to take up the slack. Interested to see if sellers and buyers were some of the same MM's.

Personally a lot depends on how long we wait on the all expected PR/news..if too long the money won’t sit still. The powers at be will start manipulating the price again to bring it out of the “over bought” status which needs to be done anyways.

We’ll drop, we need to drop! How low would be a guess! All I know is I have no immediately need of this investment and believe the upside to be so substantial that I wouldn’t want to be chasing it tomorrow because I chose to take a comparative small gain today.

If I had a dime to spare I would be buying in small increments again starting right here .038!

Amazing the attention we have in the last couple of months! Last year I think there were 1/2 dozen of us and it seemed like we rarely posted. Yea...should have bought more then...hind sight is always 20/20...now I can't seem to buy enough so I'm not regretting it this time next year.

Can someone educate me on the currect action? Are we shorting this stock or are these stink bids being processed thus bringing the price of the stock down? The results are green/buys being filled at the bids!

Volume on the etrade pro-ticker shows buys/green however the charts show volume as sells/red.

Yea & I better not mention how I'll allow the one to be a catalyst/fund raiser for the other. LOL ! ! :)

Its called a "stink bid"...usually done by thinly traded stocks.

Right, this action is foreign and what little action at that!

But my arguement which was erased the other day after posting, is that the powers-at-be are keeping this thing alive.

Why that is - is the big debate! But for that simple fact that it is - keeps hope alive!

For the last 4 sessions I have watched the buys come in and the price drop (Stink Bids)....the Bid is being filled and it drops the price because this is still a thinly traded stock and those bid offers are being accepted in spite of the price of the ASK.

Its like giving a residence a bid on building a garage and some SOB contactor notices your truck and circles back after your gone to underbid (BID) your offer (ASK)...the home owner is more than willing to cooperate because they are interested in getting the job done as cheaply as possible and you said you would also do a few extra things. So they accept your bid (lower price)because they are getting more for the buck! I think I've got that right!

Then taking notice of the accumulation charts which is flying like a kite...this baby is about to POP! And POP BIG TIME!

Like I said...we have a LOT of acculation for a stock that is suppose to be dead! :)

Acculation is evident (top of the chart), MACD line (s 7 & 20) the same. With bids more accepted then the ask which resembles "stink bids" and keeping this stock price down.

It appears to be sells on the volume chart but they are coming in as bid buys.

Question: How long can this kind of accumulation continue before this price pops?

That was the very reason I invested in it!

I lost a father and father in law along with numerous good friends to lung/cancer/heart disease via smoking. I thought this would provide a great opportunity for smokers who at least had a desire to slow down and perhaps even kick the habit.

The above was highlighted and this is the first time I have seen this on displayed as such on E-Trade Pro Ticker. It brought the price up from .26 to .29. Can someone tell me what ETRF High means?

Just after that the numerous Sell orders from discription MICA were put in at ERTF low...confusing!

I've heard hanging on to a stock because you think there might be a buyer is a losing game! But thats not our situation!

It remains active by interested parties who still are looking for investors. They won't let it died! It will constantly get bumped to keep it in play until it isn't necessary anymore.
