Waitedg,
I agree, but if your order won't fill for less, what do you do.
It is strange, some days it will not fill at one price, another day it fills easily for same or less.
I guess it is up to who is trading that day.
We should get great news sometime in late June? I think.
Have a great week-end and I will be back next week!
RJ
Harley,
I hope Aloha stands for hello not goodbye!
PPS looks great short term at .03, but I am looking longer.
It must be people are not wanting to let go of their shares
otherwise the price would be going the other way and I would
be getting them.
RJ
TR,
I agree, I think that they are financing themselves because the portfolio of successful projects is weak. There is a rush to tweak things right now because there is a demand that wants to be filled. I have talked with an operator at Prince George, I have talked to Minn Alfalfa and they want FASC to be a success. Prince George says they must meet dust and through put issues, Minn Alfalfa says they "have to be" successful, they are depending on it. 1st Machine that they have needs to be worked on in June, then they "want" to deliver on the second one.
I know I am weak on certain area's of business, but I seem to do well on the human element. This is where I see a "positive Gamble" here. I am not eliminating the "Gamble".
RJ
Waitedg,
"If" it is true about sales in line, Individual projects can be financed through a bank with the bank assuming accounts recievable financing. It is common for not only the construction business but also project oriented Manufacturing.
After my partner and I bought a branch from out Employers, the local Commercial bank educated us in how to finance sales/experience when cash is limited. I would think the sales/experience would be their difficult task. I do not see financing as anything difficult at all.
Sales- in that they need some
Experience- a portfolio of successful projects
= easy finance.
Just to repeat myself, the Sales and Successful experience portfolio is what I had to supply to the bank for recievables financing. Simple and Common paperwork delivered to the Project owners. It gives the Owners much security knowing that the project will be completed financialy and that there will not be liens comming from the bank.
RJ
TR,
That does not look like they have much cash, but maybe there is a current Grant that does not show up there. I believe Cal said something about a National Research Grant. I wonder if this is a new Grant or a existing one.
I'll ask.
RJ
Not really meaning to be off topic, just wanted to note the Indian fight against "Big Energy" among the other things in the article. As long as we are dealing with honest people looking out for the Indians interest, we could have something here, say maybe a year or two. The question is are we traders or investers. Both needed, but the article below is going to mean more to an invester.

The Indian Wars Never Ended:
One of Washington ’s Largest Tribes Reflects with Gratitude
Before casino lights cascaded on a brighter future for the Muckleshoot Tribe of Washington State , the Indian nation was like many in the country: poor, underrepresented and fighting to protect a sacred way of life in a new era.
The Year was 1987 when Washington State ’s Muckleshoot Shoot Tribe successfully challenged Puget Sound Power and Light. In a landmark settlement, the power company agreed to reverse decades of water usage that was diverting the migration of salmon along the White River and onto the Muckleshoot Indian Reservation. The Native American Rights Fund helped the tribe reach this out-of-court victory. This agreement called upon Puget Sound Power & Light to restore the White River , where today, a fish hatchery has revived.
Twenty years later, the economically stable tribal government is celebrating an historic legal victory that not only secured generations of fishing rights, but empowered a people to invest in tomorrow’s Modern Day Warrior Society. “Imagine a little tribe like us with no resources taking on ‘Big Energy,’” said Virginia Cross, a tribal member who sat on the council during the mid-1980’s “It meant everything for NARF to step in,” she said. “We can give back now.”
And give back they did. In early May, the Native American Rights Fund's Executive Director John Echohawk met Muckleshoot leaders in Washington , where they presented him with a $100,000 check. “I thought they did so much for us when we had absolutely nothing for the tribe,” Cross explained in a recent interview with journalist Jodi Rave. “I thought we should do something for them.”
A MODERN DAY MESSAGE FOR MODERN DAY TIMES
When the Native American Rights Fund premiered its hip-hop-themed, “Modern Day Warrior” PSA Campaign at this year’s National Indian Gaming Association convention, Muckleshoot tribal member, Virginia Cross, was sitting in the audience. Coming from a tribe where as many as 50% of today’s Muckleshoot tribal members are under the age of 25, Cross says its a new era for Indian Country where hip-hop music inspired by protecting Native Rights sends a powerful message for the future. “Hip-hop is what youth understand. But they also need to understand the importance of how we came to be where we are today,” she said.
The 67-year-old Muckleshoot Councilwoman also said she understood NARF's move to imbue their public service message with a hip-hop theme. “I thought it was pretty good,” she said. “You have to deal with the culture the way it is today.” After all, NARF's mission affects the young and old.
NARF & Katie John Triumph Again: State lawsuit Over Landmark Ruling Fails
ANCHORAGE, Alaska -- A state lawsuit challenging a portion of the Katie John subsistence ruling has failed. NARF attorney Heather Kendall Miller led the legal victory of what is the first phase of the "Katie John II" case.
"The significance of that is that federal jurisdiction over subsistence fisheries continues in Alaska indefinitely," stated Kendall-Miller immediately following word of the victory.
Katie John, an 83-year-old Ahtna elder
NARF won the original Katie John case years ago in which the landmark decision gave the federal government the right to manage subsistence fishing on waters adjacent to federal land in Alaska . Federal agencies enforce a rural subsistence priority over the areas. As a result, the original Katie John ruling established a subsistence priority for Natives on federal lands and adjacent waters.
This recent "Katie John II" case concerns the regulations implementing that decision. These regulations included all federal lands and the water rights attached to them. This recent suit filed under former Governor Frank Murkowski claimed the rule-making process used by federal agencies to take over management was flawed. The State of Alaska claims the regulation was too broad by including reserved waters and is now challenging Alaska Natives' claims of broader rights. The case was split into two phases, the first of which dealt with the process by which the regulations were implemented, and the second of which concerns the breadth of those regulations.
In the first phase victory of "Katie John II" secured on May 17th, NARF argued that this process did not go far enough in that Indian allotments (which in Alaska line the rivers) should also have been included. Federal Judge Russel Holland agreed with NARF's argument on behalf of Katie John and did not rule in favor of the state.
State officials declined to comment and said they are still considering their options. According to reports by Alaska NBC TV Affiliate KTUU Channel 2 News, "the decision will be the first subsistence test for Governor Sarah Palin, who voiced opposition to a rural subsistence priority in her campaign."
The "Katie John II" suit will now get ready enter into its second phase.

Waitdg,
According to Cal they have the cash to continue from research Grants. This money has to show as an expense on the Books. It does not show up as an asset. (it would be nice for an accountant to chime in)
I am not making a statement positive or negative, just would like an accountant to confirm. I think I will call mine to-morrow.
It seems to me the only big things, (and I do think they are "big") holding them back is solving the "Dust" and "Through put" issues. Both Prince George and Minn Alfalfa are projects that have engineers working on these issues right now.
Minn Alfalfa (name held by their request) says it is imperative that the Dust problem is solved. 50% of their new line is dependent on it. They will start working on it after june 1st.
I may not know the tech or jargon, but I enjoy talking with and visiting my investments.
RJ
Tech,
At Minn Alfalfa, they are going to be dealing with the dust
system in June. Right now they are to busy running their Sugar Beats. The Machine is sitting Idle until then. The FASC engineers and MnVAP's engineers are working together to make the program a success.
MnVAP is aware that it is just as important to FASC to be successful as it is for them.
The new plant was built specifically for running two S-8's.
Once the bugs are out of the first one, they will be purchasing the 2nd. The primary purpose for the units is to process hay.
RJ
Tech,
Thanks,
RJ
Tech,
David Dungate still has his voice mail account. His name is still on the recording for extension selection.
I have never talked to him, just Brian, Cal and John.
No problem getting ahold of any of the three above, but like I said I am very satisfied for now, and will call again next month. I may send a Email if I have a question or issue, but I already know whats up from talking to them and I shared that here.
If you call Minn. Alfalfa Producers you will find they are very happy other than the dust problem that they need to solve.
It seems all was fine until a neighbor complained and called EPA.
Next month I will call and ask how is the progress with the S-8's. Until then we will let the engineers work.
RJ
Sleepin,
Try 604-940-6220 Press #1 for Brian Nichols,
Cal returns some of Brians calls. Brian seems
very busy.
#2 for David Dungate
or 604-913-9035 for Cal
RJ
Sleepin,
Did Cal or Brian return your call? Did you get
the answers to your questions?
I had a voice mail from Cal stating he was returning my
call, how-ever he already did. He must be getting
peppered.
Thanks,
RJ
Tech,
You are correct. I did state in a previous post that I missed the pain you folks endured in the developement phase of the company. What is unique here with FASC is as you mentioned,
the management has an even larger investment than us, they have endured even more pain than us, and they are finaly reaching a point in the development where they understand their successful uses and their not so successful uses. The
projects in the past and presently are not about a profit but about a successful use for the product. The failures they have had should not be in vain. FASC needs to be successful
with their S-8's in a on going comercial concern such as Prince
George. Then they will have a platform to sell off from.
No, they are not there yet. I still see two years as a minimum window to give them time to sell off from Prince George success in the Bio Solids Industry.
If....If they are successful at Prince George as an on going concern, they will have other similiar projects to follow.
I am holding for two years minimum.
My opinion,
I will be on the road today, I will probably look here for posts sunday or monday. I do not mind an education, that is what I am here for. If my opinions are to optimistic, I do not mind hearing it.
Thanks Tech,
RJ
P.S. Some Play the Lotto, Some go to Casino's, I'll just
hang around here!
THAT'S WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT!!!!!!!!!!
THANKS, TRCPA!
Folks, I think this is just a matter of a couple of years!
My Opinion only,
RJ
TRCPA,
I can fill you in on the Minnesota Alfalfa Producers situation, It is another situation they need to do some tweeking. The 1st Machine was executing perfectly
for its intended use, how-ever dust control was an issue
with one of its neighbors. Dust containment is being worked on presently and it should be up and running again soon.
I need to recheck, but I think there was supposed to be another machine going there?
RJ
Sleepin Easy,
During my conversation with Cal my mind was on two Subjects. Prince George and financing going forward. I already shared that information. Cal did mention other interests but I do not remember the details. Cal did hope the PPS for FASC would
increase, but slowly. He seemed to have concern for investors not traders.
I hope I helped. I probably will not call Cal again for a month I am satisfied and do not want to pester them.
RJ
My order just filled.
Good Luck all,
RJ
Terry,
I agree with you that mgmt should not be the only sourse, how-ever, I like to talk to various MGMT and look for consistency.
As far as shorting stock, I do not do it. I usually just buy and hold short of my feeling a company is getting over Valued.
I have sold premature to buy a stock of Particular interest.
I am not sophisticated enough to Trade, short use margins or the sort. I am not sure I want to be. I like to learn about the companies I am buying.
I do make mistakes! (smile)
RJ
To all,
For your information, I do not think people are trying to
dump their shares. I placed a order 30 min ago for 50K shares
at .024 only 10K has executed. It may take all day
to fill my order. I bring this up to show you we are not
in a sell off.
RJ
Terry,
The S-8's are approx. 90% complete. Tweaking is going on to match the successful performance of the S-4's . They said it will happen, they had to tweak for the S-6 units also.
It is my understanding that there are other interests. The success of this project is important to closing future deals.
There is additional funding in the works. Cal told me they have money. He also said that research money has to show up on the books as an expense. (maybe an accountant can chime in) Now that I have called John twice, Brian twice and Cal once all in the last three weeks and I am satisfied with the consistancy of their communication to me. I will try to limit my calls to once a month for updates and conversation. They have a business to run for us. I just put an order in for 50K more shares at current price. I am in no-way telling anyone else what to do with their money, I am just sharing my views and trying to compare and learn from others. I want to hear from people positive and negative on this stock.
I do not consider a negative Post "Bashing" I consider it "Bashing" when someone is making campaign with negative posts and not contributing.
I hope we can learn and share here. I may join I hub if I find it worth while to keep posting here.
Later,
RJ
Terry,
I agree, Day Trading is much different than Investing. I know traders who want to know nothing of the Company. Others claim they just want to know when the news is coming not necessarily know the news.
I am being optomistic yes, I think I am fortunate to be getting in at the beginning of the Marketing phase in lieu of
the developmental phase that you folks have endured, very painfully I might add. FASC is still a risk, I will becareful not to get to romantic with it.
I do not have the interest nor talent to day Trade. I consider it a very risky enviorment for people like me.
RJ
Terry,
I understand where you are comming from, how-ever people evaluate their position and how they want to make there investment decisions with different criteria.
I thinks it is better for you and Laker to share and compare rather than converse in a pass/fail type conversation. We can and do learn from each other. I have made and continue to make changes in my thoughts about investments and companies by listening to people.
Personaly, I think that both you and Laker "give a hoot".
And I thank you for your input.
RJ
Sleepin Easy,
Cal shared many things that were over my head, I will share in
a simple manner what I think I was able to understand. At Prince George as you know, they have been contracted to do a test program sith a S-4 unit. Everything was successful. How-ever the unit was to small for the operation they need. Two S-8's are presently being built. If I understand correctly going from an S-4, to a S-6 then to a S-8 is not easy. For particular use and changes in cylinder sizes, engineering has adjustments to make to match performance of the smaller units. I know this is not clear, but basically a lot of tweaking is being done for the larger units to carry the same "golf swing" as the smaller units.
As for opposition, I think May 14 was just a legal date. There was no formal opposition to this program.
As we all know, the Budjet Prince George has is not sufficient to properly pay for the S-8 units. There will need to be adjustments such as additional funding along with price comprimising of the units. It is very important to get these units placed because they are to be the selling platform for this particular use.
I know I may have missed some things Cal said do to my being a beginner in this particular Industry and relatively new to this stock. "My minimal understanding". How-ever I do know that this was a developemental Company that has basically been researching, developing, learning and placing Machines for free and at low costs to customers. It is now trying to build a "selling platform" and market itself in the Industries where it has had the most success.
My opinion is this as an investor, This is a long term investment going forward and a great opportunity for those who are able to hold until Marketing success. "Takes time"
I feel the Company is very appreciative of the investors during its "research and developement" period. The Company does not understand the Bashers or people that feel they need to trade the stock every three days.
In closing, my opinion is FASC is a good stock for me to put some additional shares a way with dollars I do not need for at least two to five years. If I had a short term outlook or was a trader I would prefer the oils stocks which I also own.
I am sure there are people here that know way more than I do about this Company and its products.
My investment style took me to find out Managements ownership interest and personal risk is involved. There is a lot of need and desire for this company to be successful.
My Opinion and...
Each to their own,
RJ
I called Brian this morning, he was not available so I left a voice mail. Cal returned my call. I was very surprised at the detail he shared. He seemed very honest and open with me about what their situation at Prince George. All seems positive but not yet complete. They do plan to use Prince George to sell more projects. I like that.
I am comfortable with buying more shares long. I do not day trade. Do your own thing.... just sharing.
RJ
Sam,
I am sorry to hear that you have such a high average. My thinking is to look where it can go forward from here. It
is impossible to fix the past.
The management cannot do much about PPS, but it intrigues me how hard they are working inspite of the odds stacked against them. I do think the odds are changing. But you would know better than I. I got in sometime last year at .075
I just decided to start buying some green stocks to go along with my Oil stocks and FASC just happened to be one I ran accross. I knew it was an uphill battle but I liked it.
I am a floor layer that has been very fortunate, When investing I am interested in how much desire and investment Mgmt has in a company. I am probably not smart enough for a whole lot more evaluation than that.
Good luck to ya,
RJ
Charlie,
If you are going to hold long, you would think that averaging down would be consistant with your investment attitude. If you do not think there is value, why average down, just sell on a spike.
My opinion,
RJ
TRCPA,
Sometime in the next week I would expect a follow up on the Prince George Meeting. "If finalized" I do not expect much of a uptick in the PPS for FASC, but longs would see Prince George as platform that the Company could sell off from. It will take time. I think the weak of heart will be out of this stock in the slightest uptick.
Beleive it or not.....there are things that the Sharesholders can do to help a company be successful.
My opinion only,
RJ
Oh by the way Charlatan,
I am long and somewhat disagree with you, but appreciated you.
RJ
Charlatan,
Do you think the only people here are posters? I am one that has appreciated you. But you are being way to sensitive. If people want to practice a lack of respect, ignore them and respond only to those that give respect.
Your Choice... If you quit, do it because you need to spend more time at your kids ballgames, not because somebody hurt your feelings.
You were respected by most.
RJ
Correction to myself, I am long in RGNO, but you do not have to wait like I feel we do here. "For the Traders"
RJ
My RGNO is in the dumps this morning. That stock tends to run, its not a long like NVMG for me. It tends to run fast and drop almost as fast on news. Fooled me Friday.
Best to you all,
RJ
Pascal,
I do not understand why the price is this low, how-ever when I saw it this morning I said OK I'll buy more. I just hope the PPS quits teasing me and goes up. I do not need any more shares.
RJ
200K of those were mine and you can't have them for a couple of years!
Just adding to an already full Truck.
RJ
If someone wants to bring the price down its a matter of either having two accounts selling to each other or two cooperating MM's?
RJ
I am in Michigan like yourself, In the Tri-city area, My shop is less than a mile from the MBS Airport. I have installed many Sport Floors in the Detroit Area.
I just consider anyone within 100 mi a neighbor.
RJ
DFD,
we are practically neighbors!
RJ
Tex,
It moved from 9 to 3 on the Most active stocks premarket per poster on RGNO Board. Closed at .024 yesterday. Last run made it to .26
I have a lot more invested here, but fortunately a few hundred K shares there also.
My thought is not to jump ship here, just patience and watch for the day.
RJ
Cartwright,
Lets hope flippers are not trigger happy. It would be nice for
a long run up. It would benefit all.
RJ
Rookie,
New will come in time. You will just have to be ready for a trade. If you are long the just buy on dips and hold.
Over at the RGNO board, they have been complaining of no news and getting quite angry. 6 AM this morning a PR came. Last time it was a .20+ run. The same could happen here with the right PR, not just a fluff one.
Patience and Timing wins.
RJ
Terry and Wait,
Just an example upfront of a penny that will cause me to pay some Taxes.... Look at RGNO's price at close yesterday
look at it today ...not now ...later today!
RGNO is a Trade?/Long? Either way may work.
FASC is a Long.
My Opinion only.
Note: I just wanted to give a Penny example in advance of
a move.
RJ
