I totally agree with you Jenth.
He is a MAN.
But, you have to admit the Doc might be screwed by Siam. It’s business and I have many bad examples in my memory.
That's why I keep long the only shares eligible for one-per-one ARTLs

It may be good for you may be not… I sincerely wish you the first.
But, do you actually realize that the Doc sold his controlling interest to a completely unknown to us financial entity? To me it means he sold 55% of his prospective profit (which I don’t care about). More important is that he sold 100% of his decision making power regarding the business matter. The current silence just confirms this. He is not allowed to say any word to us. And it is not about his integrity at all which I still believe in. It is about business discipline and partnership.
We all keep saying “The Doc said…, the Doc promised…" and so on. But we all have to realize that our investment is not in Doc’s hands any more. We all are in Siam’s hands.
Not bashing at all. I still keep my shares but I don’t increase my long-term holding as long as this game may end up either way.

The Doc clearly stated that Siam would want to remain incognito for a while. They just do this very well. Nobody can identify them. There is nothing about betraying us here. This is the way they want to get their job done.

Siam could be registered in any country around the world, not necessarily in SEA.
It could also be established as a financial consortium, which belongs to an existing big industry player (BHL for instance…)

Two weeks ago the Pink_Sheets specified Select American as Alcard's TA. Last Friday I found the TA was "N/A".
Today there is no reference to the TA at all.
Any thoughts? What does it mean?

I would like to share with you my thinking:

Downside:
I realize that I may lose around $33K (90% of my investment) if this stock is a scam. It’s going to be extremely upsetting; however it will not destroy my life. The only risk I’m taking here is that I will need to drive my 2001 Honda Accord for 1.5 year more. It’s not a tragedy the car is still great.

Upside:
I think everybody realizes that if ACMG is for real it’s not about making double or triple. It’s about a double-digit price in a long run and about $1 by XMAS. If I win my life will become COMPLETELY different.

Simple logic:
$33K potential loss and no big change in my life vs. millions of $$$ and brand new life.

This is what I have talked about many times - weak hands...
The silence works...
