thanks for posting, I hadn't seen that article. It's dated June 7 and discussed phase 3 results, which should be the final phase before FDA approval, no? Or is another trial required?
Wrong
Verizon isn’t.
I disagree that HDC can be called a patent troll with no desire to create products off the patents. They tried several times. Unfortunately they partnered with companies who were either incompetent or tried to roll out products without adhering to the terms of the agreement.
a public company doesn't own shares of another public company without disclosure, especially if it's more than 5% ownership. They have no use for RMTD shares, they acquired the assets they wanted.
what exactly would Verizon be waiting for, assuming they did have any ownership of RMTD shares (which they don't)?
I don't follow why anyone would want the price of stock they own to keep decreasing. It's not a good sign from any perspective except of course for short positions.
Aimh is a money pit
Waiting for what? The dividends are pouring in. You haven’t received them?
Here we go back down to the .003-.004 range that was in place before the big pump and dump.
Old news
I thought it was last spring? Or was it the one before that? Track? Any update?
Why is attorney letter taking so long after the filings were updated last year? Are they having trouble finding an attorney willing to vouch for the accuracy of the figures? What happened to the reverse split announced in Q1?
Looks like Barton hit a brick wall and this thing could go quiet again forever.
Unfortunately that pump and dump hurt a lot of people. This is settling back down to pre-pump levels.
I did sell a chunk last week. Holding some as a wildcard. I’ve learned never to leave it all on the table.
This could be a good time to average down. So many big events in the pipeline. Perhaps this is the bottom?
I already got the dividend. Didn’t you?
Another red day. So predictable.
I disagree
Unfortunately it’s a classic sign of a pump and dump. Sub penny buyers have cashed in big with 3-5 baggers. It’s a shame.
unless everyone is selling back and force to each other multiple times, the float can't be 6M
that may be true but if the float is significantly more than 6M it calls into question the accuracy of the filings
it's not nice volume when the stock price is down 50%
6M vs over 100M is a huge difference.
this has traded 3x the number of shares in the float in just 2 hours? there is no way the float is 6M shares. Today is proof.
Lots of money left on the table. This will probably settle back down to 0.005. Unfortunately a bunch of folks got taken.
It's a beast all right. An ugly beast. 10M shares in the first 20 minutes and it's back down to sub-penny. A lot of people got scammed out of their money. Sad.
already in the red. major dumpage taking place.
what a scam. obvious pump yesterday followed by dump today
what MMJ announcement?
Does anyone know when the big reverse stock split is scheduled to happen?
most stocks took a dive toward the end of the day as the guilty verdicts came in for former administration officials. This week could be bad.
2020 sounds so far off. Nothing left to do really but hope there aren’t any delays with the trials.
thanks. I agree that FDA approval should be a major catalyst for the stock. It's unusual (and disappointing) that this stock doesn't trade at multiples of its peers. I hope in hindsight that turns out to be a great buying opportunity for us all.
it's uncanny. it seems to be a very reliable contrarian indicator LOL.
thanks, I hope that is the case. I can't help think we must be missing something given the $ billion potential and the persistently low share price. Perhaps institutional investors are waiting for the stock to get out of sub-dollar range. Certain funds might not permit inclusion of stocks trading below a specific price level.
appreciate your ongoing analysis and opinion. I'm wondering if anyone has any educated guesses on what (and when) might be the catalyst to really move the stock past the $1 minimum? successful completion of a study? FDA approval? acquisition by big pharma?
I never expected the stock to be sitting at 50 cents this far down the road.
For anyone still following the progress of ocr-002 it's been renamed to MNK-6105 and as far as I can tell still hasn't started phase 3 trials yet.

that is all correct. Some of us were here and watched it all happen in real-time. It was worse than a soap opera.
