Wow! Maybe you should contact the audit firm and ask them. They are legit.
Also 2000+/- stores and 1000 doctors offices, plus distributors can and do generate that type of sales dollars.
No, Felix it is not. It is a specifically cultivated MJ, with very low THC, but higher than 0.3%, a perfect blend for specific type of seizures.
Try googling the subject, you'll find a lot of information.

CV Sciences Inc (OTCMKTS:CVSI) Takes a Big Left Hook
It was a wild day for CV Sciences Inc (OTCMKTS:CVSI) on Monday, with a huge leap higher out of the gates (up as much as 40% in the early going) followed by a massive 63% afternoon decline, closing the session down by about 36%. Momentum seems to have lit the fire in the early going. But there’s no doubt about what drove the afternoon decline.
Citron Research, the public face of short-seller Andrew Left, put out a tweet claiming that the company might be headed for a financial fraud case. The real question here is this: who is the fraud? Is it CVSI or is it Citron? The evidence that Citron presented was just a lack of acceptance of patents. But CVSI has been running on sales growth, which doesn’t seem endangered by a lack of accepted patents. Mr. Left is notorious for similar “attacks” on high-momentum stocks. So, this is a case potentially for the SEC.
CV Sciences Inc (OTCMKTS:CVSI) frames itself as a life science company, focuses on developing and commercializing novel therapeutics utilizing synthetic Cannabidiol (CBD).
CVSI operates two distinct business segments: a drug development division focused on developing and commercializing novel therapeutics utilizing synthetic CBD; and, a consumer product division in manufacturing, marketing and selling plant-based CBD products to a range of market sectors, including nutraceutical, beauty care, specialty foods, and vape.
Following the CanX Acquisition in December 2015, CV Sciences commenced its preclinical drug development program during the second quarter of 2016. The Company’s drug development efforts include pursuing synthetic-based Cannabidiol drug candidates in areas that have the potential to provide significant improvements in therapeutic patient treatments with sizable addressable markets.
The company was formerly known as CannaVEST Corp. and changed its name to CV Sciences, Inc. in January 2016. CV Sciences, Inc. has primary offices and facilities in Las Vegas, Nevada and San Diego, California.
CV Sciences Inc is led by Michael J. Mona, JR. founder of CV Sciences, Mr. Mona possesses over 30 years of senior management experience in a range of industries including real estate/construction, industrial farming, chemical processing and consumer products. Mr. Mona is a recognized industry leader in hemp farming operations and chemical extraction and has established a global supply chain of hemp-derived products.
According to company materials, “CV Sciences, Inc. As noted above, the stock has been running higher on strong sales growth following the submission of an application for an uplist to the Nasdaq. Admittedly, those long the stock above $5-$6/share, must have known the crowded bus they were sitting on. But, so did Citron’s Andrew Left.
It’s a bit like seeing a vulnerable balloon floating by, and knowing you have a way to profit from sticking it with a needle. While CVSI’s surge higher has been based on sales growth, the speculative fervor surrounding this stock has surely ramped up over the past few weeks. It would appear as though Citron found a way to expose some doubt and rebalance the speculative interest.
The result was a price shock on the downside on Monday afternoon. And time will tell how this pattern plays out. As we see it, the overall thesis was not about IP. It was about sales growth in a high-growth market space (CBD). That could present a fresh opportunity on the pullback.
At this time, carrying a capital value in the market of $608M, CVSI has a significant war chest ($7.2M) of cash on the books, which is balanced by about $867K in total current liabilities. CVSI is pulling in trailing 12-month revenues of $33.3M. In addition, the company is seeing major top-line growth, with y/y quarterly revenues growing at 202.5%. This is the link to the SEC to file a complaint against Citron.. It took me a few minutes to complete. I'm only one and a weak voice, together we are strong.

Interesting day...
Between my husband and myself, we own approx 100K shares; our LT Plan - Hold 50% (very long) and sell the remaining at predetermined limits; buy if the opportunity occurs. Our limit sale of 5K shares at $8.00 hit today - totally unexpected. Then the slide; learning what caused the slide, we bought back the 5K at $4.20, mostly to re-invest, but also to take those share out of the market.
We'll definitely hold and wait for the dust to settle.
I'm trying to find out if I can file a complaint against Citron using this link. They are the one's in error here.
How do you sleep at night?
All I can say is KARMA will get you for the deceit you foster.
It is a law firm reacting to the bogus post by Citron. Not SEC.
Take a closer look at the Citron image, the rejection is on appeal, read chronology from bottom to top. This is all known.

not today you didn't.
I'm sitting here scratching my head reading your irrational comments.
Why is it so important for you to bash this stock?
Read the financials, read the other posts, and give them some credit. Indicators are this company is solid, the stock is undervalued, and CVSI is ahead of the game in the CBD field.
Most of us on this board have done our DD, and understand that the charts are limited tools, and do not take into account everything that has occurred in the past few months with this company.
I think everyone has heard you, about 20 times over; no need to SHOUT.
Repeating yourself does not make the time go faster; as only time will prove your either right or wrong.
Repeating yourself does not make it true; as only facts will prove you either right or wrong.
Take a deep breath and give it time.
Just for the record, I disagree with you, and will hold my shares; I bought very early, and the fluctuations do not scare me.
I guess my sarcasm failed.
Congrats! As the lowest the stock ever traded, once listed for either CannaVest or CV Sciences, was $0.1000 on 01/13/2016, this means that you were with CannaVest or CVSI and were granted shares or had stock options! Good work!
HI,
I can't PM you, but am interested on how you transferred stock from your IRA to your daughter.
Actually... Suppositories are a very good product for chemotherapy patients. A great way to get the benefits of CBD for people fighting nausea. Some companies actually already make these.
;)
NB888,
Dosage is really a personal thing. Each body is different, and each diet is different. Start with 1 dropper (5ml) about an hour before bedtime; it should help you fall asleep better. Increase dosage if needed.
Better to begin lower and know your tolerance, than take a large dose and use more than you need.
Good luck!
I reread my original post.. first spelling was correct, 2nd instance was missing the "r" Thanks for catching that.
Nope, I meant "terpene"
Definition:
ter·pene
nounCHEMISTRY
plural noun: terpenes
any of a large group of volatile unsaturated hydrocarbons found in the essential oils of plants, especially conifers and citrus trees. They are based on a cyclic molecule having the formula C10H16
PS, Terpine, is a veterinary drug. What a difference a letter makes. ;)

All CBD full spectrum oil will have at least a trace of THC in it. The legal limit is 0.3%THC. CVSI tests their products constantly to make sure they are below this limit.
That being said...
1) CBD Isolate (powder) will be THC free, but it will also lack other beneficial cannabinoids as well as terpenes. There are many companies out there who produce a clear CBD oil, with 0.0% THC; they use isolate, so are lacking the other Cannabinoids, as well as terenes. CBD Isolate has its benefits, but personally, I prefer full spectrum, as the minute amount of THC in full spectrum is perfect.
2) Industrial hemp is the one commonly used for CBD oil. It is a cannabis plant, it naturally contains THC, but in very small percentages.
Is there enough THC in the CBD oil to benefit you? Yes, for many ailments, including pain or inflammation.
agreed. It would mean I have to constantly adjust, or get caught.
Thank you for the help.
Thank you. With CapitalOne, we can only put in a sell price of no more that 1.5x the last ask. I'd love to park them at $15 or more, but can't. So I guess I have to watch this daily, and keep adjusting up.
Zizzy, I'm basically a newbie..
How do we lock up our shares?
here is the link to the 8k report

Were is the English translation, please?
I was at the shareholder meeting and it was not approved. The company is due to publish the minutes, and I believe it is due by EOD today, once it is published, I will be sure to send you the link.
Patience, it will be published, if you do not believe the shareholders who attended and reported on this board.
Frontloading, you missed some of the paragraph you are siting from the proxy vote which was taken Aug 4th. AGAIN, this was not approved, there will be no R/S. Please stop spreading falsehood.
(4) To approve an amendment to the Company’s Certificate of Incorporation, as amended, to effect, at the discretion of the
Company’s Board of Directors, a reverse stock split of all outstanding shares of the Company’s common stock, par value
$0.0001 per share, at a ratio of not less than 1-for-2 and not greater than 1-for-10, such ratio to be determined by the
Company’s Board of Directors at any time before August 30, 2019, without further approval or authorization of our
stockholders; and
what did I do wrong, it is still in Chinese.
I was responding to V.'s post and specifically the point I was trying to make is that he failed to acknowledge the Nasdaq Global Select Market route, just sowing weeds. (no pun intended)
Benjo dug deeper and had more DD than I, and his post sites exceptions which are allowed, if the company is performing very well.
In the end, as CVSI is doing very well, IMHO it doesn't matter if we are approved for uplisting $3, $2 or $4; once they uplist, both company and stock will only do better. Right now, I am just waiting until the process is complete.
Please finish reading the document you sited
Nasdaq Global Select Market does not have a time limit on $4.00
Nasdaq Global Market - has a time requirement of 90 consecutive days before applying days at $4.00 or better
Nasdaq Capital Market - has a time requirement of 90 consecutive days before applying days at $4.00 or better
Logic tells me that as they have already applied, they have selected the Global Select Market.
There were several of us at the shareholder meeting, and it has been reported on this board, the R/S was not approved, it is off the table at this time. It will not happen.
Maybe Benjo's post can be pinned to the top?
But their products are made of isolate, not full spectrum oils. It is missing terpenes and the other beneficial cannabinoids. That would concern me.
Yes.
Not necessarily, it is possible to reach market in a much, much shorter time. Mr. Dowling stated they are able to use the 505(b)(2) Regulatory path for approval. This reduces the approval and test time dramatically.
There was at least one there; while on the tour of the facilities, he mentioned that he was impressed with the Company, the leadership and the product.
Thank you for the "IMHO". I have the time a patience to hold the stock for growth. I have followed this company for a short while, am new to OTC and am learning. I believe they may very well qualify, but, it is not an automatic, but needs to be applied for. Here's to growth and hopefully uplisting.
Thank you, Magnum7419.
This link is for the uplist requirements; I was wondering if there is a source that $KSHB was getting ready to uplist to NASDAQ. In my limited knowledge, I didn't think it was an automatic deal, but the company had to file for uplisting. That is what I am looking for.
I hold a few shares, probably small potatoes to most on this board, but still curious as to happenings in this company.
Thanks.
Can you point me to the source for NASDAQ uplisting.
My first post here - I have invested long term in CVSI. I began purchasing stock the summer of 2016, currently hold nearly 100K shares @ avg of $0.50. I have been reading this board for a short time; I was concerned once or twice with what turned out to be "troll" posts. Thank you to those who try to set the trolls straight.
CVSI has good products, the company is setting the bar for this industry, and I plan to hold my shares for quite a while. I truly believe this company will grow and the stock value will increase exponentially; it will be a great bonus to my retirement fund.
