4,000 to 1 reverse split.
They aren't going to RS, they are going to MA
Here's an idea, go talk w patent attny (I'm sure you have an acquaintance), go talk with people that have patents and get their thoughts on Verb and Titan using the same patent attny. They will help clear it up for u.
Just Look at the patent documents
Knobbe Marten handles Verbs patents as well. Very, very interesting - according to patent experts that doesn't happen unless there is collaboration bt the 2 companies.
Funding dude????????????
Was it the same that found Scott Hueenekens for Verb?
Let's see, here is the nothing I have:
Vipul Patel
Knobbes Marten
JJDC
SPORT Patents
Jasminder Brar
Longtai
Verb Software
Nicholson Center
Ethicon - payments to Patel
Single Port CHolesyctomy Study - Florida Hospital
Ethicon - WW supplier of Titan End Effectors
Plexus

Interesting Job desciption - exactly what Titan will need after they announce the clinical sites for SPORT
Job description
This role will be working with one of the worlds most advanced surgical robotic platforms. The individual will be working closely with physicians, clinicians, engineers and marketing to develop both product and work flow of the robotic platform. Working in the field with top physicians, understanding their needs, issues and challenges. Being an active Voice of the Surgeon inside the organization and helping drive the surgeon and patient experience of the robotic system.
This is a phenomenal cross over opportunity for an engineer who has spent more time working with physicians developing medical devices and bringing back "lessons learned in the field" as part of the product development experience. Another potential candidate profile could be an M.D. who has decided that they did not want to practice but instead wanted to move in to the commercialization of an amazing surgical robotic system.
This individual will be a key "connection" between engineering and product development, physicians who perform the procedures and the work flow in the OR.
It says it right in the article that Dr. Davison developed what became Ethicon's Harmonic Platform.
"Domain Surgical is honored to have Dr. Davison join our advisory board," said David McNally, President and CEO of Domain Surgical. "His success with UltraCision is legendary. Now Ethicon's billion-dollar Harmonic product line, it represents one of the most important developments in advanced energy surgical devices in the past 80 years. With Tom's help, we aim to emulate that success."
Sure, Ethicon's Harmonic platform, which generated Billions of dollars in revenue for them was developed by Dr. Davison. If you are the least bit familar with Ethicon, these relationships with physicians like this are very special. Dr. Davison then is brought on by McNally at Domain for the Surgical Advisory board and then as a board member. Its not beyond reason to think that Ethicon wanted McNally in place as CEO of Titan as they start to roll out their robotics division which will feature SPORT as their surgical robot. Really not that hard to piece together.
Do some due diligence into Dr. Davidson, McNally and Ethicon. Based on your response, you are so far behind when it comes to information that explaining it to you would be pointless.
I wouldn't be surprised if FlexDex is also a target for JnJ.
not surprising
the WW Supplier has to be Ethicon
If they indeed go it alone, they will need close to a quarter of a billion dollars just to get it set up and going after FDA approval. Think of all the personnel needed - sales, marketing, regulatory, service, legal, etc, etc.
So they will need $70m to get it to the doorstep of commercialization, then another $250m (that # is on the low end) just to start selling and servicing the product.
Don't forget Knobbe Marten prosecuting the same patents for Verb and Titan. I've spoke to 2 patent attnys and 3 people who have patents and they all say that what Knobbe marten is doing is highly unusual unless.....
Also, there is now the other patent firm also working on Verb and Titan patents.
They aren't going this alone and certainly not set up for commercialization.
I don't understand, what indicates that they plan to go it alone?
Sure, whatever
No, I think it's safe to say you have a reality all your own. Also, not only do I see Patel/ethicon/Titan as a smoking gun but what about the other smoking gun that also confirms a link
Sucks for you.
So surgitech wants me to live in his reality and Jmac advises smoking crack, I really don't think either of those options sound good soooo I will stick w Titan/JNJ/Verb
I think you're confused.
You are the one that said you don't have a clue so I am just working off that fact when you present your info.
Well that's not anyone's fault but yours. If you are invested in this company and have no clue, that can't be good.
Yes, he was added to bring his expertise on robotic surgery. What do u think he is working on for ethicon?
No you don't. Patel also heads up one of the top robotic programs and training centers in the world. He is an expert on robotic surgery.
Who do u think the WW supplier is for Titan?
well he IS working for Titan - you can agree on that right.
Ok, so what do u think one of the top robotic surgeons in the world be consulting on with ethicon? We had this discussion yesterday. I believe that he would be consulting on robotic surgery.
They are saying microline is the ww global supplier of end effectors that Titan has an agreement w.
Vipul Patel. So u are saying he is working on Ethicons advanced energy end effectors and Titan/microline end effectors.
Again, Patel is going to be working in Ethicon advanced energy end effectors and then he is going to join Titan's SAB and work w micro line on developing advanced energy end effectors. That argument doesn't hold any water for me.
Those guys don't work there anymore (I think) and those end effectors were the basic. Ww supplier is making advanced energy end effectors.
By the way, Titan still has an agreement in place w a still unknown Worldwide Global supplier for end effectors. I also believed they signed that agreement roughly 2.5 years ago.
Did you read the JNJ job posting descriptions? The massive hiring they did for engineers were all for a novel surgical robot and building end effectors for them.
Software platform isn't ready, surprisingly I believe it's that simple. Waiting for Verb to catch up w the platform.
That is spot on with my thoughts. The biggest misconception of Verb is most people think of a robot like Sport or da Vinci. Verb is the platform, the data analytics, the info, etc. there will be multiple surgical robotic devices that incorporate that platform and ethicon will certainly use that platform.
I also don't think that Titan is the only acquisition target of JNJ. They will have multiple surgical robots.
Also,
Let's say Patel is working w ethicon on all those advanced energy end effectors they've been making for the last 2.5 years. Remember all those engineers they hired to make them. About 2.5 years ago, ethicon starts w w dr Patel and florida hospital. What robot was Patel using to test the advanced energy end effectors? It wasn't da Vinci, so we will go w jnj's secret robot - maybe an in house r&d one, maybe a potential acquisition target. Whichever one you choose and say u choose a potential target X. So Patel is working on "target x" robot testing all the advanced energy robotic end effectors for 2.5 years and then is on Titan's Surgical Advisory Board.
So for me, the only 2 possibilities are "target X" is Titan or Ethicon screwed over Patel and Nicholson Center so bad that he is going to stick it to them by getting in Titan's SAB.
