I'm not too disappointed considering we've gone from the 8's to 11's over the past 10 days.

Exactly. It will be regulated but it's not anything to be afraid of. My guess is that you won't just be able to grow huge fields of it in your backyard but licensed growers will handle it in indoor grow houses.
Your opinion was wrong again.
$MJNA
Sweet!
Much better than being with Geraldo on Fox.
Go get em Tripp!
$MJNA
Great video on the yale grad who started a private equity fund based on marijuana related stocks.
Thanks for posting!
Yes, please let me know.
$MJNA!
back up in the 10's. I think we close at about .104 today.
That's my guess.
Then again.....
$MJNA
I'd buy in the 7's for sure.
lol, my thought exactly.
Best thing at this point is to make it himself. I think there might be a video on youtube that shows how. Maybe by Rick Simpson?
Oh yes, here it is:
Oh, I totally agree. Fox "news" isn't even really news for the most part. It's pure sensationalized right wing propaganda aimed at uneducated people and I never watch it.
I guess I was thinking that it might be helpful to have someone like Tripp there to educate the people watching, who only get to hear one side, but I'm sure you are right that it would never be a fair fight,

Yes, I agree, he should bring customer testimonials as well as info on how MMJ is being used to treat illnesses. FOr example, he could easily reference how it's being used to treat epileptic seizures and mention the recent story about the father who is treating his sons epilepsy with it.
Also agree that there should be more focus on the Dixie X products as well.
I don't necessarily think he should stay off fox news but maybe just a little more prepared to educate people on what it's really about and pick his terms more carefully.
I think he is learning as he goes and will get better at this.

At least this time he was able to hold up a bottle of elixir and a package of the mints. Smart thinking to have that stuff nearby this time.
I'll bet Obama has no idea who Tripp is and doesn't watch Fox news.
Thanks for the video.
IMO, not as good as the CNN interview. Tripp seemed a bit off to me tonight and Geraldo was kinda snarky.
Still, at least he got to show the products.
$MJNA
Excellent! I hope someone is recording it for those of us who aren't near a television at the moment.
$MJNA
I agree. I just love it when I can invest in something that is going to do such wonderful good for people and at the same time make huge profits.
What a great combination!
$MJNA
I don't have to wait. I'm already invested in MJNA.
I just prefer accuracy and honesty instead of the exaggerated cheer leading that is often found here.
Making it sound like $MJNA will be able to immediately set up shop and sell to the full population of Washington residents is inaccurate since the law doesn't allow selling or buying of MJ until 2014.
Sure, they will still be able to sell to the Medical Marijuana community but that is a much smaller percentage of the population than full legalization.
Much more opportunity for MJNA than just Washington so no need for this news to discourage anyone.
Also, that being said, yes, a few years down the road this thing will be huge IMO.
$MJNA
Did anyone tape this? I'd love to see it.
$MJNA
Loving all this great free publicity. Glad to see MJNA is on the ball with getting their people out there as the source for information on this topic.
$MJNA
because that;s all they know. I think some education is in order about the possibilities for this plant.
Medicines, edibles, hemp fuels, hemp clothing, hemp skin products. etc etc
$MJNA
LOL, love the fiscal spliff!

"---THIS MONTH---
Illinois will vote to become the 19th state to legalize medical marijuana "
from what I understand, it got postponed until the next legislative session which I assume is next year.
Not until 2014
"Initiative 502, passed last month by Washington voters, legalized recreational marijuana use starting December 6, but it will take a year before there are rules for growing and selling it.
"It begs the question, if they can't buy it through a medical marijuana shop, which only people with a prescription and medical marijuana license can, how do they get it?" Washington State Liquor Control Board spokesman Brian Smith said Wednesday.
Growing and selling marijuana will still be prosecuted as a felony, King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg told CNN. "
Yes, from what I understand, that isn't written into the law until 2014.
True, I was just surprised that the new law allows you to posses but not to buy or sell it. Kinda funny, how are you supposed to posses it if you can;'t buy or sell it? Oh, and growing it isn't allowed either.
Right, but MMJ isn't part of the new law. Nothing has changed as far as being able to sell to the general public. You still have to have a medical card to buy.
The new law allows you to posses MJ but not to buy or sell it until 2014.
Yes, that's exactly it.
Does WA have an MMJ law as well? I suppose MJNA could enter the WA market under that if they do. Otherwise it's unlikely they will go there until 2014.
The law went into effect today but it doesn't allow you to buy or sell. It only allows you to posses.
Therefore, most likely MJNA won't enter the market there until it is legal to buy and sell which doesn't happen until 2014.
I was listening to NPR today and heard a report on the new Washington law.
They said that the law doesn't allow you to buy or sell MJ until 2014.
For the first year you can posses it but you can't buy or sell it.
So maybe we shouldn't expect MJNA to expand into WA unit 2014?
Thanks, I appreciate your chart analysis. You've been right on most of the time.
Thanks! I appreciate you taking the time to record that.
Yes, he doesn't use MMJ. He's said that repeatedly.
Also, I appreciate your excitement and interest in MJNA!!!
Wish I could reply personally but I am not on a premium account. Sorry.
Yes, thank you for at least doing that. It's helpful.
I just think 5 times a day is a little much and gets old to see over and over.
Thanks.
Understandable but 5 times a day is a bit much.
THere is much better, newer, and more significant news to focus on, LIKE CNN!!!
Thank you!!!
Yes! Please record CNN for those of us who can't watch today!
Thank you!
I agree.
Still doesn't need to be posted 5 times a day.
