Our New Play is: **VNTH** Vantage Health, Inc.
Hello Everyone,
Here we GOOOO!!! The Opening Bell has rung so let me get right into my Sub-Penny Frenzy Play for Today!!
My New Play is: VNTH - Vantage Health, Inc.
Current PPS: $.0048
Website: http://www.vantagehealthgroup.com/
Business Description
Vantage Health is an importer and distributor of pharmaceutical products and medical consumables to the public and private sectors. Vantage Health's business model is structured around its localized partnerships in sub-Saharan Africa, on a country-by-country basis. This model is designed to roll out quickly across various African nations using the same partnership principles and approach.
Let's see what the Founder on VNTH has to Say!! Directly from their website:
A message from Dr Lisa Ramakrishnan, Founder: Vantage Health
In 2013 HIV continues to stalk Africa like a curse. It is as invisible as it is deadly. You cannot always see it as you travel across the continent but the disease is everywhere. It lurks in the blood. It lies heavy on hearts. It’s presence stalks schools and hospitals. It is interred in the ground.
Once a hopeless diagnosis for those afflicted with HIV is now treatable for as little as $87 per person each year. Infected Africans on antiretroviral (ARV) drugs can now live almost as long as those who are HIV negative. A positive story.
International NGO’s estimate that only five million Africans receive such treatment. At least ten million people on the continent, mainly women and children, remain in desperate need of it. In Swaziland, a nation gripped by an unprecedented economic crisis, the stocks of ARV’s have simply run out in rural areas.
The bitter truth today, as you read this, is that HIV+ women and children, in need of life-saving medication, are being turned away because of funding cuts, poor distribution and an over-reliance on foreign manufacturers of the drugs that provide them with a life-line. This cannot be allowed to continue on our watch.
As a Doctor I have made it my life’s mission to break the mould that binds a continent and engage Africa in a programme of self-determination that will end the dominance of major pharmaceutical firms and foreign donors in what has become the cut-throat globalised business of HIV.
My mission statement is both simple and compelling: by 2014 my firm, Vantage Health, will begin construction of factories in Sub-Saharan and east Africa, in partnership with technology firms from China and India, to establish local production of ARV medicines. By 2015 Vantage Health will be helping Africans make ARV’s for Africa.

Also always remember that every single alert I send is very volatile and risky. Any one of them could turn into a big loser. In my personal opinion, no matter how much potential any company has, 99% of the time all that matters is HOW THE STOCK TRADES. If a stock doesn’t trade well, nothing else matters. Don’t believe the hype. Be sure to use a tight stop, book profits quickly on these volatile trades, never let any one trade move too far against you, watch out for gaps, make sure the stock is trading in a healthy way before you enter, and monitor it closely to make sure momentum is positive. It’s always safest to book profits quickly, even on alerts with long-term potential. (Amateur biased unlicensed opinions)
Thank you,

StockMister promo today
Hey Mr. T, any thoughts on SNWT? Merger news is imminent......looks good....
I live in Wisconsin. I see a WI license plate, downtown Milwaukee, the Milwaukee art museum, etc. that is so cool!!!!!
Yup...and then we run!!! Weeeeeee!!!
I got in that one this afternoon $$$
Up in AH's!!
Nice one! I may have to get in tomorrow. I missed it today.... darn day job gets in the way sometimes...!
Hi Will, check out SNWT....merger should be coming soon.....
Don't forget that even though the pps is going to reflect a higher price immediately after the split, you will have less shares to sell. Effectively, your total value immediately after the split will be the same as right before the split. Whether we see a profit or not depends on how the market reacts to the split when it opens. A lot of people think negatively about splits so we may see a lot of dumping right away.....but on the flip side....the dumpers may be all out before the split even happens....
Perfect. Couldn't have said it any better!
I scooped some up as well!
Agreed. I selfishly hope we have a few more dips tomorrow when I have more funds available :)
I agree, there will likely be blood in the streets right after the r/s. But there will be people waiting to buy the fear and the pps will recover.
I'm not sure what you mean by the "I hope you're wrong" part...I thought we were on he same page :)
True, but then there's no point in doing the split. The goal is to raise the pps because it's ugly at the moment. Raising the a/s & diluting right after the split would make the pps ugly again & would defeat the purpose of doing the split. If that the plan, why not just left the share structure as is, pump a few PRs out, and dilute?
A reverse split is not good when the authorized shares are left unchanged. This is not the case here.
I'm gonna hang on and see what happens tomorrow. It looks like there was nice accumulation today. Risky, yes, but I'm taking the chance.
Exactly!!! Less shares but at a higher price! It will make the shares look much more attractive to future investors.
If it did make sense, the company would have no reason to do the split.
It's hard to believe this is the case when the authorized shares are being decreased proportionately. It makes no sense.
That was the second part of your post. What is the "Wrong Bro" part about?
That's just the par value of the stock! Do you even have any clue what you are talking about?
What in the world are you talking about???? Everything is going to change in proportion!
Before reverse split & reduction in a/s:
Authorized Shares = 2,000,000,000
Outstanding Shares = 307,960,309
% outstanding = 15.4%
After reverse split & reduction in a/s:
Authorized Shares = 20,000,000
Outstanding Shares = 3,079,603
% outstanding = 15.4%
Can anyone think of any other tickers that had a recent reinstatement & merger? I'm bored. Thought I'd see how a couple others played out.
It's only a scam on a red day.
Ask is pretty thin!
Does it tend to bounce back up once things settle down? Can anyone think of another company that has recently done a reverse split?
Bring on the merger!! :)
Some people are so impatient!!
Yeah....ya got me on that one!
Don't be. The sheep are still up over 100% over today & yesterday. Not a bad deal.
Your % of ownership after the split will be the same as it was before the split. This is probably a good move in the long run. Most, if not all, institutional investors can't invest in pennies. A higher pps will open up the door for uplisting & will make the shares more marketable.
Right now there is just a fear of the unknown.
Looks like a shake is coming....
Hint....you load up while he's unloading onto you.....
Yup. Can't complain about that :)
I have my tickets :) I'm excited!!
Not sure. Watching closely though!
