Give it till the market opens. Scott is slow like that. They will get it straightened out but we are dead in the water for 3 days.
Teomax--It doesn't matter
Naked shorts never intended to cover in the first place. That's why it's illegal. They sell short stocks that were never borrowed to begin with and never that they never intend to cover.
You can own 100% of any stock and it can still be naked shorted. A classic story is of a man that bought 100% of a new stock, stuck the certs in his sock drawer and proceeded to see the stock trade 10X--there were no shares on the open market to trade because he owned them all, but still it traded-----Naked Shorting.
Of course the stock can be naked shorted
Naked short-from Investopedia:
The illegal practice of short selling shares that have not been affirmatively determined to exist. Ordinarily, traders must borrow a stock, or determine that it can be borrowed, before they sell it short. However, some professional investors and hedge funds take advantage of loopholes in the rules to sell shares without making any attempt to borrow the stock.
In other words, they never intended to cover their short position.

Good Profile, BUT------
How many of those structures are actually being supplied by Sulja?
The island resort has been on the TV for over 6 months, Is this really a Sulja supplied project?
Not bashing, only I don't see a connection to them.
There is major construction going on in UAE right now. As a matter of fact, my sisters company is doing business there right now also. The UAE since it does not have the oil reserves anymore, has gone to attracting tourists.
Now-----is everything you show in the profile actual business involvements or only representations?
Not bashing because I hold a sizeable position here also, but what you show doesn't make sense with what I DD'd 2 months ago. Please give more substantial links to the pics in relation to the contract.
Here is the home pages of some of your links, that's why I wonder

Still not bashing, but what is presented does not show actual contracts that Sulja Bros. have.
I do see this stock going higher for a while, but not sustained. The TA uptrend is intact at this point. Where is the real top?
DON'T PANIC!
It seems that a lot of people are panicing over the drop in PPS. Has anyone bothered to look at the TA?
The only thing that is kind of messed up right now is the Fast Stoch. The fat fingers today really screwed that up. Other than that, all other indicators look pretty good. The biggie is the CMF. Over the past week when the PPS was maintained, the CMF dipped and then recovered. PAIM is ready to have money flow back in to it.
Barchart.com still has a 64% buy rating overall. Not to bad IMO. Okay, I am in it for the trade, but looking at the TA, I think that over the next few trading sessions we will see a reversal and go to the plus side.
Short term-1 to 2 weeks I think it will be okay. Long term, Pearl has to produce. Those that know about mining, know that the 16 grams/ton is high. Sorry gang it is. They show nuggets on their site. That is placer gold and nothing has been mentioned about that, only recoup of what has not been extracted in the tailings.
I am not bashing because I have a substantial position in PAIM. Only look at the long term instead of the probable short term pop that I expect to happen next week. Companies with far more reserves are only trading at around .15 tops and many much lower than PAIM. HRRP trades at .0055 with a much lower float and they have proven reserves that overshadow what PAIM has.
GLTA and just presenting my opinion.
weekendwarrior1
You can sell but Scott told me that it was better to wait in case there was a change in share structure. They said that I could be short and would have to cover. Not that it was likely, but it could happen.
A couple weeks ago I went through the MXXR name/symbol change and was finally able to trade on Thursday of that week I think it was. Takes about 3 business days for the transfers to be completed.
The stock must be exchanged with the transfer agent and broker accounts updated. I have Scott and I will be dead in the water for about a week until they get the change done. Just went through one a couple weeks ago. Some brokers are on top of things and the symbol gets changed right away and you cna trade it the day the symbol changes.
Most brokers will advise to hold until the change is actually completed before selling though, as just in case insurance.
Don't know-but???
It happened while I was on the phone with Scott. Tried to modify my order and got a message saying I had to call my broker and while I was on the phone with him, he got an email saying that PAIM had to ordered by phone but that you would get the online rate.
Scott Trade no buying PAIM online--just happened
I just had to call Scott Trade to buy more shares because they suspended buying online. First time it's happened since the whole swap began.
I am not involved with the swap, but it seems like that is good news. Does someone have to cover?
Charts say up from here
Look at the charts and the MAs 10-20-30 are setup today for the commencement of and uptrend. We could actually see this going beyond .02 over the next few trading sessions.
Almost bailed until I looked at the charts this morning and it's a classic setup.
Arete Industries, Inc., a development stage company, engages in acquiring direct participations in traditional oil and gas projects,
This is from their company profile. It appears that they have financial interests in O&G projects and not direct ownership. If they did, they would have leases and would sell the crude or gas to a refiner/distributor as is common for smaller O&G companies. The final product is then distributed based upon agreements. This could include distribution to other states.
There is no place that I have found that states that ARET owns any oil or gas wells directly. If they did, the PPS would be much higher. Even 1 well would nake the price higher. Look at MXXR as an example.
Not bashing because I hold a substantial position, just a bit of info.
toejam1 That may be insider trading
Con't know, but seems to me if any company does what you suggest, the principals could end up like Martha Stewart.
makesumgravy
The hard part is understanding what the debt vehicle is saying because that is exactly what everyone got. Call it what you want, CD, warrant, Promisory note, bond, whatever, it is a debt you hold that PAIM owes you and you are given choices how you want to satisfy that debt owed to you.
Ultimately it will be paid by the market, but you have a choices how to cash it based on what you see for the future with PAIM.
makesumgravy
So you originally had 15,000,000 shares, right? 90% is 13,500,000 X .001 par value = 13,500
Cash value of the 13,500 CD's is $13,500 in 5 years. If you convert them to common shares anytime in the 5 years, you can get 1,350,000 shares(13,500/.01 conversion price.
They're kinda like warrants you have been given. Let's say the stock goes to .10. You can convert the CD for .01 or get 1,350,000 even though the PPS is .10. You immediately turn around and sell for .10 X 1,350,000=$135,000. Got it? If you think the price is going up, you are better off holding the CDs.
The vaguness of the "sliding scale" over the 5 years eludes me though I must admit.
From their PR
As an example, a shareholder owning 1,000,000 common shares will keep 100,000 common shares and receive a debenture with a face value of $900 due and payable in 5 years without interest. Any time during the 5 years, the holder will be entitled to convert the debenture to 90,000 common shares.
Portugal Hoax--6digits
I have no idea why these pop up every now and then. I just know they do. I don't have a link to the Banco Portugal site, but it is fairly common and most just ignore it. Who knows, third party brokerage trying to P&D?? Beats me.
digital is NOT geoart on rb!
I don't even go to RB. There way to much garbage over there. A lot like some of the Yahoo boards I got away from.
I actually started a new message board site because I got tired of the nonsense on other boards. IHub is pretty cool though and I stop by to see what's going on now and then.
The Portugal thing though is in all probability a hoax. Same thing happened to a host of other stocks also.
GFCI Takeover--NOT
If you research this further, I think you will find that this particular offer is a hoax. Many such takeover PRs come from Banco Portugal and affiliates about many companies and are nothing more than big scam hoaxes. Been seeing them for a long time.
Not bashing, cause I have a position with GFCI also. Just wanted to let you know.
Purl Gurl is a funny one
She cries about racism in Wescott's post--Uh--Where?
Then says her name is Coyote?
Nashoba Holba = Coyote Choctaw language. If you do a search on Yahoo, Google, etc. that's all you get.
Haha--funny person.
I invite her to my site. We don't screw around, we just delete posts like that(stored for future reference) and forward them to the company referenced and the SEC--let them deal with it.
Deadline extended?
Why would they keep extending the deadline other than they still have a bunch of shares to get rid of before the split. This makes no sense for a company to drive their stock price into the ground.
I have quite a few shares because I understand the properties they have and how their first revenue will come about, but this--GEEZ, I don't know what to think now. Couldn't even get anyone on the phone, only an answering machine.
jhhyatt--Source to email posted yesterday
I posted an email reply and also the entire source with all the formatting. It is authentic and I will post the link again if you like.
The only thing I do not have is a server email log entry and I am still trying to find out how to get that from my server. It's a shared server, so some info is not available.
The reply was:
The 8K was filed today—it should be published during the day.
The procedure for name change has begun—will be advised in about 20 days of the new symbol
Let me know.
Reply From Mr Parkin With Source
If you would like to see a reply from an email I sent Mr Parkin that was received about 3 minutes ago, I can supply a link to a different board, but will not post it out of respect.
The post contains ALL source code--headers, etc..
Let me know and I'll post the link.
Companies can only publish material events
As much as I would like to have positive news, companies by NASDAQ and SEC rules cannot PR anything unless it is a material event.
That means, as much as we would like a PR, they can't publish one until there is an actual confirmed, completed event. The 8K and consolidated financials when finished can be made public. The deal with India, when it has a further material event it can be published. Unfortunately, not till then.
I hold shares also and would like some info. I even called Mr. Parkin today and hopefully will get a return call--got an answering machine. No Big deal.
I am not bashing or pumping, only the big deal about PR cannot be forced. They can only publish what they are allowed.
Go Fish!!
The merger was effective by the issuance of 357,186,230 (59%) restricted common shares, whereby management has decided not to cause the company to perform a reverse stock split of its shares and therefore the total issued and outstanding post merger is 605,400,387 of which 567,146,124 (94%) are restricted and 38,254,263 (6%) are registered "free trading."

brentjanice---Bingo!
This is what I think is the big question right now and is influencing the filing of various forms and information to the public. How does the SEC AT THIS POINT IN TIME view the status of NDOL?
Until the entire process is complete and NDOL--BioSecurity--is no longer a shell, then NDOL follows the rules for a shell. As soon as the merger process is complete and NDOL is no longer a shell, then is when I think we will see a more aggressive approach by management with news and strong efforts to strengthen the stock.
It doesn't matter what we want, this has to follow the letter of the law to be done properly. First time is always a b%$&^# and then once Monimpex get's through it, they will be well voiced in procedure for their future projects.
Keep in mind that that is ONLY in relation to to the SEC Rules and should not be taken out of context when considering the entire merger process.
The questions remain, how is the overall structure viewed and what additional forms need to be filed to satisfy all requirements of the SEC. I did not mean to infer that there would be no more filings because I do not know. Sometimes a compartmentalized analysis can be misleading and I did not intend to present it as such.
Sorry to casue so much confusion.
Agreed. I was just picking apart the 10QSB and a question from someone about the eventual 8K. We know it will all happen in good time, but without more news, we are kind of left to do a lot of investigation on our own.
Sometimes the actual law dictates different than what we perceive. That's why I like getting into the different filings and how they compare to the SEC rulings that govern them, that way I know what could happen.
Then we get hammered and buy more NDOL--at any price :)
All due respect to everyone and their opinions on this board.
The price of a stock and what is real is 2 different things.
The great agricultural disaster cited won't happen. The big question is, does it happen now to the extent you would have us believe. No--it doesn't--at least not anymore. Are the farmers using genetically engineered strains to combat pests and disease because it is cost effective and available? Yes-there have been many strains of all different kinds of crops developed to do just that. Are yields higher than in the past? Yes-again developed for higher yield and when it comes to ethanol, a strain of corn has already been developed that has twice the yield and twice the sugar content of current strains of corn.
Are pesticides and herbicides being used at such an alarming rate to damage forever the land. Luckily not any more. It has been proven that "old school" pesticides like malathion do not biodegrade at the rate originally published and have been banned from use in large scale farming. Biodegradeable pesticides and herbicides are now being used and many farmers are moving toward eco-safe agriculture that uses natural pest and disease control. As for fertilizer, the best for corn is anhydrous ammonia because of the high nitrogen content--corn takes a lot of nitrogen from the soil. From MSDS on ecological impact:
"In low concentrations in water and soil, ammonia acts as a fertilizer to promote plant growth. Under aerobic conditions ammonia will oxidize to nitrate and does not accumulate in the environment."
Scientists have claims--are they proven fact? Auto makers have claims--are they proven fact? The answer to both, without COMPLETE facts that have no "spin" is no. They are no better than stock pumpers and bashers that have their own agenda.
Will we be able to move from oil dependence? For some industries probably no, plastics is an example. For auto fuel, probably sooner than you think. E85 stations are RAPIDLY opening and conversions for older vehicles are available along with a one time treatment to protect the engines. Brazil is already there.
Let's keep this in perspective. The oil produced by NDOL is not coming to the US, it is going to countries that are oil dependant like China and the surrounding countries. So the "ethanol craze" should have no effect on NDOL long term. I as a long with NDOL see their market as a bonus because it will not be affected overall by what the US does. Since the price of a stock is a perceived value, that is what will drive the price short term and long term results will be published revenue.
All IMHO--Everyone do your own DD before investing and good luck to all.
You can order from XcelPlus website for FlexTek. That's the only place I have seen for FlexTek, if there's another site I am not aware of it. I am ordering mine from XcelPlus directly, that way I know that I am getting the real deal.
FlexTune is FlexTek. I don't have the site links handy right now, but in their advertisements there is a statement to the effect that as soon as they can get shipment from the Brazil company that makes them, they will accept orders.
I can't say that this is on all sites, but I saw 2 for a fact that have or maybe at this point, had that statement.
I am not sure. I also found this site http://www.wcv.com.br/wcv/flex1.asp a few weeks ago. From what I see though, there is only one unit to come out of Brazil and we own the rights 100%. That's what counts going forward.
FlexTek does not have to be EPA certified since it is found legal in the US. This is from Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E85
"One Brazilian after-market kit is available legally in US States that do not have restrictive emission controls. The kit will permit the conversion of 4, 6, or 8 cylinder engines to operate from fuels ranging from pure gasoline to a mix of gasoline and ethanol to pure ethanol, including E85."
I don't know what "restrictive emissions" means unless it is something like CA emissions that are strict.
I live in PA and just got my 1994 Ford Ranger inspected. I ask the mechanic about emissions with the FlexTek installed and he said as long as the check engine light doesn't come on it will pass. I am hoping to get one within the next month and start using E85. There was an article about Worley & Obetz posted here, I get propane from them and they are only about 7 miles from me.
They are right down the road from me. As a matter of fact, I am meeting with them next week about my propane and also E85 program. One of their E85 stations is about 7 miles from me.
I guess I am going to convert my 1994 Ranger sooner than I thought.
I'm not the best with candlesticks, but an inverted hammer after a decline like we've seen is a signal for a reversal. I kinda saw that today by the number of buys as opposed to sells.
I look for tomorrow to be a decent up day.
If you want some basic info about candlesticks, there are some free tutorials at stockcharts.com, that's where I finally started to understand them.
I usually stop by just to check the posts, but the inverted hammer caught my attention because I saw that on todays chart also.
