Awesome! Can't wait to hear the reviews!
You already know all this so I'm just humoring you...
1. Dixie Dew Drops are NOT regular hemp seed oil. They are highly concentrated. The amount of hemp seed oil you would need to get the same amount of CBD's found in Dixie dew drops is huge.
2. You are right, it's not cannabis oil so therefore they are not breaking any laws
3. Making legal highly concentrated CBD hemp seed and stalk oil now while it's still a schedule 1 drug is the smart thing to do and puts Dixie in the PERFECT position to manufacture the same, or similar products using cannabis oil when it is finally legal
4. BUY MJNA!
$MJNA
yeah, we;ve been through this a couple of times before. Predictable,
No, it's always like that before trading starts. Not accurate.
Don't worry though, this is going up IMO. Slow and steady. At least until soome major news happens like uplisting, audits, Q4, buyout, etc
$MJNA
I agree. it is terrible and he shouldn't have to spend any time in jail.
Although technically you are wrong. Under federal law what he was doing was not legal.
Do you have a link about the grower that got the 80 yr sentence?
I want the details.
This may or may not be true. Most of what we are seeing was started before the last election though. Things have changed.
Plus, once again, NO ILLEGAL DRUG CHARGES WERE FILED AGAINST HARBORSIDE.

THey can't go to jail for 80 yrs when they haven't been charged with any drug crimes!

Just to be clear, the feds didn't charge harborside with anything. Just the property owners and it's debatable whether they will win that battle.
"Even when federal prosecutors filed the civil forfeiture action against Harborside’s landlords in July, they did not file criminal charges against the dispensary or seek a halt to sales. Instead, attorneys for the property owners noted, they put the landlords in the position of having to crack down on Harborside to hold on to their assets".
$MJNA
Was the FDA actually harassing them or did they just change it on their own to meet FDA guidelines?
I'm thinking the latter.
$MJNA
There is a lot more to it than that and I have a feeling it will be a while before the feds even consider any more action against a dispensary.
The current court case isn't even against Harborside. It's about whether the feds can confiscate the property Harborside was leasing.

There is also a separate case in which the City of Oakland has filed a suit against the federal govt for their actions in the Harborside case.

Same here. I'd love some in the 9's.
They can bash this down a cent or two but in the end this is a solid company and will go up up up.

.
I'll buy at .09!
Then to the moon!!
$MJNA
So close!
Well, as you saw, it was meaningless....
Yes, good job! You've been right on today!
There are no extended hours on MJNA. It only trades during the regular session.
So what you're saying is that we are either going to $100 or $0? Brilliant.
Wasn't the short value over 50% yesterday? Does that mean a good number of those shorts got out with a loss?
Yes, not gonna happen overnight but I'm along for the ride.
Except that Ted has said that MJNA is looking to aquire other companies while Tripp is the one who has mentioned his intention to build Dixie to the point where it will get bought out. Kinda opposite of what you're saying.
We're on the train to dollar land!!!
Exactly, he didn't say they could "Do as they please". That is a total fabrication and misrepresentation of the presidents words.
What he did say was pretty awesome though!
$MJNA
that's not what he said though.
me too, where is he?
Thanks for the clear and concise breakdown of the presidents words. It really puts things in perspective. Both positive and negative, but mostly positive!
$MJNA
I think they just look for ones that are pushing the limits and take them down as an example.
I agree. Can't wait for rescheduling!
$MJNA
Actually, you are wrong, they do mostly leave the dispensaries alone. THere have only been a couple of raids compared to the volume of dispensaries out there. They could have shut the whole thing down a long time ago in colorado if they wanted to and they haven't.
I love MJNA and I am long and strong but I'm feeling skeptical and I think people are exaggerating the presidents remarks.
What I hear him saying is that he is not going to go after individual recreational users but that he might still go after growers and dispensaries.
I hope I'm wrong about that but I agree with Navy that there is still that risk even though I think that risk is very SMALL.

I wonder if a lot of people are getting out of CBIS due to the aquisitions and entering MJNA today?
unfortunately, the part that sticks out for me is:
"I never made a commitment that somehow we were going to give carte blanche to large-scale producers and operators of marijuana – and the reason is, because it's against federal law," Obama told "Rolling Stone" in an interview earlier this year.
I think that probably still holds true and that even though he isn't going to put resources into busting recreational users, we might still see some raids of larger growers and dispensaries.
Hopefully MJ will get rescheduled or unscheduled and we won't have this hanging over our heads much longer.
Ted said that but Tripp has said previously that his goal is to sell MJNA.
$MJNA
um, because that's the law?
Seriously, that's the law. You can sell hemp products in the USA but you can't sell or grow hemp.
For example,
Hemp clothing is legal, growing hemp plants is not.
Hemp skin cream is legal, growing hemp plants is not.
Hemp oil is legal, growing hemp plants is not.
Can you give a link?
I clicked "newest" after the trailer and then picked the one on the far right and it was the same interview from last night
hmm, this is all interesting. I have no idea what this means for CBIS but maybe it's better that I wasn't able to buy anymore the past couple of weeks (TD Ameritrade won't let me buy CBIS now).
Still holding the small amount I'v'e had since .03....
Same video as last nights?
Let's keep the discussion honest.
You know that those dispensaries in oakland and sacremento were not shut down because of CDB. They were shut down because of THC.
Seriously, please stop manipulating the truth just to prove your point.
huh? they reported Q3 a long time ago. How did that have anything to do with MJNA in the 8's last week??
