I hope something goes on in the next few weeks with the audit, PR and movement in this stock. It would be about time for this to have an upswing!

I think we are seeing a false low in oil.....notice the swing to the low, I think it is a knee jerk reaction.....the rebound up will be just as dramatic. I think we will see some unusual spikes up and down until this settles at around 50-75 bucks a barrel.

Hope the middle east just shuts down and we up our own production....???!!!! Dependence on oil is not going away anytime soon.....LOL...soon, get it! OK just thinking out loud....for now!

I believe that when we get passed this audit and everything is presented ....we will see that some progress has been made to become a real company!

Looking forward to a new, better and more prosperous year.....well at least I can hope...right!

When he responded so quickly I also got the feeling that whats going on is on his end damage control in respect to having to clean up past problems that occurred prior to their control. I was very encouraged by his response however.

What I like most was he didn't show his end totally clean by acknowledging that they also have some inconvenience on their part as well. If it was all good on his end..I think I would be a bit suspicious. I can live with not 100% good...my business isn't 100 my way!

He appears very mind-full of us investors and our opinion, but continues to stress the avoidance of releasing information that can be construed as inside information.

I am also sensing that he is anxious to get information out and may be some additions or a few more good happenings to boot. This 10K must pack 10lbs of info in a 5lb box??? He continues to say that the 10K will be "soon"!

There is no doubt that this is between a rock and a hard spot and doesn't look like there is much wiggle room. The 10K is what is next, we don't have the info...and when we don't have info we tend to speculate on caution or negative. A lot of us in pink land have put aside the rose colored glasses..but we will try them on once in a while...LOL!

I do have to say that they are still moving forward despite the red tape they are jumping through! I am not convinced that most of these circumstances could have been foreseen when this process started up board, but regardless they have to be handled and cleaned up now by the present companies and BOD.

I think the only thing this occurrence today tells me is that the audit of IMVS 06/07 is in error and the new auditors could not agree with the original report and may not be able to retrieve the proper information for correction???

I am still convinced that these delays are not a bad thing even though my patients are on a very thin thread with it. The drop in board does not change the fundamentals principals of the deal.

I have sent RP another email.

I haven't made any of the phone calls being asked for here... still waiting to hear from others what they think of the pitch. Do I read it right that some here think the "opposition" interest being expressed here is really all "same team" effort with the management ? Or, are the IMVS investors really ready to try and do something about the issues from the IMVS side? ,

I haven't made the phone calls either. I asked in an earlier post to "Spill the Beans". If they do, and we see it is something other than what we do here....(gripe about the audit, show us the paperwork, who owns who, what and why, WHEN, unhappy with current PPS, yada, yada, yada!)........and if different, it might spark an interest!

If it is IMVS people upset with IMVS management, making the deal with PGPM to sell the board seat...that is something altogether different. They can't hold PGPM/ACLY in bad light....IMVS management took the deal..they may need to take it up elsewhere! Don't know, don't know their details!

I have said before someone has got to be pissed off just based on the PPS of ACLYE...10/16 FS, 10/1RS PPS fall to .25 or even bid .10...what would that be, more than 90% imaginary/real wealth gone???? Looked good on the way up, but not so good on the way down!

I just need a little more substance to get motivated in that direction. As for opposition, I don't know that either...I think some of us, as I am, are both PGPM and ACLYE. But I am not IMVS and if that being the case maybe altogether different!

If this indeed is the fact/problem/hold-up..whatever, it may be that Ralph swung a good deal for PGPM and it's shareholders.

I am with you SkyeCap....I'll be picking more of PGPM up today...have an order in at .0001 but will change that to hit the ask if it don't produce a sell! The grip on the IMVS end makes me want to buy on this end!

I am still kicking around different things with respect to the 10K. Seems to me if the note land with ACLY(E) payable to PGPM....you would think that ACLY(E) would be scarfing up PGPM shares by the butt load to capitalize on this low price. Until then we are being sucked down the black hole due to lack of knowledge! Manifesting every negative we can contrive because thats what we do when we don't have no other resources!

There is a lot at risk here, not just our own holdings and that value, but their holdings and their value.... and it's far greater than ours! To lose that would be dumb, and I don't think dumb is where they are going!

Think in or out of the box as you will, realizing that the Pinedo family holds a large portion of PGPM, they screw with the note to screw us would be screwing themselves as well....don't think that is the case. Try this one...maybe it's the other side opposing, and PGPM is gun-ho to get every last cent????? The dividend moved forward only to pacify us, because much indication of the dividend/buyback went public or point of no return.
