I called the TA, Transfer Online, a few minutes ago and spoke to Jessica. She informed me that as of today there are:
AS: Regular Common - 50M Common B - 1M
OS: Regular Common - 46,892,983 Common B - 1M
She had no information regarding the filing of the revised 15c-211. I tried calling iFinix however I got a voice mail. I will keep trying until I reach a real person and will ask for an update on the 211.
Need some news.
I appreciate the reply.
Mimurray,
With the market correction currently underway what is your opinion as to when inix will get to the OTC BB and pick up an MM? Do you think it will happen this year?
A whopping $4 trade -- this MM crap is ridiculous.
A dime [ .1 ] per session would be great however it will most likely not happen this year.
What part looks good? Its getting hammered!
I watched the show online. It was just a quick restatement of the last two PRs.
It would be great if Ben could actually sit down on the show and discuss the company.
Jstops,
1. In your opinion how long does it take for a company to complete the 15c-211 process?
2. Why does filing 15c-211 allow for the SP to rise?
Does anyone care to take a gander as to when the 15c-211 will be filed? What hoops does Ben have to take to get this done?
The SEC has quite a bit on its plate at the moment.
Cardvic,
You have always been an optimist concerning inxr. Hopefully, iFinix will do a buy back like PHGI did. 10B is a lot but at these prices, it would not cost too much to reduce below 5B. JMHO
Send me a PM
X,
You can PM me any time you have something to share. I, for one, appreciate everything you have done to provide the readers of this board info on iFinix.
Overhead,
Even if its twice that amount, we will be in good shape. Hopefully, your email to them will get answered.
No doubt. If Pinksheets is correct about the 1.3B, we're in excellent shape. Hopefully, the fins reflect the same number.
Word,
My comment was only meant to say that enough already about the AFs and share structure. We all know its important and we all, IMO, are anxious to see the AFs and learn the actual share structure. However, to continue to say it over and over, ad nauseum, is pointless.
Good God, people! How many horses are you going to beat to death over the pending PR and share structure. At this point, it serves no purpose to keep beating that poor horse to death. We are all wondering about the A/S and O/S and other issues concerning the fins. Can't everyone just agree on that point and discuss something else? Hundreds of posts a day about the same thing, c'mon.
I just saw the newest iFinix advertisement on Bloomberg, it was pretty cool. It was a Space Invader game -- I LIKED IT!
Heb,
I agree with you, and I personally do not consider iFinix a laundromat company. I'm just very surprised that the pps fell so far after what IMO should have been a positive pps day aka the launch. I am very hopeful the financials provide the push to get this off the ground.
I did plenty of my own DD, thanks for the suggestion though. I did not take any of others suggestion too seriously, however, when Craig says something like that I certainly do. I know they have a business to run, however, a post-launch PR prior to the financials would not be a bad thing.
Why wouldn't the bickering start? For the past three months everyone has anticipated "the launch". Most posters to this board predicted over the past two weeks that the pps would be at .002 - .003 last week, and as high as .005 this week. Heck, even Craig predicted a pps of .005 by the end of this week.
Now, the same people who were saying "to the moon", "weeeeee", etc. are now saying be patient. Craig should have sent all subscription keys prior to the launch. He should have had a pre-opening PR yesterday. Instead, he spent countless hours personally sending people their sub keys??? A high tech company should have been able to do that in one quick stroke.
I too am well vested in inxr and want it to go "to the moon". Having expectations that we would be seeing .002-.003 this week is not unreasonable or impatient.
I thought it was $60 per month.
102,000 x 12 = $1,224,000 annually just from the 1700.
no kidding moose! 245M+ trades and they're all goin in the wrong f@#@^%#^%! direction.
very disappointing "launch day". Expected to be at .002 by now, not trading at .0009.
Why??? That decision is certainly not "smart" or looking to the "future". Buy at the ASK!!
600K @ .0015
Total now of 6,950,000...fully fueled heading to the pad!
I helped with that open of 15. I foolishly bought an extra 600K @ .0015. Should've waited a few minutes to see what happened after the bell. Oh well, going North soon. Hopefully, we get another PR tomorrow.
Just picked up another 600K at ASK. Let's git er dun!
Does anyone have any idea why, after today's PR, the pps is getting rocked?
Does anyone really expect the financials on the 23rd NOT to be bad? Bad meaning an obscene O/S and no realized revenue (unless they've signed several brokers we do not know of).
With that said, why would there be a problem after the 23rd i.e. retrace of the pps? IMO pps should continue to rise steadily until their second financial release later in the year. SHs have to cut them some early slack to realize corp goals.
You own 227 million shares of inxr?
Yes, I got an extra 1.6M @ .0006 and the rest at .0005. Had I known the 5s were out there, I might have tried for it all at 5.
He bucked the system for so long, and his guys abused the Navy's money for so long i.e. each one renting and driving BMWs down in Puerto Rico, staying in the most expensinve condos in the area rather than the barracks, etc. that he was canned. I worked with and new them, we called them "the long hairs" and had to watch our women when they were in town
At some point non-conformity and unwillingness to follow orders from the top, will cause you to fall. After Marcinko was fired, things changed dramatically and for the better.
I agree on the .0006 at the open. That's why I'm picking up another 2M at .0006 because I'm afraid the 5s will not go through before it starts an upward move. Better to get in at 6 than try for 5s and miss the train.
Cash,
As a senior exec, I have no problem with iFinx quickly expanding into Canada and other markets as long as they have developed a solid expansion strategy and/or stragic plan. I just stated that, in my opinion, a spread out timeline would offer a more linear growth model.
With that said, if Dhru has it figured out (and he is certainly smart enough to do it), then great for us.
Ooops, should I retract my statement?
"I'm sorry, I did not mean to say anything negative about Sandy"
Thanks AU. Hopefully, you are correct on all counts.
A$ for INXR, weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, I'm in long! Seeing nothing but green $kies from now on
I agree. That was just my reply to another's post. I wish I had 60M shares
Cash,
IMHO, a better business model would be to first establish a U.S. core/base of users. This would allow them to beef up servers, if necessary, and to work out any minor glitches found by users. Once completed, iFinix could expand into Canada and after getting settled there, move across the
ocean(s) to other markets. For inxr shareholdes, this provides a sustained revenue growth over the long-haul.
IF, Dhru and his gang were to provide a PR on a business model similar to what I describe, it would make me extremely happy.
