I will be laughing again saying "Who sold at 0.07' and 0.08's? LOL! Pain in the ass losing the chance for another 100%?"

Those 8 blocks of 0.08 were placed long time ago when this was traded at 0.05-0.06. They will be gone like a wind when they find out the bullish pattern. Don't worry guys.

It's impossible. AURC will issue more shares from AS (authorized shares) to prevent a hostile merge (Take over the management). So, If you want to buyout the company, you must go through a contract/legal procedure and buying the float is illegal in open market. IMO.

Once thay announced and made a contract for buyout, they can't legally buy any shares in open market. As I Know. Any other opinions?

Legal issue might be this:

AURC was trying to issue 10% of shares as a dividend from athorized shares. However, a company who offered a buyout denied that transaction since they are paying 0.55+10% (~0.605) eventually for buyout of AURC. Any thoughts?

I think we will hit 0.08's today and retract to high 0.06's or low 0.07's. Any thought?
